I was going to drop this post last night it fell asleep. They never fail to deliver. As soon as any damaging news about Biden breaks, they come down with a new indictment/ruling against Trump. How many more times does this need to happen before the liberal dunces on this thread agree that this is obviously being coordinated?

This time they failed though. Because the news that Republicans have finally obtained direct evidence that Biden received Chinese bribe money on behalf of his son is significantly more damaging than Trump losing a few business licenses in New York. Democrats can no longer claim there is “no evidence”.

1.) In Delaware, where the laptop shop was located, there is a 1 year period to declare property abandoned. The shop owner's contract does not trump that.

2.) Even after 1 year the shop owner would have owned the physical property. He does not own the data inside the laptop and should not accessed it outside of whatever he needed to do to try to repair it.

3.) In fact (let's use your example) if someone guessed your password and used it to access your online icould account, they have in fact hacked your account and broken the law. A brute force hack is just trying credentials or.. guessing. Logging into someone's online account using a password that is not yours is in fact illegal. You seem to know very little about software for someone supposedly in software.

Hunter did not confirm it was his laptop. It may be, but he didn't confirm it. I can hack your accounts, transplant real data immersed with fake data onto a laptop. Hence, some of the data on the laptop may be yours, but the laptop may not be. It's also fact, that they hacked his icloud account/data. There is a separate suit for that. You say you're in tech, if so, this is a really stupid post by you.

The Judge accepts a deal, declines to accept or asks for more briefings if she has issues. In this case she asked for more briefings and was clear that she wasn't accepting or declining the deal. The only thing you are close to right on is that in asking questions the Judge allowed the Prosecution to 1.) lie about the FARA immunity and 2.)get out of the deal that they had negotiated with one of the Top Law Firms in the US because they had been politically pressured to. Again, the deal had included broad immunity for the FARA charges based on the emails between Hunter's attorneys and the Government. The Government could have told the truth that it did include immunity and the Judge would have accepted the agreement when the language of the diversion program had been fixed.

You don't understand half the concepts you're referring to and are here trying to lecture people on it.
Your understanding of double jeopardy is idiotic. It's like saying someone who got a plea deal for a murder charge is immune from all future murders.
