IjeBos: And to follow up about Dems being Weak and needing to get it together and be tougher. Here are a couple of articles about Hunter Biden and the deal that ultimately collapsed. Inside the Collapse of Hunter Biden’s Plea Deal https://www.nytimes.com/2023/08/19/us/politics/inside-hunter-biden-plea-deal.html Did Hunter Biden Get Off Easy? Republicans Think So—Here’s What Legal Experts Say https://www.forbes.com/sites/saradorn/2023/06/20/did-hunter-biden-get-off-easy-republicans-thinks-so-heres-what-legal-experts-say/?sh=52463acd794b
Take Aways 1 .) Suprise Surprise, Hunter Biden had been treated harsher than the average person. The two things he tried to plead guilty to generally aren't charged. a.) The Gun Charge: Generally not charged. And even moreso, given the makeup of the Supreme Court, people believe it will be ruled unconstitutional and is on that course. It was just ruled unconstitutional by an Appeals court. Hunter Biden Gets Boost as Judge Rules Gun Charge Unconstitutional https://www.newsweek.com/hunter-biden-gets-boost-judge-rules-gun-charge-unconstitutional-1818871#:~:text=In%20a%20ruling%20issued%20on,of%20his%20Second%20Amendment%20rights. b.) The Tax Charge: Generally when people pay back their taxes, interest and penalties they are not charged for Tax crimes. We don't have to look far to see this. Just look at Roger Stone. He owed more for a longer period and wasn't charged criminally, but civilly. Hunter Biden’s so-called ‘sweetheart’ tax deal looks tougher than the deal Roger Stone got for dodging taxes https://www.floridabulldog.org/2023/06/hunter-biden-sweetheart-deal-tougher-roger-stone-tax-deal/#google_vignette (Aside: I think this is where the 2 tiered system of justice comes in. Not charging wealthy people who dodge taxes incentivizes them to do so I believe.) 2.) The now Special Prosecutor tried to screw Hunter Biden and lied to the Judge. The deal did include a broad immunity. And they kept changing the deal because of the noise Republicans were making. Hence letting politics drive their decision.
I don't care about Hunter Biden, but do care that Dems, even when they have the law and history on their side seem to always bend over backwards for Republicans. Even Merrick Garland. Since you are in America, what are Suspicious Activity Reports?. As a foreign born black man , how many SARS do you need to get jailed for life or to get deported to your dusty village? |

Obrigardo: Can you shut your dirty trap?
Border crossings are down so drastically that Faux news doesn't have that much Border crossing content to rage about. The number of criminals and drugs busted at the border is at an all-time high, way higher than criminal trump's - meaning President Biden's policies are actually working.
That's the only sensible part i could handle, the others are just balloony conspiracies like your thick coconut head.
Here's a new hat for you. Exactly what I was after. You quote without any data to back you up at all. Or you are just lying. The number of monthly migrant encounters had fallen to 16,182 – the second-lowest total in more than 20 years – in April 2020, shortly after the coronavirus outbreak forced the closure of the southwestern border and slowed migration across much of the world. But encounters with migrants at the U.S.- Mexico border have soared since then, with 206,239 reported in November 2022, according to the latest available monthly data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the federal agency that encompasses the Border Patrol. Recent monthly totals far exceed the peak reached during the last major wave of migration at the U.S.-Mexico border in May 2019 and are roughly on par with the previous peak reached in March 2000.
That is a pew research . More here. https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2023/01/13/monthly-encounters-with-migrants-at-u-s-mexico-border-remain-near-record-highs/I mean are you plain stupid? Like saying the sky is green. |

This is obviously a lie. I wonder why someone would lie blatantly like this and half the country believes this. We are at a point where Biden admin can say anything totally opposite and have people believe them. Many examples of lies abound eg -Best economy ever ( Feds are about to hike rates soon), -Joe Biden home survived a fire -Driver who hit JB first wife's car where she died was drunk. |

Joe Biden screws getting turned on further. Some have claimed the Ukraine Prosecutor was not doing enough to stop corruption.Total lie. The govt memo released around then when Joe Biden had Shutkin fired differs from the narrative in that Ukraine was on the right track by end 2015. Joe was in Ukraine in mid Dec 2015 or so, his claims are utter BS regarding Shutkin.
The IPC concluded that (1) Ukraine has made sufficient progress on its reform agenda to justify a third guarantee and (2) Ukraine has an economic need for the guarantee and it is in our strategic interest to provide one. As such, the IPC recommends moving forward with a third loan guarantee for Ukraine in the near‐term, noting State/F’s preference to issue the guarantee as late as possible to allow more clarity on the budget context and Embassy Kyiv and Treasury’s assessment that Ukraine needs the guarantee by end‐2015. The IPC notionally approves the following proposed conditions.....
Another screw. Shutkin interviewed on Sunday. He believes Joe Biden influenced his firing to protect the Burisma owner, whom Shutkin was investigating and had confiscated some assets of his then .. A Rolls Royce ( poor guy could not afford a Lincoln) among other assets including bank accounts.
Another screw. Joe Biden used a different email to do his business while VP. . Joe has over 5000 emails archived from his pseudonym accounts that are confirmed to exist but not being released quickly enough to those investigating his treasonous acts of selling out America. |

wirinet: First and foremost sworn affidavits are not evidence by itself. They are used to support actual or physical evidence. Secondly, sworn evidence are useful only in a court. You cannot expect the secretary of state to nullify already certified results without a court judgement. Thirdly, Trump and his lawyers should have presented the sworn affidavits as evidence when Brad Raffensperger gave the State Senate (republican), the state House (republican also) and the government committee (republican executives) the opportunity to argue their case. These are the constitutional process of opposing the outcome of an election. Let me mention once again, maybe it would get pass your ears and into your brain - Trump has no role in the counting, processing and ratification of an election in Georgia or any other state, except of course going to court.
The call itself was unappropriate and incriminating. I am surprised that Mark Meddows made the call. Even a secretary of state who is running for governor of his own state cannot unilaterally find himself votes because he thinks the election is not fair to him. If what Trump and his MAGA crowd attempted to do was allowed to happen in America, that would be the end of US democracy. Trump would never have done that knowing it was unlawful. You seem to know better than his lawyers as to what he should have done.😀😀Giuliani knows about Rico charges. His team of lawyers is highly accomplished. Fanni wants to disbar all of them, this will make all lawyers to fear representing Trump. Basically isolate Trump then go in for the final kill to his ambitions. That's what all these indictments are all about. Scouring 200 year oldlaws to find out where Trump could have broken them ever slightly. Affidavits are used in court witness hearings. No judge gave Trump a chance to let his witnesses be heard. If there is a single one, put down the name. When the Sec of state is the one riding the Get Trump out train, you expect him never to cooperate with his petition. I think Raffensberger was supposed to testify as a witness in Mark Meadows case yesterday.Who is Fuschs by the way? As to the legality of the phone call, read that affidavit I mentioned, it shows the system being gamed. Giving the aggrieved party a right to complain bar biased judges. |

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has demanded that taxpayers in the United States and European Union send the country even more aid if the West wishes for elections to be held next year.
In an interview published by the president’s office on Sunday evening, Zelensky said that he would be willing to hold elections despite the ongoing martial law amid the war with Russia, so long as the U.S. and EU bankroll the voting process.

wirinet: This response by Brad Raffensperger should have put paid to all of Trump's allegations of election rigging.
What did Trump do? He not only ask Brad Raffensperger to find him votes, he further went ahead to organize electors different from the ones already presented by the state. Is that not an infringement on the rights of states to present their own electors to the US Congress. A US president has no role in the elections conducted by states much less a role in the selectors of electors to the Electoral College. Trump going from state to state trying to insert himself into the electoral process is unconstitutional and illegal Did they go through the sworn affidavit of one Cathay Latham? Or better still have you read her affidavit? |

Just seen a legal argument that holds no water. States can remove Trump from the ballot because he engaged in an "insurrection". This argument implies that without a conviction States can remove his name from the ballot. Great. Problem. Trump has not been indicted on an insurrection charge, neither have those 1000 plus J6ers political prisoners been charged over that. Implying no conviction or charge is necessary. Similarly Joe Biden can be accused of treason for selling out to foreigners, China, Romania,Russia and Ukraine by virtue of the fact that they bribed him. In one instance he took $5m from Ukraine in order to fire Shotkin the Ukraine General prosecutor. (Hunter took the other $5m). With this red states can remove him from the ballot too for treason. The red states don't need a conviction over an unindicted charge like applies to Trump.

wirinet: Did Trump make a case for election fraud in court? Did Trump bring any witness to court? Did Trump bring any criminal allegations against anybody? Most of the cases Trump and his associate brought to court were frivolous. Most had to do with asking the court to reject legally certified votes after statutory deadline for election disputes and certification of results have elapsed. Now you expect the court to annul legally certified results? You are incorrect. Not a single case went to discovery. In all cases, judges dismissed them with whatever reason they could give .Lack of standing or moot being a favourite or just appellate judges refusing to take up the case. |

Biden admin is whacked out. Like it's minions who see no evil at all.
[s] The Biden administration sued Elon Musk-owned rocket and satellite company SpaceX on Thursday for allegedly discriminating against asylum seekers and refugees in hiring.
The lawsuit alleges that, from at least September 2018 to May 2022, SpaceX routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Justice Department said in a statement. wirinet: It never intended to hurt his base. Everyone knows that even if Trump grabs their mama by the poosie, members of the base would still worship him. The indictments would have effects on the 30% to 50% republicans who are not his base. It will have effect on the independents and most importantly of all it will galvanised the anti-base, that is the liberals, leftists and democrats to frenzy levels to come out and vote during the elections. It does not matter who the democrats nominate, as long as the republicans nominate Trump, the anti-Trumps (who are far more in number than the trumpists) would come out massively. Remember the 2022 elections was about Trump and that's was why the democrats were able to keep the Senate and avoid a blowout in the house.
