Michael Cohen was jailed for tax evasion $4m from his NYC taxi business, for lying to banks while refinancing his taxi medallions. Plea deal. They forced him to plead to campaign finance violation. The DA Cy Vance could not prosecute Trump on that campaign finance violation because it was crap. The new DA also refused to take it up.
