On Wednesday, Tara Reade, the alleged sexual abuse victim of Joe Biden, took legal action against the Department of Justice, filing a tort complaint through her London-based attorney, Jonathan Levy.
The complaint, submitted to the DOJ, seeks $10 million in damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and the violation of state and federal constitutional rights, Fox News reported.
In an article published by the Gateway Pundit, Levy wrote: "Tara Reade was sexually victimized by then Senator Joseph Biden in 1993. Her case was suppressed by Congressional investigators to protect Senator Biden and the records remain sealed.
"When Tara spoke out again in 2019, she was immediately subjected to an ongoing FBI Operation to revictimize her a second time. The FBI Operation 'Cassandra' was opened in order to retaliate, intimidate, discredit and if possible, eliminate Tara as a threat to President Biden. The tort complaint provides the details."
Last month, Reade requested the DOJ investigate civil rights violations by the FBI, urging the turnover and expungement of her file. There has been no response from the DOJ, and the FBI has not complied with Reade's request to release her FBI file, according to Levy.

And they stand near the exit to greet passengers as the passengers deplane. I always make it a habit to thank anyone who transports me anywhere. Maybe you don't notice them on your flights because they are black and you don't think black people are smart enough to fly planes.
But, even moreso. When I travel anywhere that I don't primarily reside, the culture is important to me. Esp. the economic roles/impact of Westerners/Europeans in those countries esp. African countries. So, yes I do pay attention to the racial makeups of those places, to help understand those impacts. Good Read. We saw it in this thread with the self-hating racists Benalvino and Basilico. When I was in Nigeria for Xmas I took 6 inter-West African flights. All the pilots were black.
I stopped reading there. Do you get to see the pilot every time? . By the time someone boards the pilots are already in the plane going through passenger manifests, hand luggage and cargo weights and more so doing pre-flight checks. I can tell you more about how they do it. One reads out , other checks status / toggle switch positions. More so by the time one boards the pilots have already entered autopilot data besides having obtained altitude, flight paths, weather from Air Traffic Control. Plane full load weight is one most important check , as it determines the optimum amount of fuel plane needs. As soon as the plane lands they may continue sitting in the plane planning for the turn around flight depending on how long the flight was. There are always big chances you don't get to see the pilots, Not everyone wearing a white shirt is a captain there is also a flight engineer besides the Pilot and First Officer. Anyone noticing the pilots race must have a pervasive need of checking out their skin color from seeing them. Or from the sound of the names as announced by the Captain before takeoff. Which makes you a racist.
ISo, I find it even more troubling that people who live in Nigeria where most Nigerian pilots are black would question black pilot's ability to fly. Granted, I'm not sure they fly on planes.
