A President should know that the darn idiot cannot do a darn thing about results already certified by the states legislature and governor, and already sent to the Congress. There is no law that allows desertification of results once certified. Trump just want the "Commie effect" (an announcement of investigations ) in order to persuade Republican Congress members not to ratify Biden as the winner of the elections.


So what does Trump want the Secretary of state to do? Recall the already certified and submitted results and then change them or create another result entirely and resubmit it to the state's legislature for certification once again (double certification)?
False. Trump does not have the courage to sue the Secretary of state. According to the law, it's perfectly legal to record a phone conversation as long as the person recording is involved in the conversation.

The courts are supposed to be the course of last resort in any society. That's why there are many layers of courts up to the Supreme Court. If you lose you case at the Supreme Court, the only way an aggrieved person can get his way is through violence. And resorting to violence would have far reaching implications for everybody involved because the losers would definitely lose their lives or liberties.

It's only the courts that can declare the election rigged and not the aggrieved party. Once the courts declare the election fair, then that's the position of the law. Any on the thing done to upturn the decision of the courts is a slip into anarchy.
