Buterflyle0: This your entitlement mentality has always been your bane.
You don't work hard like other regions to engage on progressive politics. You rather tear at other regions with your hatred and bitter politics yet feel you are entitled to some sort of gratification.
When the south south took the VP and presidency you all claimed the south south also represented you the south easterners since you all claim to be Biafra and now you want to split the south south from the SE simply because you now want VP.
You guys are so confused it hurts to see how clueless you are. When you call PDP a regional IPOB party? When you mocked peter obi when he started the atiku moves? Oga we worked for it |

InyinyaAgbaOku: I don't even know whether he has any knowledge of SE at all.
Granted that we are not where we should be, but to get there, you have to know where you are first. How can Sb see a pic of Borromeo Hospital and start tagging Enugu of all places? Is Enugu lacking in health facilities of Borromeo type? Enugu is one state small private hospitals hardly proliferate cos of the presence of big missionary and private ones, which people usually patronize.
However, there is a difference between having these hospitals and access to basic health care statewide , I mean government owned facilities, they are much needed in the rural areas. The primary health centres in both Enugu and Anambra aren't functioning optimally. The secondary health centres function in only few localities ( Nsukka, Onitsha, Udi, Agbani, Poly Clinic {Enugu } and are usually overwhelmed . This is the situation at hand and it's sth we have to work on.
I don't know much about other SE states tho. Park Lane can compete favorably among state owned hospitals nationwide |

nnamdijonathan: don't use my insult against me ooo. What is in Enugu? mtcheeeew I have seen decent schools ( non private ) majorly in Anambra and IMO and I'm also impressed with the 5 operational new general hostipals built by the Okorocha lead administration in IMO added to the old existing general hospitals and new emergency centres in Owerri and also the missionary hospitals and schools in Anambra. Ebonyi and Abia are sleeping. You clearly sound like someone whose knowledge of SE is 100% based on nairaland pictures |

nnamdijonathan: Its like you don't know that this is Africa? If these our politicians get into those positions like that guy mentioned earlier, they will never mention Biafra ever again, even now that we have not gotten the VP and Presidential seats, our governors are still working hand in hand with the commissioners of police to arrest massob and IPOB members, imagine the terror that will befall anyone that will mention Biafra when we finally get the Presidency with all that salary, allowance and power? If you become the president of Nigeria tomorrow, will you breakup this country? Don't lie ooo lol Kanu should join politics. He can't fight from outside |

Meanwhile, Enugu has bigger Missionary hospitals, and some private ones like Niger Foundation. This is the same man that said enugu has no flyover. |

nnamdijonathan: Our oil? Which oil? looooooool. So for your mind now, IMO and Abia are contributing immensely to the oil wealth? Go to daily sun's website to see the oil derivation money paid to Abia and IMO states then you will know that the two states contribute very little to the overall oil wealth of Nigeria. If you like stop your governor from collecting federal allocation or not, Biafra will still be a pipe dream ( a very long pipe dream at that ) as long as our leaders keep getting more political positions. Afonja alert |

nnamdijonathan: lol Biafra? And you are fighting for VC position? lol. Anybody fighting for Biafra should be making sure everything goes against Igbo politicians for them to lose interest in Nigeria. The biggest threats to Biafra are the Igbo politicians. All Nigerians need to do is continue to favour Igbo politicians with juicy positions and watch how Biafra will continue to be a pipe dream even till the next 70 years or more. If you love Biafra, drop your stupid call for Igbo VC in 2019 and Igbo presidency in 2023 You sound like afonja |

RockHard: I repeat. PDP is SE , SE is PDP. No point wasting the slot on them because since '99, the zone has been consistently voting for PDP. The hatred of Buhari by Igbos is more than enough to galvanize them to vote against him without a VP slot. That is the plain and simple truth that everyone knows. Afonja. Shuku0kukobambi: You're a gem with your honesty. may you be blessed by whatever God you worship. I don't know why some think because they had a bad tale to tell, it's the same for everybody.
I fared better between 2015 till date than at any time since i started a career. Some of my friends lost jobs under GEJ between 2009 and 2013 in the bank crashes of that period. Infact, thousands of bank and other workers lost jobs during that period even though they voted GEJ so what gives?
You have a right to support your own candidate while another has same and equal right. I don't know what it'll take for some to internalize this More people have bad tales and more people will vote against him |

OreMI22: Thanks for the fresh breath of fresh air in this thread. Please keep it coming!
This is EXACTLY what we need in Igboland - MODERN DEVELOPMENT!
If you are able to develop yourself, everybody including people from Chad will claim they are Igbos if you meet them in China.
But nobody will accept they are Igbo unless the area is developed and worthy of pride. That is the key underlining factor our young internet warriors have failed to understand. Even people from backward villages deny their village in Lagos, talkmore deny an ethnic group if you know it brings you advantage and respect to do so. I said it. Once we get things right they will all fall in line |
