Maybe tell the youths, we are collating names so as to pay you back your N1,000, zinox and omatech supply us computers to enable us collate names at different centers or create another web portal to handle that and tell us they need billions to set it up and make it happen? Can't you see your clownish assertions of Nigerians? Wake up, face reality please.
