The police wants to open office on your colleague, they shouldn't have arrested him and the new owner.
They should take their statement and arrest only the dealer until the dealer produce the original seller or whoever claimed they shipped it to Nigeria. Your colleague no get big man for him family?

similar case happened to my colleague during the days of Sars. Long story short
He took them to the dealer and they arrested the dealer, got his statement and asked him to be ready to be a witness in court.

I smile when I look at the suit and tie folks at V.I .. in the evening, they all run to Indrive when Bolt/Uber is surging.
In terms of remuneration, a lot of drivers are better off.
The challenge is to look for the leakages and plan properly.

Personally, I will suggest drivers to have an Ajo or Automatic deduct savings plan. This helps in prudent spending and to maximise the income left.

Using Indrive has taught me patience, I don't bother myself anymore.

I go only to places where there are no problems. I don't allow any app to rush me again. Easy..No rushing again. 5 or 6 trips .I'm done.

U can't be comparing car user experience in Congo and in Nigeria. They are worlds apart.

Secondly, higher fuel consumption associated with AC is a no brainer...anything that exerts more load on your engine ( in this case the compressor) will definitely make the engine consume more fuel in other to carry that load efficiently.

While you're waiting for rental, hire purchase or you're intending to give up, pick up your laptop and start learning "community management". There is a market for it at the moment in Nigeria with only few people available for lots of jobs.

Another one is "product design". These skills are not hard and you will eventually get a good pay on your 2nd job.

If you don't know where to learn, start from YouTube. If you have money, go to Udemy. The FG is also training people at the moment through Alat for free.
