Make sure you restrict all your business discussions to Nairaland.

Any business idea that cannot be described here should not interest you cos there are a lot of scammers prowling this forum and if you're not careful they will lure you into a scam trap!

You're strictly here to seek business ideas so stick to that plan and avoid sending money to anyone to run a business for you
Yes, thanks.
I’ve been around this section for a while, would take something supernatural to scam me sha

With #10m

You can supply full truck load of soyabeans from the farmers and supply to the company in Ibadan, ogun state or Lagos.

Worst case scenario: you make #300,000 per week.

I am available for further enquiry

I live close to the farmers between Niger state and border community between kwara state and Benin republic.

I have information on where to source for the commodity and company we can supply.

For further enquiry, (I stay mostly offline) you can reach me on my Benin number: +229

Invest wisely...
Thank you, I’m uninterested

Are you interested in rendering engineering services and supplies to companies?

If yes, let let me have your email so I can send you more detail as I cannot let all details here for safety reason. This has gone beyond idea, it has already taken off but at an early stage and about to broker a better deal with a standard and well known company which I can't mention here.
No thanks

How do you intend to manage the business from Germany? Only you? or do you intend to hire a personal manager or call on a family member to help you manage the business?

I shuttle between Germany and Nigeria 3times a year so I’m open to any. If it means my presence in Nigeria, I can also be present in Nigeria. I also have very trusted people I can delegate to handle the business in Nigeria.

If it's the former (Only you), then I will suggest you opt in for online businesses idea only while if you have people onboard in Nigeria to help you manage the business, then you can choose to startup a offline business.
Moreover, my business ideas for you are:

Importation of German quality used Phones, laptops and Accessories: You will have to do your research in Germany to know the places where you can get cheap and quality german used Phones, laptops and accessories and sell them here at a higher rate. You can automate the whole process and track every sales and delivery by developing a web application for it, increasing the business security for you in Germany.
I am interested in this however, I see that the price of phones in Nigeria is Farr cheaper than the price of phones in Germany and I don’t know how this is possible. I’ve tried looking at the biggest market place for used products in Germany and still it’s either at par with the price in Nigeria or a bit higher.
It’s almost never lower

Starting up a Sneaker Shop: You can do your research in Germany and get cheap and quality sneaker and open a Sneaker shop here in Nigeria. Hence, most of the youths are now into cyber crimes and all what they do is fashion and car, you will definitely make lots of sales.
There are really good and quality shoes here that are also cheap but the type of demand people have for shoes in Nigeria are the fake designer shoes and those are not too common here

Middleman Car Dealing Business: This is somewhat a side business idea and you aren't spending a dime. It simply requires you looking for cheap and flashy, quality and unique brands of cars in Germany and create a repository of car lovers in Nigeria and market it to them, hopefully, you will get a buyer. You can also create a web application for it and pay marketers and you will definitely make sales. Once any potential buyer shows interest, you start the delivery as soon as possible!
Thanks a lot. I’ll check into this

Hi everyone.
I’m currently looking for a business idea that requires a startup capital of less than 10m.
I currently live in Germany but shuttle frequently between Germany and Abuja and looking to start up something. I thought a lot about what I could start up but I cant get any concrete idea so I'm hoping I'll get better ideas from people on here.

Thank you..

P.S
For personal reasons,I am not interested in real estate, cryptocurrency or agriculture.

Happy Sunday guys,

When coming to Germany, aside the excitement of running away from Nigeria, please prepare yourself mentally for the months to come, you will not only be faced with loneliness and dark grey weather, you may also experience SAD (seasonal affective disorder) please try to connect to others who are on here.

Update: I recently moved to Berlin from a smaller town hoping that capital city might make a difference. OYO for me.

Please move to cities where you have friends. People here are very uptight and individualist. Don't end up like me. Corona doesn't even help either

Thank You

Hello guys. I have a problem oo. I want to apply for this winter semester to Rhine Waal university, however, I won't be done with my NYSC till ending of November, meaning that I'll only be able to travel by December. My question is will I meet the enrolment deadline for the academic calender?

Please treat as urgent!!!

Check out their enrollment deadline, if it is somewhere ending of October/Early November

Secondly, check if they allow enrollment by proxy

Thirdly, write your course coordinator and ask if they can allow you resume in early December (most cases, they would- especially if your resumption is within 1 month of the original deadline-)

For those planning on coming to Germany through blocked account this year. Whatever you do, don't attempt to use Coracle.
Well, except you want to be frustrated out of your mind
They are unrivaled, the most unprofessional, nonchalant and most annoying BA provider you can ever attempt
I'm currently regretting the day I decided to use them, a big piece of shit

For what is what, just use any other BA provider, anything aside coracle

Hallo,
Welcome to Deutschland.
Getting stuffs from the one euro shop is quite tricky. yeah everything is been sold for one euro but I'll advise you not to buy books from there. Actually books are quite cheaper in other shops(less than 50cent) compared to the one euro shop. I always use one Euro shop when I've combed the other shops. 50cents is about 150 you know.

Dankeschön

Landed in Leipzig Germany at about 5:40pm on Monday

The first thing you'll notice is that the racism you're scared of is not that pronounced. I haven't had a single bad encounter with them tho.

A Tunisian lady I met at the airport helped me booked my train ticket, even offered to help me pay as she assumed I didn't have enough cash on me.

A german male helped me with my bags off the train without me even asking when he saw me struggling with it, and it was really heavy.

Try to arrange an accommodation before y9u arrive. I arrived my school on Monday at about 11pm.

Went to the studierenwerk the next morning and got my room. Told them I didn't have an account yet so couldn't do transfer, I opted to pay in cash and she said the cashpoint was not opened for the day till next week. I was surprised she still handed me the keys and asked me to come and pay next Wednesday.

OBSERVATIONS
As long as you don't overstep your boundaries, you're not likely to have any issues with them. And please for your own good, respect their personal space, they take it very very serious. Don't come to close when talking or be attempting to touch them while talking like you do in Nigeria.

The cold isn't that much yet, it's about 6degrees. I don't feel it much yet but most of my friends are always on winter jackets and kitted up, lol. Everybody with their cold tolerance tho.

Most people understand a bit of English so you can get by pretty easily, but you'll need it to work, so still learn it to allow you integrate easily.

ADVICE
Try to know as much about your city as is possible, I watched practically all the videos on YouTube about my city so I knew most streets by their name already. The taxi man didn't even know the school as much as I did, lol.

Food is relatively cheap here, just find EutoShop in your city, everything there is €1. Plates I bought for €9 each the day before I found for €1 the next day. They have almost everything you can need besides winter jacket, shoes and the obviously expensive items.
Before you head to any store to shop, try to get to EutoShop and buy all you can find that you need. The other stores can be for things you can't find in the EutoShop.

It's a quite country where everyone minds his business, don't expect that Nigerian noise thing here. Everyone moves in a hurry, the cold wouldn't allow you walk sluggishly if not you'll feel the cold.

When buying winter jacket, make sure it's waterproof ooo, this place rain falls at any time, not heavy rain this. Light rains but can fall as much as 5 time a day and last anywhere between 5mins-2hrs.

Greetings from TU Ilmenau, the spirit of science.
