the best way to encounter police is to own a car, and i ve been driving for 24 years now,i know police very well, they show the same way our society behave ,most Nigerians beef each other,Nigerians behave well only when they need favor and outside airport an example . if a policeman see that you have confidence and duly register ur car,without a short cut they will let you go with good approach from you. some of us patronize tout ,illegal driver licences ,illegal car document,using one plate number for 3 cars... a lot,so once a policeman challenge you , u like bark back to shaloooooo the policeman most often times it works and if u run out of luck u wan to beg and escape the law,the issue is our system is dat bad,sometimes wrong seem right .

your odometer calculation is not correct, how can u do that with 3.0 liter v6 ,you must be joking , i am correctly using the 2001 v6 model of this car and it has Automatic Horse Power 200 hp @ 5500 rpm ,Fuel Economy 18 city /26 highway MPG. and 99 model like urs is the same .let me help you with the calculation ,,,205,053-204,798=255miles i believe the full tank size of that car is 60 liters with reserve ,if i based on that when u refilled back with 4800 meaning you have consumed 49.4 liters of petrol, now convert that to gallon because gallon is what US used in calculating MPG 49.4 liters =13.0501 gallons

therefore my friend ur MPG is 255/13.0501=19.54 thats your car MPG which fall to specification for your type of car, if you like to know toyota do 45-50mpg ,more fuel economy that this.

i started driving @ the age of 13 thats around 1992 , i was like someone kids like to see in which anytime my father send me errand ppl comes out on the street to say come and see small boy driving ,the dunniest things is jealousy when some old men then, came to report me to my parent thinking i was not permitted to drive the car,long time since Naija don corrupt imagine i got a paper driver licences then oooo declare 19 yrs when i was actually 14 pardon me not my fault ,although i was very tall which assisted my quick driving ability and that was benz 200 regular and 505 saloon , now with almost 22 yrs driving experience on the road ,with nearly been to many city in Nigeria without accident record ,i still drive with caution because of new drivers that think they are smart on highway.

what might cause this is mostly if u are an aggressive driver like me,i don't have patience when driving, so it require heavy braking. this is what to do ,ur front disk is wrap easily , and it wrap quickly when overheat, get a turner to shine ur disk ,put in original brake pad or just polish the follow come stuff with it, the rear brake should be adjust not to be tight or close ,drive gently without sudden stopping for 3 days or 25 Miles , all will be fine.
Note:when on high way and u press brake aggressively, may be because of pot hole or emergency ,drive gently for the next 10 min to allow the disk to cool bfor increasing ur speed.avoid driving above 100km/h.

probably a cheap test ,,private university where u can settle urself out,, isnt a schl where u missed exam and ur parent take u back there demanding for special exam for the student , can this easily happen in State university?. they have money and bribe their way out ,

If d engine vibrate when is Idle is cause by bad engine mount or vacumm that control the back engine mount, the vacumm is difficult to notice , all u need to do is to a pysical check on the mount .if there is no damage the vacumm will be the prob, this mostly got worst when u put on A/C .


On the issue of steering wheel vibrate at high speed , when u have a new latest Automoble tend to feel the performance despite the risk , this is Natural to human , this is mostly cause by the stabilizer imbalance , most ppl always got it lucky on the wheel balance or thought is disk warp, althought those too cause this kind of problem 80% of car has this two prob, , please check the stabilizer rod , remove it and see if it happen , remember the oyinbo that put it there , knows it importance.

Cybercafe is an IT base business , a kind of networking management that envolve a good IT technical and IT managers to implement and run , a good solution for different area /location will still make you make certain degree of profit, all u need is to make a go survey of the need in your area calculate ur likely expenses and income , determine the kind of ISP u can Afford and at what bandwidth rate u can apply for with support to number of computers , most problem cybercafe have is
1. want to make much profit without investing more 
2. initial startup of the cafe with wrong staff and technicals
3.Buying wrong equipment and ISp
4. wrong billing system
5.buying a wrong generator  that takes their profit
6. employing quake engineer that knows nothing other than formating window xp
7.not providing another service that will suport ur cafe like dry cleaning services and other service to support ur diesel cost
7.employing ssce drop out because they want to pay little
8. Informal like type of management

i am a technicial here in lagos  and i mostly manage linux router  4 cafes that can affored it, what i found out is that they dont want to spend on want will improve their service, let explain what i mean, with one cafe in lagos, a cafe that has 40 computers with a bandwidth os 128/512 dedicated service and still can browse very due to to bad network management i recommend a manage switches and good router that will does firewalling and bandwidth management at a little cost , it was reject by the staff because they know they will not be able to work with that kind of equipment and the owner is even  illitrate in the field,


A cybercafe can work as automation , no need for staff that will cheat u , get a good billing system and a bandwidth manager , most isp oversea are good all u need is a recommedation that will provide service  for that type of cafe u have to make profit , setup a good server management . not linksys type of servver.
get a good hotspot system for laptop users not manual timing that make customer to argue.
manage bandwdith on each systems
lock ur system software
to reduce engineers formating ur system that will reduce customer requesting attention
formal like organisation , and chain of authority .also duties and responsibilty


Note:i will not accept that most ISPs are bad is the cafe that are bad because they could not manage their bandwdith . bandwidth is not cheap (not local ISP oooo u know how Nigerian thing work and cybercafe is among too)
at least most ur are using starcomms at home , and we see how much we are paying, can any one tell now that starcomms is not using bandwidth manager try ping one the network and open 3 pages u will see total congestion because u are passing ur limit
and ppl are paying 10,000 for it monthly
i believe they will sell more than 4/8 kbps for each customer and and isp in isreal will give 64/128 for 750 dollars dedicated satelite services
all will need is browsers to reduce how they open pages and using available bandwidth

Try get a linux with traffic shaper priotise ur cafe

even if i want to go less i rather go to another satelite broadcast like mytvafrica which is better , let Hitv transmitt on satelite and let see
