MRbrownJAY:Jerez. This is racism, not patriotism and its an absolute disgrace; https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/5b/Hamilton_Abuse_Jerez.jpg/800px-Hamilton_Abuse_Jerez.jpg |
MRbrownJAY:Being an Alonso fan doesn't equate to "deslike with a passion" for Lewis. The Spanish do it because they are racist. Come on, dude!
|
Alonso keeps displaying all sorts of stup!d skills. Everybody knows to keep away from the white line, when Petrov did it during quali, people said it was down to him being a rookie. . . Well what do you say about the so called "best driver" making a rookie error during the race? Damn! I laff in saskatchewan!!!!!! ![]() |
MRbrownJAY:You can say that again. Vettel is rapidly becoming a hazard to formula one. Well good one Lewis, I bet you're "slightly" jealous now! ![]() |
Normal service resumes, Lewis leads the championship again. |
Hamilton wins!!!!! |
Yeah, Vettel has confirmed he is an !d!ot once again. Poor Jensen. |
Crackkkkkkking start! Safety car is already out! Go Lewis!!!! Barichello's record 300th race is over. . . alonso is fcked on the wrong tyres (prophesy!) |
Son Of Nigeria’s First Prime Minister Kidnapped In Abuja By Ehis Agbon, WorldNewsVine, Nigeria. Dr Jhalil Tafawa Balewa, son of Nigeria’s first Prime Minister Tafawa Balewa, has been allegedly kidnapped in Abuja, He was reportedly taken in his office Friday (August 27) evening. Reports reaching WorldNewsVine indicates that the Kidnappers made contact with the family this morning (Saturday August 28) demanding a 100 million Naira ($ 666,666.7) ransom. There is presently confusion as there is nobody to give information to the press. When WorldNewsVine visited his house at Jabi district in Abuja, his wife was still in a state of shock and could not talk to us. However an Aid to Dr Jhalil confirmed that he was kidnapped at about 7pm in his office while he was relaxing and that the kidnappers have made contact with the family and the family is doing everything possible to gain his release. Efforts to get a confirmation from the police were abortive as the FCT Police public relations officer, Jimoh Moshood, said he will get back to me as soon as he has a confirmation. The Nigeria Police Force Public Relations Officer Emmanuel Ojukwu could not also be reached as our calls were unanswered Dr Jhalil is a doctor of Nuclear Medicine, forensic pathologist, a business man and politician. He is also the Chiarman of Googluck Na Kowa (which means Goodluck for all) a political support group for President Goodluck Jonathan 2011 presidential election. He returned to Nigeria last year. His father, Alh. Tafawa Balewa, was Nigeria’s first Prime Minister at Independence in 1960. http://worldnewsvine.com/2010/08/son-of-nigerias-first-prime-minister-kidnapped-in-abuja/ |
Have the people been killed yet? ![]() If not the Sri Lankan secret service needs to send people to inject the devils with incurable leprosy. |
“People were shouting that I was the problem of the nation and that Nigeria will tear apart because I was the embodiment of all that was bad. Then in the interest of peace, I said ‘I will step aside’”, he said.Peoples thoughts have not changed. ![]() |
This man is just becoming more and more of a clown! He had a pact with Abacha, because according to him, those left behind were too young to have any sense (now, that sounds familiar He started by killing Dele Giwa, Abacha took it to new levels, burnt down media houses and sent sergeant Rogers to shoot their proprietors in public. IBB is a man whose shoe seems permanently stuck in his gap toothed mouth. |
“We saw today how many times a right decisions in these conditions can make you a gain of 50 seconds or one minute if you do an extra lap with dry tyres, etc” . . . No Alonso! No! |

Southwest PDP adopts Jonathan for 2011 By Jide Jegede August 28, 2010 07:40PM The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), South-West chapter, on Saturday adopted the candidacy of President Goodluck Jonathan for the 2011 presidential election. Leaders of the party in the region met at the House of Chiefs, Parliamentary Building, Ibadan, to assess the quality of the presidential aspirants in the party with a view to making their stand on which to queue behind for the election. After about two-hour closed door meeting, Tajudeen Oladipo, Vice Chairman of the party in the zone, read out an 8-point communiqué detailing how and why they resolved to support the incumbent for the 2011 presidential election. "The meeting studied, analysed and assessed each of the major aspirants based on their antecedents and abilities to carry the nation forward when elected so as to ensure policy consistency. "After rigorous and exhaustive deliberation, the zone resolved that it will serve the best interest of the zone and Nigeria to support the candidature of President Goodluck Jonathan," the communiqué reads in part. Chaired by Olusegun Obasanjo, former President of Nigeria and chairman, PDP Board of Trustees (BoT), the party had earlier acknowledged the efforts and rights of other aspirants eyeing the position within the party, as well as the controversial issue of zoning. Though the president is yet to be forthcoming on his desire to run for presidency in 2011, while reports have it that he may formally declare early next month (September), the meeting declared that ‘the president has expressed intention to contest the presidential primaries on the platform of the PDP'. The communiqué, which was presented as the consensus position of all party leaders in the region, was said to be "in the interest of the party and indeed Nigerians in general". The host, Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala and the Mr. Oladipo, who, in their different speeches, harped on the significance of the meeting emphasized the need to be thorough in their scrutiny of the candidates as their decision would have telling effect on the party's primaries and, by implication, who becomes the next president of the nation. Well attended by the big names of the party in the southwest, the meeting was fully coloured with political songs, mini rallies and display of posters. All the known political foes of the Governor Alao-Akala were, however, conspicuously absent.Representatives from the South-South and the North took their turns to applaud the decision. Atuboyedia Obianime (President, Ijaw National Congress), who spoke on behalf of the South-South people thanked the gathering, promising that the president will not disappoint the people of the southwest and the entire country for supporting him. "This decision is a testimony that South West has been the leader in giving direction to what happens in this country, South West has done it again. Other zones have to copy this because there is nothing other than peaceful coexistence of the nation. We are not going to wait on other zones because your decision is going to transcend to other zones. This is for the sustenance of the sovereignty of this nation. This will be of interest to any country of the world that is democratic and not Nigeria alone", said Bala Kaoje, who spoke on behalf of the North. http://234next.com/csp/cms/sites/Next/Home/5612388-146/southwest_pdp_adopts_jonathan_for_2011.csp |
afam4eva:No, I really mean websites. Almost every hack attack on a site is directed squarely at it. Attacks on servers are not cheap to pull off (eg DDoS attacks, which are most common) , they usually need someone or a gang with access to a zombie army or botnet. The attack (if it was that) on at least one of those papers was directed at the websites database (an experienced eye can tell). Most Nigerian websites are cut and join, they are built by people who either don't care about security or (in most cases) don't even know about it. The vast majority of 9ja websites can be brought down by kids. |
beaf, thanks for the confirmation. lol I thought it was my connection. Hacked? National/local newspaper, is that possible?
Yes it is, most of them run on surprisingly useless websites. |
I noticed the same thing yesterday and the day before. Highly unusual for so many sites to be down, last week it was Nigerian Village Square. One cannot rule out the possibility that they are being hacked. The one thing that links all the downed sites so far, is that they all belong to the responsible section of of the press. |
debeginin: Damn! |
redsun:What is all this, did I steal your babe? ![]() You keep claiming that me and Jonathan share the same ethnic group, but thats only because your brain is bloody weak and you've been called out. For the umteenth time; "I am not even from Jonathans state and am certainly not from his ethnic group. Your judgement is piss poor. Yes, I support Jonathan like most sensible and balanced people. If you don't like it, go and hang." Seriously, dude, you are very shallow. Can we now move back to issues in the thread? |
Mark Webber claims poll at Spa! It turned out to be quite exciting with the likes of Alonso, fighting for dear life. If it rains tomorrow, it could be a thoroughly unpredictable race! 1 M Webber 1:45.778 2 L Hamilton 1:45.863 3 R Kubica 1:46.100 4 S Vettel 1:46.127 5 J Button 1:46.206 6 F Massa 1:46.314 7 R Barrichello 1:46.602 8 A Sutil 1:46.659 9 N Hulkenberg 1:47.053 10 F Alonso 1:47.441 |
redsun:If you don't like Obj, go to Ota and tell him (if you've got the balls that is). Don't expose yourself to ridicule on NL; being quick to speak is the sign of a lack of wisdom; afterall, you just claimed I was from Jonathan's ethnic group (why you made that statement is best left to you); and I have just told you also, that I am not even from Jonathans state and am certainly not from his ethnic group. Your judgement is piss poor. Yes, I support Jonathan like most sensible and balanced people. If you don't like it, go and hang. ![]() |
I hope we aren't talking about almajiri's here, because those goons will even kill and riot for a single meal. |
