Righteousness2: Make no Mistake!!! This is a Sign from above. How can you curse Whom GOD has BLESSED!
Nations and people should tread Carefully with the nation of ISRAEL. ISRAEL is GOD ALMIGHTY Signet on the Earth.
Just like Balaam who was Hired by Balak to Curse. His Donkey Had to talk to Him to make him understand that the assignment he was Hired for was a very Dangerous one.
The Covenant is not a Joke. The Covenant is a strong covenant. The Covenant is a life Covenant .

Nonsense talk. Thousands have cursed the acursed Jews and many more will still curse them and nothing will happen! |

GreenCovering: Command? Must it be about commanded? Here it is about being enjoined, encouraged, prompted to honor the signs of Allah. The evidence is also there.
...And whoever honors the sacred ordinances of Allah, it is best for him in the sight of his Lord. the holy Quran 22 30
So as we all know some things are enjoined and encouraged. And because extra efforts is required to do them, the rewards are huge. And that's what we saw in the earlier quote.
... Whoever respects the sign of Allah, this is surely the outcome of the piety of their hearts. the holy Quran 22:32
Therefore these muslims that got bombed (mistakenly) were honouring the birth of the holy Prophet (s.a.w), the greatest among the signs of Allah.
You are arguing without presenting any counter evidence or proof so far but you want to be sounding larger than life. Firstly, I asked you to explain your proof but couldn't. Secondly, according to your logic, we should also celebrate Christmas because the birth of prophet Eesa is a sign of Allah, isn't it? We should also celebrate the day of isra wa miran because they were signs of Allah. And so on and so forth. I believe you see where this is going. Thirdly, how come the prophet himself (صلى الله عليه وسلم) never celebrated his birthday. And neither did the early Muslims? Are you saying they forgot it or deliberately missed it? Fourthly, enjoinment is a form of commandment. May Allah rest the soul of the dead Muslims. |

GreenCovering: Lol the onus lies on you to provide counter evidences or some explanations as to why you disagree with the given verses of the holy Quran as not proofs. You haven't. Obviously, you don't know how proofs work in Islam and in simple logic. You provided a verse of the Qur'an, yes the Qur'an is the greatest source of evidence. However, just because you quoted a verse to support your claim doesn't mean the verse actually supports your claim. You should explain how the verse supports your claim. That's what I'm.asking you to do. How does the verse you quoted command us to celebrate the prophet's birthday? |

acorntree: . Why categorise web development and data analysis with carpentry, hairdressing etc. if you're not well educated you can't do web development and data analysis They're the same. Secondary school education is the same thing with those skills. As long as you have a sound secondary school English, Maths and maybe further maths, you're ready to learn web development. And what you need for data analysis and a large part of ML is secondary school maths and further maths. What's in web development that a secondary school graduate can't learn? You only need a degree and specialization if you want to be a software engineer or a Deep Learning Scientist. Those ones require higher maths, computer science and stuff. But learning html, CSS, react, laravel, Django, mysql, postgresql and deploying on Aws or digital ocean really requires no degree in my opinion. Attend a bootcamp, continue learning and practicing for two/four years and you'll be wonderful. But spending five years to earn a degree then coming back to start afresh is a most unproductive lifestyle. |

Jeux: I just read a post on romance section and it got me wondering if a school cert holder can be said to be educated . Secondary is the real education. University is for learning a skill. Unfortunately, in Nigeria we see university as education. This why people waste five years studying a skill they neither have interest in nor have enjoy. Then, after five years they start thinking of learning a skill. With all due respect to Chief Awolowo andvhis good will, I believe his legacy of "free university education for all" has done more evil for us as a society than good. University isn't for everyone. Agreed, university graduates (especially post graduates) are the intellectual elites of every profession and society. They're innovators and sit at the top of the intellectual pyramid. However, people like this SHOULD only make up 5% (or even less) of a good society. Most of the jobs and problems are repetitive and generic. For example, real software engineers are very few. Most software developers are just consumers of libraries and frameworks. Also, most of us just need tailors to sew something in vogue for us, we don't need a shiny new design that no one has ever seen. And so on and so forth. Our government should remove hands from our universities and maybe polytechnics. They should focus on making our secondary school up to standard such that a student of public secondary school can write and pass waec and jamb without any extra lesson/tutorial or illegal centre. After that, everybody should go and learn mechanic, electrical, plumbing, tiling, hairdressing, baking, carpentry and even some white collar jobs like data analysis and web development. Many of the jobs that require bsc today are just entry-level jobs that were meant for secondary school finishers in those days. All these bank cashier jobs are normally for waec holders. |

In response to your second question, tell Hamas terrorist to wear their army uniform instead of wearing civilian wears to fight. Tell me if Russia did same when invading Ukraine? You refuse to hold hamas accountable for using civilians as human shield. Well, what do you expect from a terrorist sympathizer? 1. Telling civillians to evacuate within a period too short for them to evacuate is petty. 2. How about targeting coming on ground to face your fellow men instead of bombing innocent civillians. |
