I did not submit any landed documents to establish home ties. I established home ties with my family and my job in Nigeria. No single property title was submitted.

Medical updated to pass - May 5 2022

(PS: Avoid Q-life. They can delay for Africa. I recommend IOM)

If your application has passed the processing time, then you can start sending mails and webform to IRCC..

And your elder brother being your sponsor and submitting a Nigerian account isnt a problem at all.. What the Visa Officer is more concerned about is that the declared funds will be readily available for your studies all through your stay in Canada....


I just hope you showed close relationship with your sponsor..

In that case, you have to wait for the FALL 2023 admission application period if you are interested in that program at Conestoga College

It's kinda risky going for a 1 year program, cos you will only get 1 year PGWP which would very likely not give you enough time to prepare an apply for PR.

You can finish a 1 year Program and apply for another Program so you can be eligible for the 2-3 years PGWP after study.

AWAIT ADDITIONAL INPUTS from the HOUSE

With your BEng degree, you could get admitted for PGD/PGC/PostBaccDip. in Engineering, System Automation or Computer and IT related courses.

These lines of job are lucrative and in-demand in Canada. This means you'll quickly get jobs: hence, your route to Permanent Residence will be smooth if you wish to get PR.

For now, forget about how to land a good-paying job and focus on securing the study permit. It will help you have a clear assessment and insights of justifying your study intent convincingly.

You may consider a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma or a Post-Graduate Diploma/Certificate in a closely related study or experience.
