and i also heard that estates have restriction on type of buildings that are allowed.

thanks for taking the time to post on my thread.

i have been wanting to buy land for a long time but too scared of being duped or dealing with omonile.
but now am being priced out of the market, the more i wait the more expensive things are.

the guy helping is the contractor to a friend of mine.
he has helped the family purchase anout 6 lands and built 2 houses for them.
i have never meant him, neither has my friend, but my friend's family know him well. he is renting one of the houses he helped them build and pays the rent to my friends mum.

my mum went out yesterday and got a land in the area where ait is,(thats the description i got) u get to the street before u get to ait compound but they want 2.5 million for it. if i buy that my uncle that i have known from birth could help me watch it and my mum cud alsoplay a part. but ddat amount of money would tie me down for along time and i dont know if its worth it.

my plan is to open a guest house and maybe a hall on the plot.

sorry its a bit long.

so wat do u think?

pls i need some knowledge here.
i live in the uk and am trying trying to buy a land on the outskirt of lagos.
its for rental purpose,
i would love it to be lagos but the price am getting is too expensive.
after much thought, someone said they could get me land in lusada for #800,000k or after the toll gate
before badagry for about #1.5million.

i dnt know any of these areas so am hoping pple here would be able to help.
how developed is lusada?
is 800,000k a reasonable price for this area?
how far is lusada from the new 8 lane badagry road,
how good is the road leading to lusada.

all contribution highly appreciated.

Politics › Nigeria Is Not 51 Years Old! No, No, No by bebe2(op): 3:17pm On Nov 04, 2011
Dear Nlanders,
this is something i hear from pple most times, dont compare 9ja and so and so country,
9ja is only 51 yrs old, NO ITS NOT

unless u r saying nigeria was a jungle or wilderness before 1960.
most of the roads and other facilities nigerians enjoy today were before 1960.
BUT since then the country has started backsliding.

YET, the politicians favourite slogan is the country is ONLY 51yrs old.
BULLS_HIT.
Politics › Re: Reason Why Nigeria Is Better Than The Usa. by bebe2(f): 3:03pm On Nov 04, 2011
franklinjoseph:
Everyday people tend to see something bad about our country Nigeria, but we fail to froget that Nigeria is a country and not human. People say that Nigeria is 51 years and we've not gone anywhere, but we fail to forget that 50 years is a very young age for a country. In my own point of view Nigeria is still a baby country. Just have a thought about how the USA would have looked in 1843, it would be far worse than Nigeria. America and other more developed are where they are because they have come of age. So my fellow Nigerians let's allow our country to grow and mature at it's time. It's just like comparing a 10 year old boy and a 40 year old man, there can actually be no comparism. God bless Nigeria!
this is wat fustrates me about 9ja mentality,
nigeria is not 51 years old,
unless u want tell me nigeria was a big jungle 51 yrs ago, and it was cleared and building started 51 yrs ago.

HOW ABOUT MEN THAT ENGAGE IN ANAL S-EX SHOULD WE GO CHECKING IN PPLE'S BEDROOMS TO FISH THEM OUT?

DISCRIMINATION CAN ONLY BRING CRISIS,
IF YOU R NOT A MAN LOVER, UR BOTTOM IS SAFE, IT WILL REMAIN SEALED.

IS NIGERIA THE ONLY COUNTRY THAT CALLS GAY PPLE ''MAN LOVER''?

reside.

I'd be rather impressed to see people revealing their own photos rather than their residence streets, i have google earth to view for any normal street in the world. But how would it make sense for faceless people to be showing the streets where they live in?
