A plot used to be 100,000 Naira about 20 years ago but now a plot is between 2M and 5 Million; depending on the area of Amikanle. AIT area hardly have virgin land there. If anyone decides to sell you a plot, it won't be less than 3M.
The down thing about this area is lack of road network.
