I think if we produce and export more, our economy will be stable. Value of currency doesn't determine the wealth of a Nation. Won is worthless but the economy is good.

I know that Value of money doesn't mean value of economy. But hyper inflation is terrible for economy and that what has been the case since 2014 that naira went on a free fall.

I actually agree. Naira had more value than won but Korean economy is bigger than Nigeria thus making them more wealthy and richer than Nigeria because they export more products.

Lol. It is not about the value of naira but the RATE at which it is losing value which is causing undue hardship to people on salaries.

If the value of naira to dollar is 2000, but has remained like that for 5 years then naira is regarded as a stable currency that can store value.

The cost, that has been my dilemma. I am torn between choosing a location that's already developed, in 2which case it must be costly. Or a nice development surrounded area with cheap plots of around N3m to 4m, and we can storm the place and start building immediately. I have two locations for the second option, but if I am to go for the first option, already developed, it's not going to be cheaper than 15m.

I'm in for the 4m own. However I prefer if it's not towards Nike. I rather towards Enugu-onitsha road or Enugu-ph road. Also prefer estate than layout
