so how would the trust come into play if there is no content on your website or blog. Or are you going to bring up an empty blog or site without any contents to get google to trust it. Bro, you really don't have a clue that content is what makes a website and blog. Even the seo, you need contents to gear it up. What are people looking for on your website or blog if not contents which can be in form of video, mp3, text write up, etc. At times i laugh when some people tried to bend the rules to convince themself that content is not the king because every website or blog needs contents to survive and such contents is what enables one to engage seo practice to rank in search engine.every thing you mentioned from backlinks to the rest, you need contents to gear it up or are you going to do that with an ampty words and empty website. Even the title, meta tags, header image, description has contents embeded in them, so why saying otherwise.

mmmmmmmmmm bro u are right, the name of the template is awesome but their own version is more modernized. the default one looks empty

its all about tweaking. If you know how to tweak, you can modernize it yourself or pay some one to do that for you

they are using default blogger template as at the time you created this thread. Find the template from your dashboard, under template option

well, that is what they sent to me recently. According to the message, $100 is for ATM cash withdrawal limit not all channels. All channels is limited to $250 which includes pos/online payment, withdrawal etc

you will hardly see such tool because almost all of them are paid subscriptions. the only free one out there is google keyword planner. even keyword planner is forcing users to use adword before they will display the actual search result instead of ranges which leaves you in guessing what the monthly search is

I will advise you to use local domain registrar as most atm card are being restricted. one thing we don't understand is that you may end up paying more when you wish to renew or lose your domain if you can't be able to pay except maybe you transferred it to before renewal

you can't because you need some pc software to make things easy for you. you will only limit yourself to using android apps and post contents on your blog but when it comes to making things easy for you, you need a desktop or laptop preferable.

its normal because adsense only counts page views that displays their advert while blogger stats counts all views from visitors

if you know where the code is inserted in your blog, all you need do is to remove it. Also if he has added it to his adsense, then tell him to remove it too. This way your blog would not be conflicting to be on two adsense account by the time you got approved when you apply

its normal. This is due to the fact that at times when some one visit a page on your blog, adsense may not display. The number of pages adsense ads displays is counted as adsense page views. This could happen as a result of the page refusing to load adsense, the visitors internet connection not strong enough, page load time out, heavy templates etc. So blog page views will definitely be higher than adsense page views.
