it all depends how your template layout is. Some template has navigation menu which you just have to replace most of the worlds and links in the nav menu while in blogger default template, you need to add the page gadgets to see the navigation menu

I brought a template from a template designer and it was written but save as a format of rar and have try open it with winrar and other file converter but is not working please anybody to wake me up with any ideas please......

probably the main template files is inside the rar, so you have to extract it before uploading if its a blogger template. At least you can upload a screenshot of the file lets see

your first mistake is using tk domain except maybe you don't intend to take the blog serious by giving it a brand. Get a custom domain to give your blog a brand

your bank declined the transaction due to dcc restrictions. This usually happens due to the conversion made by the site and the banks is not allowing such exchange rate to the one they charge. Paypal is using official exchange rate while the bank is using black market so they are clashing. You will have to either change your funding source to usd or use a dollar dominated card

probably you are using the default blogger template. if so, then you won't be affected

lots of /blogger users are not aware of this latest blogger issue because they've not checked their layout option on their blogger dashboard, they only make post and logout.

recently i just discovered that blogger dashboard is now having scroll bar and it has affected blogger layout option where we normally make use of to add widget or gadgets to our blogger blog and this has forced the widget/gadget edit button to be covered by the scroll bar at the sidebar area on the dashboard and other positions, leaving bloggers with issues because they would be unable to edit some of the gadgets they have added on blogger layout. lots of changes have been made by google recently and blogger is not excluded.

although for those using blogger default template, they have nothing to worry about but if you are using template you downloaded online, that is third party template, then you may be affected because the default width defined by blogger for their dashboard may not be same used on your template. so if you are using blogger defaulth template without adjusting the width, you are good to go. see example of what i mean. you can see that the edit button of most of the widget has been covered by the scroll bar. to fix this issue, visit www./fixbloggerscrollbar

you need both content and traffic that clicks on advert. You may have thousands of contents but without traffic that clicks on advert, you won't earn. If you want to use adsense as your major earning source, then you should look for high paying niche keywords. You may want to build an adsense niche site

all i would say is to be careful because you may be intoxicated to think all its true by what self claimed guru most have said because they want to sell. The newbies always fall victim of this type of information. So thread softly in order not to get caught up in their net

you have to do more diggings online. You need keyword research to know what people are searching for online if you want to get search engine traffic. As for related post, you have to search for how to add it to your blog via google.

i was trying to upgrade my VPS server today from 3GB RAM to 4GB RAM for the rest of the month which is just $6.

surprisingly i saw something on paypal that caught my attention.

they displayed the naira equivalent which i will be charged using my naira card linked to my paypal and it shows a naira equivalent calculated to be 1naira to about $0.00296229

so for $6 i was to be charged N2,025.45

This will be so awesome but my traction didnt go through.

i tried my VISA card from access bank (naira card) it failed
i tried my Mastercard from GTB (dollar card) it failed

with this currency conversion, this is the beginning of nigeria nightmare because lots of people will have problem with dcc restrictions. This has started happening with facebook, google, amazon and other site that has started converting us dollars way lower than what the banks are charging. This will affect lots of nigerians who makes use of naira visa and master card because the bank charges is clashing with the marchant payment site and the banks will not accept such exchange rate. This is why dcc restriction is affecting online payment in most foreign site. I see lots of website and domain going down the drain in the future because they will not be able to make payment with naira visa and master card. Even gtbank naira master card will keep failing if this conversion is implemented in most foreign site.

There is a serious problem coming on the way. To make foreign payment now would require dollar dominated cards, not naira.

at least you can still clarify the various domain types by stating it without me mentioning them. I am not awere of the domain types that are affected with missing DNS features on you platform because for now I only have .com domains on your platform. so you can throw more light to why there is no DNS features on your platform for various domain types including ..com . like I had said, I usually give instruction on how bloggers can link their blogger domain by themself for those who want to buy domain from your platform but they often complain that they can't find the DNS management. it used to be there when you were still using the old design but after upgrading to the new design, it got missing in action and I went through series of chat with your team to activate DNS zone features when I wanted to link some one domain myself, then after that, it went missing again. is it that customers are not allowed to use the DNS features at will or they must go through your team to set it up for them. we have to know so we can decide whether to stick with your service or transfer to other domain registrar that offer DNS management features for same price or even lesser because its not encouraging at all as one cannot use DNS management at their own will and I still don't know why you removed DNS features on your platform. as you can see from the screenshot below, when i bough this domain, i did the dns changes myself now i can't find the dns features on it. this screenshot was just taken now. before now, the dns management used to be below the change name server button but i can't see it any where on your platform. most of us do engage in expired domain and most of the domain parking and selling site would want you to add cname records or any other configuration on your domain aside using the name server. even some stats analytic and other site have domain config option to verify your ownership but one cannot do it instantly without contacting your technical team. its not encouraging at all.
