Whilst I am happy that justice got served, Ekun should have served his sentence here in Nigeria. I don't like this extradition thing, especially when it's in the interest of the British. They still think they control us and can always bash into this country to arrest anyone. Nigeria govt still have this slave mentality about them...always yielding to the demands of these crackers.

When it comes to good music, Mo'cheddah is a better all-round artist than Tiwa and Yemi combined. Have you listened/watched "My Time' by Mo'cheddah? A good singer and rapper. Sad that this generation only listen to trash and not good music. Tiwa is selling face and music, Yemi is selling influence, while Mo' is selling good music.
FamilyRe: Is It Possible To Love All Your Children Equally? by bee444: 2:13pm On Sep 03, 2015
It's possible. Scientific research published in the journal Demography shows that the birth of a first and a second child briefly increases the level of their parents' happiness, but that a third child has a negligible effect. Whether it’s a case of favouring the eldest child or preferring one gender, Christine Northam, a counsellor at Relate, says that favouritism is reality in the majority of families.

With the best will in the world, the most loving parents at times feel that one child is giving them a lot of hassle while the other is not. It does go on to a greater or lesser extent in most families but it’s contextual, based on what’s going on at the time in the family. But longer-term favouritism can be extremely damaging, and it’s a parent’s responsibility to regulate themselves and their partner to make sure that one child isn’t given more attention.

There is something about that Ilorin that I don't like. The people behave like the Hausas. Infact, everything about them is hausa, yet they tried claiming to be Yorubas or people from the west.

Not that I have anything against them, but in terms of regional or zonal war, whose side would they be on?

It's all over. Pray, fast, weep or even beat the hell outta him, porn has come to stay in his head at least for few more years before he gets married. Not even guarantee when he gets married.

But for now, nothing much to do than to block all adult sites on his computer, remove anything that would make him remember sex from your home. Put a camera in his room, pick him up at school, involve him in Church activities and leave the rest to God.

All this Nigerian this, Nigerian that should stop. When last did you hear the indians or Pakistans in the UK broadcasting their fraudulent activities online? These bunch are the most fraudulent people in the world, but they are very secretive about that dubious ways. 50 indians or Pakistans can use a single passport to claim benefit and travel at the same time. They always have the same first name and lastname and most times, look-alike too. I'ts either they are Khan, Sigh or Mohammed.

Romance5 Main Reasons Why Ladies Cheat!!! by bee444(op): 6:02am On Jul 25, 2015
Men are not allergic to cheating and ladies are not predisposed to cheating either. Lets see the 5 reasons here....

1. Some women will go in a relationship with the expectation that you are equipped and willing to meet her every whim. She'll set you up to fail. She pins all her hopes and dreams on you and feels justified in taking her wild expectations elsewhere when you inevitably fail to meet her demands.

2. They want to break up but are too scared to be the bad guy, bite the bullet and dump you. They are scared of being alone and want to audition your replacement beforehand.

3. Ladies dream about being in honeymoon for the rest of their lives and wouldn't trade this for anything. This chronic honeymooner craves the emotional excitement that comes with discovering, desiring, and seducing a new partner.

4. When you don't laugh, you don't love. Laughter is one of the key elements in a relationship that often gets overlooked. Women seek an emotional connection that their partner notices them, is proud of their achievements, and appreciates what they do, so when they aren't getting this at home, the residual effects lead to feelings of frustration, dissatisfaction, depression, and restlessness. Women need to feel desired. And if she ain't getting any, that sexual void crept in.

5. Women are stronger than men when it comes to relationship trustworthiness. Very difficult for them to cheat, but very easy to persuade them to cheat. Ladies get easily distracted with smooth-talking, good-looking guys. 80% of ladies cheat for monetary gains, while the other 20% do it out of ignorance.

It must be a dream meeting for her. Meeting your half brother for the very first time and he happens to be the president of the United states. Quite a feeling it must be.

Someone should please tell Obama that without coming to Nigeria, the giant of Africa, he hasn't seen Africa at all.
Auma has met Obama on several occasions. She visited Obama in America when Obama was still a practicing lawyer and doing those charity stuff. Obama mentioned this in his book " The Audacity of hope". Auma was also present at Obama's inauguration back in 2008. she even helped out at the campaign. I guess they haven't seen each other since then.

No one is to blame! But don't you ever leave a housemaid alone with your husband. Men are as faithful as their options. Regardless of faith or strong will, a man will always be a man. Please don't bring the idea of " I trust my man". Trust is when it does not relate to women. Men are very adventurous, and curiosity they say kill the whatever.

Nature can't be defiled. The most powerful are struck down by the power of the punany. As faithful and God-fearing as I am, I couldn't take my eyes off my wife's sisters when they came visiting. As soon as I made the move on one of them, she reciprocated. God came down that day to save me... I was about entering that promise land, then a knock on the door.

Just tired of him shoving his antics in our face. Politics does not mix with religion. He needs to sit down with his President quickly to solve or bring solution to many problems Nigeria is having.

I don't want him to be seen as Manny Pacquiao who uses Jesus name in vain to fight Mayweather. Pacquiao lost the match. Should we now say the devil (Mayweather) won? Nope.

CelebritiesRe: Nigerian Artiste Claims Beyonce Stole her Music Video Look & Song.. Lol by bee444: 9:34pm On May 22, 2015
She might be saying the truth. One Beyonce best friend recently said that Beyonce would do anything to remain on top. Beyonce doesn’t want any one to take on her style.

If you are out there, don't ever dream to be like Beyonce or make an attempt to copy her. Don't even sing her song to win any competition because that would be the end of your career.

Remember Melanie Amoro( she sang Beyonce's Listen). She won the competition but her career died instantly. People praised her for singing the song better than Beyonce.

Another one is Jessica Sanchez, sang a Beyonce and beat Beyonce with her rendition and vocals. Beyonce stepped on her career.

Alexander Burque of UK can't make it in the US. She sang with Beyonce at Xfactor final. She won, released few songs and career died.

Beyonce controls the media and the music industry. Be yourself thats all. People now worship Beyonce..smh
Nairaland GeneralNigerians At Home More Helpful And Nice Than Those Abroad? by bee444(op): 1:54am On May 21, 2015
Been there done that. Privileged and blessed to have travelled all over. Seen things at first hand and have loads of experience on how Nigerians behave abroad compare to those at home.

Assistance and help comes in different form, doesnt have to be monetary. Our people back home are the most generous and kind-hearted people ever. They share virtually everything they have with friends and family. They accommodate you without setting timer. You could get see the sincerity and genuineness in their wanting to help.

Nigerians in diaspora go through a lot and most times find themselves struggling to meet up with bills. Their papers doesn't always come that easy too. We understand their struggle and wished they hadn't left home.

A very helpful and generous homebased Nigerian becomes something else immediately he arrives countries like Canada, UK or US. He acclamatised himself and blend with the system without having a second thought with why such system operates the way it does. He immediately learns to be secretive about how other new Nigerians could make it big. His lip becomes tight. He has learned the system... the system that offers little hope to those that just arrived.

Depending on where you live or who your hosts are, life could be a lot better or better still worse for some people. Those that 'struggled' or went through 'hell' automatically becomes hostile and un-nice after 2 weeks of your arrival. They make it seems that your presence alone has doubled their bills and that life hasn't been the same since your arrival. They make you think that their mortgage is suffering because of you.

Those in the UK are somewhat open and helpful in terms of how you could go about regularising your stay, but deficient in other department. You must be careful living the lifestyle of a londoner.. you credit score becomes even worse after 5 years of your arrival.... hope you get what I mean.

All in all, don't go abroad thinking the Uche, Bayo or Umhokuede you know back in Nigeria will help you. You will be disappointed! He becomes a changed person immediately he boarded that plane.
Nairaland General10 Most Racist Countries In The World!!! by bee444(op):
Racism continues to be a major problem throughout the world. It divides continents, countries and even villages over race, religion or just skin color. Despite laws and International intervention, racism is still very much a problem today in many countries. This list looks at the 10 most racist countries in the world...

No. 10. United States of America. Despite being called the land of the free the US is full of racism in just about every pocket of the country. Hate breeding from the color of someone’s skin brings crime and discrimination throughout, especially in the southern and Midwest states where racism is a common part of life. A large portion of racism in the US is black vs. white, but also Asians and even Native Americans are often treated unfairly. This builds a lot of tension that has seen riots, staged (and un-staged) protests and conflicts with law enforcement, often resulting in assault, arrest and sometimes even death.

9. Saudi Arabia.. Saudi Arabia is a very rich and powerful country due to their oil resources. The problem is how they use their power by exploiting their neighboring (not as rich) countries such as India and Pakistan. Saudi Arabia will use people from these developing countries for jobs that pay little and offer poor conditions. On top of that they are not treated well, are forced to live in conditions not suited for mankind. In addition to the labor issues, Saudi Arabia also shows racist tendencies against other Arab countries, refusing to allow others into their country, or treating them poorly if they seek refuge.

8. Rwanda... In 1994, two ethnic races, the Tutsi and Hutu tribes were in a conflict that eventually escalated into the death of over 800,000 people in Rwanda. It was the Hutu tribe that carried out what was essentially an execution of the Tutsi population. The elimination of so many people was a low point for the country and for human kind in general. The genocide is still fresh in the region and for good reason tension continues to exist. At any moment the hate these two sides have for each other could once again explode and lead to the deaths of many more. You just have to be one of these tribes to be safe in Rwanda.

7. Russia.. The Russian government and people have seen a lot of change over the past 30 years so it’s really no surprise that in some cases racism has become part of this change. Essentially, the people of Russia don’t like anyone who is not Russian. The list includes Asians, Caucasians, Chinese and again, really anyone that is not ethnically Russian. The hate and discrimination is felt in both rural and urban parts of the country. The government continues to try and curb this behavior, but racism still thrives in Russia which already has a rich past of racism related conflict and hate.

6. Pakistan...For ages, the Shia and Sunni sects have hated each other and been at war. There doesn’t appear to be an end in sight. Pakistan is also always at war with India (another conflict that has seemingly gone on forever will little to nothing done about it), leading to much racism between the two countries. That’s apparently not enough as Africans and other countries have had instances of discrimination against them by both the Pakistani people and government. Conflict, and the racism that comes from it, is very political in Pakistan and is watched closely internationally.

5. South Africa .. Nelson Mandela and the Anti-Apartheid movement made racism illegal in South Africa; however, you don’t have to look far to see it is still very much part of the South African culture and daily life. Racism is so prevalent here that pricing for goods and services are dependent on your race and the color of your skin. Groups that promote racist violence are now arrested, but it still hasn’t stopped the constant discrimination in this country. Mandela put in the legal framework to make South Africa better, but change doesn’t happen overnight, South Africa is an example of a place that needs time in order to change.

4. Japan... Even though Japan is a first world country with laws against racism they continue to discriminate against most anyone who is not a Japanese native. Japan is 98 percent native people and the government does not typically allow people from other countries to come and live in their country. This is especially the case with Muslims who are rarely allowed into Japan because the government believes the two cultures have “compatibility” issues. That’s blatant racism that the government refers to as “positive discrimination.” There is nothing positive when you are knowingly keeping “outsiders” from entering your country. Clearly this is negative and clearly the government doesn’t care.

3. Israel... Where to start with Israel? It feels like the hatred directed at Israel and then back toward others started before humankind. The conflicts between the Israelis, Israeli Arabs and Palestinians are an open-ended war that bubbles up constantly resulting in violence and death. After World War II, the Jews were given a new state and anyone who was living there became refugees. This has been the latest reason of a long list of reasons for conflict and dislike between these groups. The United Nations and other countries have attempted to work out peaceful endings, but all cease fires have been temporary. This constant war breeds not only hatred, but discrimination is extensive.

2. Germany... Given their history, it may be a while before all the hate is wiped out of Germany. Hitler may have left long ago, but Germany remains a racist country where some Germans still feel they are superior to everyone else. Oh, and then there are the Neo-Nazis. Both the United Nations and German government are working hard to stop the Neo-Nazi groups that continue to preach anti-Semitic messages, but they have not been successful in removing the group in its entirety. If that’s not enough (and it should be), German political parties have even been accused of facilitating Neo-Nazi propaganda. Germany is the perfect example of what happens when you have a leader that breeds hate in his country. Hopefully someday the feeling of a “superior race” will be replaced by more welcoming arms.

1. India.. Racism in India is pretty straight forward which makes it even worse than these other examples. A child is taught early on in Indian culture that people with white skin are superior to people with dark skin, hence, the hatred toward Africans and other countries with dark skin. What’s surprising is how India doesn’t really acknowledge this attitude; instead, insisting they live in a culture rich in diversity that doesn’t discriminate. In addition to this clearly racist viewpoint, there is xenophobia, a division between the Hindus and Muslims as well as people from the regions of Marathi Manoos and Biharis.

Honourable mention...

United kingdom... These people are very subtle about their hatred, bigotry and xenophobic attitudes towards others because of govt open criticism and punishment of such behaviour. They however operates what is known as institutional racism.

Australia... Although Australia of today has embraced multiculturalism, however, deep rooted in the system are still majority of racists. They believe they are better than brown skins and openly discriminate against such people. You have to be well educated and speak fluently well to be able to atleast escape most of the attacks.

The guy revealed his white girlfriend to the British public before announcing his intention to run... sharp guy. They might consider him because of his oyibo babe.

98% of English people are conservatives. Although they don't always divulge their political affiliations (they are very subtle about it), a black prime minister is still 100 years away.

Immigration is very dear to the heart of the English ( English not Britons), a black leader would compromise those stance.

Umunna's background as a child of a Nigerian immigrant would also pose a huge and detrimental obstacle to his bid... talking about politics.
PoliticsRe: Chuka Umunna Shows Off His Girlfriend For First Time (photos) by bee444: 5:00pm On May 11, 2015
Stop reffering to these people as Nigerians... because they are not. Born in England to a Nigerian parents automatically makes you a Briton not necessarily a Nigerian.

These type of people do not even see themselves as black. They have inferiority complex and would only date white woman for position sake. Black celebrities abroad especially Igbos are a shame to Africa. Dumping African women to white just to gain recognition or fame.
Nairaland GeneralGhana Has Overtaken Nigeria On Internet Fraud (Sakawa Boys) by bee444(op): 1:51pm On May 10, 2015
Internet fraudsters in Ghana are easy to spot. The young men in fast cars have become such a conspicuous group that they even have their own nickname. Meet the Sakawa boys.

David is 25 years old. He's been defrauding people on the internet for the last two years.

"I know it's wrong but it gives me a lot of money," he says.

He used to sleep on the streets. Then he saw his friends in internet cafes earning money defrauding people online.

A typical con is pretending to be a woman romantically interested in men from Europe, America or Asia.

He learnt the trade and, with little formal education, earned enough money to rent an apartment, buy a car and have money left over to spend.

But he insists the money isn't earned easily.

"Some say this work is easy but it is not."

"You have to be patient, smart, fast and cultivate trust between you and the white person".

Fraudsters in Ghana say they are the women in pictures and videos to draw in victims

Fraudsters like David (not his real name) pretend to be beautiful women. They play clips of the women saying hello. They then tell their targets that their microphone or speakers aren't working so they can't speak, they can only communicate via messages.

Over time they build up a romantic relationship with them before convincing them to send them money.

Others pretend to have a concession in gold, timber, securities or oil to persuade people to hand over money for their fake business arrangements.

The group of fraudsters have come to be known as the Sakawa boys in Ghana, a term which means "putting inside" in the Hausa language.

It's not just a living, but a lifestyle.

Sakawa boys are so renowned in Ghana that a primary school pupil can point one out - their lavish lifestyle gives them away.

They can be spotted on a Saturday night in Santa Marie, a suburb of Ghana's capital Accra.

Sakawa boys are known for driving around playing loud music

The streets are filled with unlicensed Range Rovers and Toyota Camrys.

Young men in tight jeans, baseball caps and flashes of gold sit with their car windows wound down and play loud music.

A decade ago the term Sakawa was not even used in Ghana. Instead internet fraudsters were called Yahoo boys - a term mostly used for conmen in Nigeria.

The Nigerian singer Olu Maintain released the song Yahooze in 2007. In the song he says "it's all about the Benjamins baby", referring to hundred dollar bills. And at gigs he started spraying money at fans.

He said in an interview with Modern Ghana at the time "nobody is interested in how you got to where you are. Everybody is interested in results".

Although he said in the same interview "the song has nothing to do with yahoo".

Now the term Sakawa boy has taken over in Ghana. There is even a collection of Sakawa boy films, whose storylines often reference the use of black magic.

Ghanaian films have storylines about Sakawa Boys

One reason they have taken off in Ghana is that it has one of the highest internet penetration rates in Africa.

Sakawa boys are not just conspicuous consumers.

Some claim they also wield considerable influence.

The Ghanaian Times reports that a government minister complained that chiefs "condone and connive with such criminals" - referring to Sakawa boys.

Northern Region Minister Alhaji Limuna Mohammed Muniru said he had received a death threat after issuing a directive to arrest some Sakawa boys.

The same minister also claimed some of the conmen had bribed a chief to rename his town either Galaxy City or La Palmas.

The negative effect of Sakawa boys' cons is felt across the country.

Cybercrime contributed to Ghana being blacklisted for money-laundering by the international watchdog the global Financial Action Task Force in 2012. This dented the country's international reputation as an investment destination.

The government says those who have been victims of Ghana's conmen should lodge formal complaints but so far, there have been few convictions - partly because of the difficulty prosecuting this type of crime, with the victims living abroad.

David recognises that being a conman doesn't help his own reputation either. But the money is too much of a lure for him to make a career change any time soon.

Below photos shows a Sakawa boy in his car... easily identified with loud music and flashy cars.

The vendors now sell dvds and stories about Sakawa boys.
