Christianity Etc"Religion Of Peace" Blow Up Brussels Yet Again! by bee444(op): 12:30pm On Mar 22, 2016
13 dead, 35 wounded as Brussels airport was blown apart by islamic terrorist. Another explosions is also happening around the country as we type. So much for the "religion of peace"

You dont sweat it when you are genuine. Likewise you don't have to repeatedly console yourself that you're a "religion of peace" if you really are.

* Brussels is in Belgium for the record.
CelebritiesRe: Psquare Saga: Peter Exposes More About The Problems Within Them In New Interview by bee444: 12:39am On Mar 21, 2016
Summing up this interview.. its obvious Peter is the trouble maker and very greedy.

Paul is loving and caring and doesn't want money to separate the brothers. He doesn't want any percentage for jude but equal payment. Peter on the other side want a meagre percentage for Jude.

Peter doesnt sing but want a big slice of the pie. Now that Jude also want a big slice, Peter became greedy.

Greediness breaks relationship.
CelebritiesRe: Eye Witness Account Of Ibinabo Fiberisima’s Accident - Charles Novia by bee444: 1:26pm On Mar 18, 2016
This eyewitness account has many loop holes. He does'nt know what he's talking about. Mr Guelle has many questions to answer

Facts of matter..

* Many witnesses but only Mr Guelle saw Ibinabo.
* He stopped a cab for them while others were still trying to help the deceased and no one saw him doing this.
* He never asked which hospital the cab man was taking them to.
* He heard the crowd saying they were going to hurt Ibinabo, yet the crowd never moved to where Ibinabo car was to carry out their threat.
*Mr Guelle should have known that Ibinabo was at fault since the other eyewitnesses were very upset with Ibinabo.
* Mr Guelle should be charged with accessory to murder having known that Ibinabo just killed someone but still allowed her to escape.
* Mr Guelle or whatever his name is should be charged with aiding and abetting and conspiracy for failing to disclose an accident leading to death.
* His account of the accident should be disregarded since it took him 10 years to come forward...witness tampering should be considered.
* He only came forward to protect a celebrity having no regard to the life lost.
* Mr Gualle is a liar. He did not see the accident but the aftermath. He should therefore never be allowed to testify.
* Other eyewitnesses account were totally different from Mr Gualle's account. No one colloborated the account of Mr Gualle.

Final thought..

Mr Gualle' account of the night of event should be discredited. No one colloborated his account. Ofcourse so many witnesses saw accident but only Mr Gualle account differ.

I graduated from the university last year, since then finding a job has been tough largely because i live in a small town, now a friend of my Dad, whom my Dad obviously trusts so much, because he is an Elder in his church is telling my Dad to let me come and live with him and his family in Lagos to continue my job search, now i am friends with this mans daughter, but i am skeptical, this so called elder is those type of men who hide under their status to perpetrate evil, he made passes at a young lady i know but he was rebuffed, he is kind of connected and he can help me get a job, but i am not sure he wont betray my dad's trust and start demanding the impossible.

So confused atm.
'All because of a job'?. Why not my lil one? Just get a job. Get a job holding dickk it doesnt matter. As long as it provides food

I don't just get it. Now I see reasons why some women wouldn't want their husbands to be rich. As soon as the guy hit jackpot, he would want a second wife.

That woman has been with Ooni for more than 25 years. Now that he is now Ooni, he immediately want a new wife. Shame on the Ooni. Shame on the people congratulating him, especially the women.

Ooni estrange wife left because she was told that Ooni cant have just one wife. I like that woman. Ooni is now a principality.

Five Questions You Should Ask During An Interview

Unless otherwise stated, job interviews are not supposed to be one-sided. While it is normal for a recruiter to ask questions during an interview, it is necessary, if not essential, that interviewees ask questions of their own in return. As a potential employee, you should ask questions to:

– Ensure that the interviewer has no reservations about you.

– Demonstrate your interest in the employer.

– Find out if you feel the employer is the right fit for you.

Three to five questions is a good range. Have more than three prepared, because chances are, some of these questions will be answered during the interview.

These five questions are a great start:

1. What skills and experiences would make an ideal candidate?
This open-ended question allows the interviewer to tell you what they are looking for.

2. What is the single largest problem facing your staff?

This shows the interviewer that you are trying to find out how you can fit in the part of the team. It also shows your ability to think like an engaged team member.

3. What do you like most about working here?
This will hopefully provide insight into how satisfied employees are with working at the organization. It may also provide insight into the company culture.

4. How has this position evolved since it was created?
You will find out how the role has changed over the years. This will help you find out if there is potential for growth in the position.

5. What constitutes success in this position and in this organisation?
This will show you whether your definition of success is in line with that of the organisation and it will help you find out if the organisation is a good fit for your career.

And two more:

6. Can you tell me about the team I’ll be working with?
Note that you said ‘will’; you are speaking like you already have the job. This is an important question because it will help you find out what kind of people you will interact with on a daily basis, so pay attention to the answer.

7. What is the top priority of the person in this position over the next three months?
This will help you form an idea of what to focus on when you start so that you can make a good first impression.

By asking these questions, you show confidence and interest in the vacant position and the organisation as a whole. Good luck in your next interview.

What other questions can you ask your interviewer? ****

**** http://635.gtbank.com/2016/03/five-questions-you-should-ask-during-an-interview/#sthash.yUvSC7jq.dpuf
This is one of the most craziest and silly interview advice I've seen in a while. Asking those questions portrays you as someone who doesn't know anything about the company you're about to join.

Instead of asking, tell them why you're joining..i.e because of the staff togetherness, good working environment and their advancement program initiatives.

Most good companies out there proudly narrates how successful and happy their employees are on their websites. They teĺl you how to climb the ladder and what program is in place to achieve your goals. Job descriptions is also available on the website before applying.

Asking what skills and experience they are looking for makes you a dullard and unprepared. You have to have the skills and experience before applying for any position.

The only question you should ask a potential employer is " how does one move from this position to a higher one and what advancement program do they have in place". THAT ALONE PUTS YOU ABOVE ALL. IT SHOWS YOU WANT TO BE IN THE COMPANY FOR LONGER TERM.

Most times, after confidently answering all questions and telling them what you know about the position and the pay package, its good to just shut it.

@op. You've forgotten the most important one.

Tell them that they will only be received and welcomed for two weeks, after which they will begin to see the other side of their host.

Bottom line, don't go abroad relying on friends or family. You will regret it. Pls I beg of you, stay in Nigeria if your parents arent in abroad. People are wicked and would do anything to make sure you dont succeed above them.

Find your own way!

Nairaland GeneralGot A Bank Job Abroad Without Qualification! Glory!!! by bee444(op): 3:38pm On Feb 13, 2016
Many reasons why I wouldn't want to work in Nigeria until I bag a Phd in something. Employers always demanding physical paper qualifications/certificates before even considering you for that position. They wouldn't even listen to you let alone allow you to demonstrate your skills or experience.

Countries like UK, Canada and US requires you to have experience and qualifications for the position you're applying for.. but not necessarily. What do I mean Bee? You only need to be bold, articulate and can defend the Resumè you presented to your potential employers.

I did not have any qualifications in the many positions I have applied for in recent years. I only passed through University without finishing. Just a school cert back home in Nigeria. But hey, I look the part, I present myself highly and dress professionally. You would think I went to Cambridge or Yale. But I read and do research on interview questions and answers.

I recently applied for a banking job and went for an interview. Interview 1 was done over the phone, I smashed it. Then second interview with the board, they loved me instantly. I got the job. This has actually been a trend to me. I have lived in the UK, Canada and US. I always get the job I wanted because of His grace and favour.

Employers don't doubt me whenever I tell them I have so and so qualifications and experience. I speak so eloquently with grace. My accent is mixed; doesn't sound Nigerian nor British nor Canadian nor American.. just mixed and employers always commend me fort that.

Education is good, but for me, I do my education myself. The negative side of not having these qualifications would be when I apply for the highest position in a firm. They would want to do some research or investigate my qualifications claim. Don't know if I should just go back to school or continue achieving?

I have worked in the biggest companies in the Europe and North America. And I am closing to 40. Dont know if I can still go back to school, but I wish to have all these qualifications in real life.

One of entertainment’s most eligible bachelor, Bankole Wellington, popularly known as “Banky-W” played groomsman duty at the wedding of former big brother housemate and television presenter, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja.

The award winning act was decked in a custom Mai Atafo two-piece suit, but what caught my attention was that Gucci branded mixed print scarf and the square-shaped sunglasses by Tom Ford.

That scarf is currently sold out on major fashion retail portals, the going rate for the stylish ensemble runs into $318 dollars, and his sunglasses retails for US $340.
