Romance7 Things That Will Make A Man Never Want To Marry You! by bee444(op): 4:49am On Apr 21, 2015
My male friends and I were talking the other day about marriage. We don’t talk about it the way women do, fantasizing and getting all excited about our wedding day. Instead, we talk about it like picking a career – you know you’re going to be stuck with it, it can be enjoyable, but you had better tread lightly or it could end up in disaster.

I thought I’d share with women a few things that my friends said we did NOT want in a wife. Take it or leave it, but here’s what most of us really do dislike:

1) A high-maintenance woman. It might be okay to be a little bit of a gold digger, but high maintenance means that nothing is ever good enough. You buy her something that costs $1,000 dollars, she barely says thank you. She might also be the kind of emotional black hole who is never satisfied or happy no matter what he says or does to make things better. That’s draining for men, and flat out horrible.

2) A woman who is bad with kids. A woman’s beauty is captured in her ability to nurture. The woman who says “I hate kids” is seen as less of a woman in the eyes of a lot of men. It also makes her look selfish.

3) A woman who doesn’t support you. If a man is going through things, he wants to believe his woman has his back through thick and thin. You want to feel beautiful, he wants to feel like a king. If he’s ridiculed or his dreams aren’t supported, then he will probably gravitate toward the woman who helps boost his ego, listens to him and encourages him, just like his mother used to do.

4) A woman who emasculates you or doesn’t respect gender roles: Feminism is nice, but a lot of hardcore feminists are either gay or single. You can have power in your household and still allow the man to be a man. If you’re constantly ordering him around or not respecting his manhood, then he will feel that you don’t need him. So, the strong, independent woman who “don’t need no man” may lose her man because he is convinced that she “don’t need him” just like she said.

5) Bad in the bedroom. If you ask a man what time it is, he’s probably going to say, “It’s sexx o’clock.” Men are physical creatures, and good loving can make a man do pretty much whatever you want. But being frigid, disinterested, unenthusiastic or not concerned about his physical needs will make other women look that much more inviting. He definitely won’t want to lock himself into a relationship with you, that’s for sure. It would be miserable for him.

6) Doesn’t get along with your family. No man wants to bring home a woman that his family hates; she becomes like a virus. Smile, be nice, be helpful, try to get along with everyone if you can and that makes him envision you as a regular visitor to his family gatherings. If you can’t do that, then find another man with a better family.

7)Really mean and overly moody/b*tchy. Most of my friends hate women who don’t smile or are always mad about everything. It sucks. A smiling woman who listens to his problems, tells him that he’s special, has his back and drops it ferociously in the bedroom can get him hooked. You want to be that woman.

Violence against foreigners in South Africa is spreading as several countries, including Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi, arrange to repatriate their citizens.

FamilyRe: Why Is It A Challenge For Single Mum's To Get Married? by bee444: 9:10pm On Apr 15, 2015
There's only one simple logic to this question... single mothers don't love.. period!

They think you owe them some stake. Guys don't like women that talks all day about their problems. Single mum are like men... too masculine in behaviour and lack the patience to build a solid relationship.

Single mum's kid have to like you, else, nothing will happen between you and their mum.

And the last reason why single mum find it difficult to hold down a man is because single mums are too cheap. Guys knows this.... buy their kids gift and enter the 'promise land' without even trying.

Some single mums have low self-esteem and don't know how to say no. Some are too career-oriented and wouldn't even know it when time flies by.

This just sum everything up. Whose Oba? He is the Oba of Lagos, not the Oba of Yoruba. Lagos is a multi-diverse city and the Oba is a leader of everyone that residence there.

You should learn how to live peacefully with everyone. Everyone has got an opinion, and we shouldn't be miopic or opinionated about other people's comment. We argue either to agree or disagree but not to label.

The Oba is one person. His opinion has been voiced but his message rejected by everyone, including his tribe's men and those closer to him.

My post suggested your opinion sir. Oba's choice of words were too insensitive and too detestable a joke. However, there has been personal attack on the part of some bitter Igbos whose grudge against the Obas tribe just up by 110%.

We should all trade softly and come in terms that our neighbours are still Yorubas, Hausas and Igbos. Lets not start what our forefathers couldn't finish, but instead channel those strength into rebuilding this nation once and for all.

Atlantian:
This OP needs mental rehabilitation. Here I am in Lagos, I am NOT Igbo, yet Igbos are the major victims of attacks of the Yorubas. Most times, I am called Omo Igbo, and even when I am not. They just hate Igbos out of Jealousy. From the Governor of Lagos, Fashola to the Oba of Lagos. It just shows that the tribalism and hate is a part of the Agenda of this APC Government.

I ask the Igbos NOT to be cowards or be scared, ofcourse they are not. And I want the Yorubas to know that when people are pushed to the wall, they will react, and when they do, Lagos will be destroyed and the Igbos have a home to return to. Will the Yorubas have a new home to return to ?

This hate at higher level of leadership hierarchy have to STOP.
You're just part of the problem. Give me evidence or instances when Igbos get attacked by the Yorubas. You are inciting hatred. Like I said in the post, Igbos are not the real victims here, but often make it to seem so.

Yorubas are liberal. Every tribe call one another names ( a norm accepted by every Nigerians). Lagos can not be destroyed by touts like you and neither is anyone bothered by your comments.

Nigeria can not be held ransom, and does not owe anyone or group a special favour. The quciker the Igbos embrace Nigeria as one nation, the better for everyone.

Ranting over social media cannot eradicate the deep hatred that's been perpectuated by our forefathers against one another.

We need new set of ideals. A new Nigeria void of tribe or region. A common goal to salvage Nigeria from its current self.
CultureAre The Igbos Too Sensitive Or A Shadow Of Self? Opinion! by bee444(op): 7:01pm On Apr 07, 2015
The effect of social media on politics was clearly seen at the just concluded presidential election. The world has gone digital... the availability of technological gadgets in every household made the election even more reachable.

Children as early as 3 can now operate a mobile phone, and some more intellectual ones, a laptop or PC. People of all creed, tribe and beliefs now can express theirselves with just a push of a button. Every word, sentence or expression voiced or typed over these social medias now have governmental scrutiny. Fines and custodial sentences have been handed out to people who exercised their freedom of speech by either lashing out or cursing out their targets.

Govt can only act when the community scream injustice. The govt enjoy this social construct because people can no longer think logically. Only the wise respond judiciously to alleged taunt or threat. The unwise are quick to open their mouth. Uche Jombo falls in this category.

We have three major languages in Nigeria... Yoruba, Hausa and Ibo (Igbo). And all these tribes have in one way or the other have had a fair share of what it is to be a fruitful Nigerian. But then, one out of these tribes often see itself as a minority... a prospective which is still oblivious to the rest 2 and other minority groups.

The Igbos can not and should not in any way equate itself to African-Americans. The Igbos have not in any way been subjected to segregation or were they in any form a slave within a slave colony ( even as we live in a republic). You are what you are in the world.

Even as the presidency rotation has eluded the Igbos for the past decades, they still don't get it. You're and will always be a shadow of yourself. The Biafra mentality still plays a pivotal role in the thinking of this particular tribe. Unless you let go, and embrace One-Nigeria, you will always see yourself as a easy target.

The Yorubas love the Igbos and would live peacefully with other tribes and race. But there are always scepticism about the Yorubas from the Igbos perspective...history tells us the reason why.

People are now becoming social media addicts and wouldn't allow sense of reasoning to do the work, but rather would leave it to some foreign ideas to cloud their judgements.

Too much sentivity on the Oba's comment. You can even crack a joke or call a fat person fat these days without being threatened or barricaded with hate words.

May be I'm not been realistic, but does it seem that the Oba's comment was just a final straw in what seems to be an accumulated grudge against the Yorubas?

I'm neither Igbo nor Yoruba but a true Nigerian.

The problem is, bad girls like you don't like gentle men. And I don't blame you a bit. You need a guy who could spice up your activity with some kind of crazy shhit. You need a friend and not a husband who would later turn up and act like your daddy.

You need someone who says dirty and do nasty things to you in bed. A guy that can handle you roughly. A very mean guy but also caring and loving. A guy full with activities and very ambitious.

No one should marry out of pity. If your guy don't tickle your fancy, don't marry him. But then everyone can change. You could make him to be what you want him to be.
PoliticsRe: Obama Phones Jonathan And Buhari- White House by bee444: 1:15pm On Apr 02, 2015
People voted by affiliation in this election. The majority of Igbos voted Jonathan because of the proximity of ideals and culture. None of them cares about Jonathan's policy, just affiliation... the beginning of the end of Jonathan's administration.

Others voted Buhari because of the clear message of " Change". That alone won the heart of many and in many ways a very good similarity to Obama's message of Hope & Change ( Yes We Can).
Forum GamesRe: Which Statement Is Correct Among The Two (pic) by bee444: 10:07am On Mar 31, 2015
The statement isn't false, but it's not true either.
This makes the both statement a paradox.

As it is given that only one of the given 2 statements is
true; assume in turn, each statement to be true & the other false and check whether the corresponding box contains the right statement.

Let's assume that the statement on the Blue box is true.
Thus, the given 2 statements can be interpreted as

* Atmost one, a red box or a blue box contains #10000.

* Atmost one, a blue box or a red box contains # 25000.

* Both, a blue box and a red box contain # 15000 each.

Going through all possible combinations, we can conclude that

Red Box : #10000 + # 25000 = #35000

Blue Box : # 15000 + # 25000 = # 40000

You can test out for other two statements i.e. assuming Red box statement is true and then red box statement is true. In both the cases, other statements will contradict the true statement.

CNN is bias and so much have this hatred thing for Nigeria. You will find all kind of silly and unnecessary stories on their front page which on a normal day are not news worthy.

Was this your friend financially buoyant? Did you ask him why he did what he did? Were you in any way helping him out financially? Was he going through any difficult moment?

Though you were not his parent, but a true friend knows what the other party is going through. Not an excuse to steal, but just saying the way you went about the whole hing wasn’t wise enough.

Lots of opinions here. What we now have is reverse - education. Women now know too much. And you know what they say about people who "know" too much!

You can't even advise these bunch anymore. They all have ready made answers to everything. Humility is no more and talking too much is now seen as boldness and independent.

Put a little money in any ladies hand, she'll instantly become a control freak. They no longer follow the teachings of the Bible and would rather copy and paste western ideas to their brains.

Their relationship with water and soap is becoming more expensive, hence their aggressiveness.

Women now wants to dominate and do the talking in a relationship. These things kills relationship and marriage fast than boko haram.

If you wanna stay longer than the five years margin in your marriage, the logic is just simple.... feed me, fuvk me abd shut the fuvk up.

Men wants food, seex and silence. Learn these things and y'all be aiit.

Christianity EtcMinister Creflo Dollar Ask Members $65 Million In Donation For New Private Jet!! by bee444(op): 10:52pm On Mar 14, 2015
In a new video released by Creflo Dollar, he ask members of his congregation to donate $65 Million to purchase a new private jet for himself and his daughters.

(CNN)Creflo Dollar is hoping a few folks will see fit to bless him.

The minister, known for being a prosperity preacher at his Atlanta-area World Changers Church International, is seeking "200,000 people committed to sow $300 or more (to) help achieve our goal to purchase the G650 airplane."

The figures were presented Friday in a nearly six-minute video on the Creflo Dollar Ministries website (the video was not viewable Friday night) and total more than $60 million needed to buy the Gulfstream G650, which goes for a reported $65 million.

The Gulfstream G650 can fly eight passengers and four crew members some 8,000 statue miles at a cruising speed of Mach 0.85, according to specs posted on gulfstream.com.

The Gulfstream G650 can fly eight passengers and four crew members some 8,000 statue miles at a cruising speed of Mach 0.85, according to specs posted on gulfstream.com.

The project isn't limited to member donations, as the site states that "we are asking members, partners and supporters of this ministry to assist us in acquiring a Gulfstream G650."

The request goes on to detail that the luxury jet will transport Pastors Creflo and Taffi Dollar and member of the Dollars' church around the globe to help them spread the gospel.

Prosperity gospel is a theology that promises wealth and health to those who tithe 10% of their income to the church.

The video includes parishioners, a pilot, a project manager and even the President of Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, advocating on behalf of the pastor.

On the video, the pastor chronicles incidents involving his current jet, which has been in service for more than three decades: The right engine went out en route to Australia, but the plane was able to safely land at its destination thanks to the experience of the pilot and crew. During another trip, mechanical failure caused the jet to skid off a runway in London while Taffi Dollar and their three daughters were aboard.

Dollar attributed his family's safe arrival to "a grace working on that airplane, that brought my girls back home to me, you understand what I am saying?" he said from the pulpit to thunderous applause.

Dollar said that after those incidents, he "knew that it was time to begin to believe God for a new airplane."

The Gulfstream G650 would comfortably allow the ministry make its way around the world. It seats up to 14 passengers with berthing for six, according to gulfstream.com. The jet comes with two Rolls-Royce engines, high-speed Internet and two multichannel satellites and allows for a 2½-hour commute from New York to Los Angeles.

"The G650 is the biggest, fastest, most luxurious, longest range and most technologically advanced jet -- by far," according to the site.

In soliciting the donations, Dollar's site states, "We need your help to continue reaching a lost and dying world for the Lord Jesus Christ. Your love gift of any amount will be greatly appreciated."

Attempts to contact Dollar's ministry for comment were unsuccessful.

You are part of the problem. Reacting the same way would automatically categorise you as being discriminatory and bias. Your analogy of the Asian dudes doesn’t add up. You mean to tell me that if a man cheated on you and left you for another woman you wouldn't date any man again?

And if you fail one of your exams, wouldn't you try again? Just because somebody took your virginity by force, no bulala would enter there again abi?

The thing is, regardless of the status of a black man, he would always be looked down upon. Just a year ago, Oprah Winfrey was shopping in Zurich, the store assistant questioned her choice of what she chose to buy. The bag was expensive, and she concluded and assumed that because Oprah was a black woman she wouldn't have that kind of money to purchase the bag.

I am appalled by the sheer ignorance of people like you. You always give a customer a benefit of doubt regardless of past experience. Being black is automatically a crime outside the shores of Africa.
