The video shows a man giving his gay lover MouthAction. And from the post on Twitter is claimed it is the Gabon Economy Minister. It appeared as if the reason for leaking the video to the public was because their relationship has hit the rock.

After digging deep to ascertain the truth of the video, we could not find any ties with the Video to the Current Gabon Minister of Finance nor any minister of Gabon with that name for that matter.
