Many women only discover their status when they are pregnant and come for routine check-up. Meanwhile upon investigation,they will find out that their husbands have been on drugs for long without revealing their condition to them waiting patiently until their wives get it before the secret will be revealed. Or maybe they hope that when their wives get it and fall sick, no one will know who infected the other and it will end in counter accusations.
