All you had to do was read and understand my poat, really or, at least, try to understand the angle I'm coming from.

Everybody knows you need evidence to have a case ruled in your favour as accusations are just what they are, accusations. Without proof, the suspicions would be there but the guy might still have custody of the girl without any because nobody can prove he's been molesting his daughter; this is Nigeria, after all. Jumping the gun and being all emotional helps the girl in no way.

No amount of good intentions will substitute for a good plan. Also, your last paragraph just got me stumped. How does that relate to the topic at hand? Your post makes you sound mentally unhinged. You need to keep it together, dude

He didn't write Fall himself, that I'm sure of. All you should do is check it up on Google. You're welcome.

Not a big deal. Na for Naija artistes dey form songwriter. Most foreign artistes do not write their own songs. Rihanna hasn't written hit song in, at least, seven years and she has hits to her name. Nothing new. Even Michael Jackson didn't write many of his hits. It's standard industry practice.

Speak with the girl to give you her mum's contact and arrange for a day where evidence can be easily collected, like a weekend. It's also a good idea to have a police officer, JCW, I think to be in on the plot and present at the scene(behind the window or wherever). This will make proceedings very quick.

Save this poor young lady.

What about the stigma if people around finds out?
A little girl's life is being ruined and you're bothered about how her tormentor will be rightly viewed? Come on, now isn't the time to be sentimentally protecting your friend. What you should do is try as much as possible to contact the girl's mother if you can. Have a plan with her to catch said dude in the act and report to whatever body/bodies there are responsible for child protection.

This needs to be done with speed. The guy should no longer be your friend. Save the poor, helpless girl. Heroes no be only for movies.

Of course. The women in this thread would never want to be treated differently from the way they treat their lovers. It wouldn't be a big deal if their boyfriends ignored the verbal assault and reminded them of their unmarried status when asked why they didnt come to their defence/aid. grin

OpsMoniker, your thread is irritating. "She said we should...and then we did". "She made me do blah, blah, blah." You be man so? You don't want to marry a woman but you're going along with her plans because she's quilting you into doing so? Is that how you want to head your home? Acting like a remote controlled toy?

If you don't want to marry her don't marry her, it is not by force. Tell her to go and look for her husband in front. The last thing you want is to marry a desperate woman. Find your balls and do needful. Stop being a wimp.
RomanceRe: She Broke My Heart Then But Now I Have Her Progress At My Reach by Belafonte(m): 7:48am On Nov 16, 2017
Revenge is a dish best served cold. In your shoes, I would string her along and give her high hopes of getting the job and will dash that hope in the most brutal fashion in the end. She will not get that job as long as it's in my power to do so. You gain nothing by "being the bigger perish" or take the high road. The only reason she should get that job is if it benefits you in any way.

Don't worry, she won't starve. She seems competent. She'll get another job.

If not for children, I don't even think I will touch marriage with a long pole. I'm just focused on making money and the funny thing is that the more successful you become, the more they continue to dance around you while hoping to hook you, even the ones that ignored you before when you came sincerely to chyke them. I'm in my early thirties but I've stopped listening to those that keep putting pressure on me for marriage. Money rules the world but in Nigeria, money is everything and once you get it every other thing is added unto you on a platter and that includes women.
That's just the way it is bro. What women have failed to realise is that the marital institution was designed to optimise the strength of both genders and produce the best environment for child rearing.

At this point, with my experience in relationships, I know I cannot marry a woman older than 26 and that's really pushing it for me. I have learned painfully that love is a scam like you said and ever since I've approached relationships with logic and a view to extracting as much benefit as I can I have found happiness I never imagined.

Like you, my priority is money making and living the life, marriage comes a distant last; and it's even on the list because of its importance

RomanceRe: How Cheap Are Girls Around You ? by Belafonte(m): 11:38pm On Nov 15, 2017
kennygee:
This mentality is very wrong. No matter how decadent our society has sunk, we should still show some decorum. "Cheap"? That's just wrong.

Just cause women shamefully give themselves to men who also show little or no control doesn't mean they should be equated with commodities.
It's cool to say "all men are scum" but saying "girls are cheap" is a lack of decorum? Hmm. I smell double standards.

I tell you bro, that is how they keep misbehaving anyhow without sense. One came to my place for the weekend and I left the home in the morning for office, could you believe that she had to come to my office before leaving and brought a piece of female nail she found in my room while she was arranging the bed spread & started accusing me of being a cheat! Another one began to compete with me and was trying to hold back on sex thinking I'm a fuckboy that will grovel for sex. Sex that is as cheap as condom in this recession!? I will definitely marry once I see a lady good enough to walk down the aisle but until then census continues!
Lol. These things work for weaker men, and there are more weaker men than not, that's why they've become bold to try it with every man they encounter. Most guys today are enablers who put these women on a pedestal hence, our current problems with the opppsite sex.

As the days go by, marriage looks less and less attractive to me. The only reason I will be marrying is to have a proper, stable home for my children because I love children and want to have a house full of them. Should that desire change, it's going to be bachelor tinz to the grave, living my life like a rock star.

I definitely know the meaning of the word I used. Well you wouldn't tell me you were, will you? It was obvious when you insulted me because my opinion doesn't sit well with yours.

Well, to be sincere, your post reeks of anger. You're being aggressive for nothing. I thought I was only doing you a favor. It's their problem, it's not ours, so why drink panadol on their headache? Is it your nude? Is it your opinion? Just post yours and leave. Or did you see me fight others because I didn't agree with them?

I think I should be telling you this, or you should rather apply it on your life since you're aware. If you're depressed, go solve your issue and stop acting like nairalanders are the reasons for your bitterness or something.
It's obvious you'd rather be emotional than reasonable. I'm done with you on this thread. No point going back and forth to nowhere, derailing the thread. Cheers.

MrBrownJay1:
bro, its obvious these two people think that this woman look great while pregnant... wouldnt you take picture of you guys, if thats what you thought? just because a few people dont like the pics is irrelevant to the main players here... aka the two people in the pic.

we should NEVER be moved by what others think about our actions... if thats what they want to do, then so be it, and let them face the consequences of their actions....but they certainly shouldnt change their mindset because some few may disagree about what THEY believe is right to do.
If I were so moved to take pictures of my wife's nudity I would have the presence of mind to keep it sacred by not sharing it with the world. It would be a thing of value for me, and I would not demean it by presenting it for the world to feast their eyes upon. I have no problem with the picture itself.

Also, I agree with your second paragraph, if publishing these pics is their thing, by all means they should live their lives. But they must also be prepared for the opinion of the public to their publication. The public has a right to react to what they are fed just as the couple also have a right to publish whatever they choose to, as long as they aren't breaking any laws.
RomanceRe: Awkward Ideology Of Nigerian Ladies Towards Feminism That Ruins Relationship by Belafonte(m): 8:28pm On Nov 15, 2017
This is the thing with feminism; women wanted every right a man had and they have got that by and large I'd say to about 95%, just to be conservative. Now, this is not a bad thing in and of itself, after all, every human deserves their dignity.

My grouse with feminism is that while they have got their rights, they do not want to let go of the privileges they had when those rights were denied them which is just ridiculous. Women still want the man to provide for and protect them even though they can now rightfully compete with men; they have their own jobs and careers after all. Now you hear things like, "my money is my money, while his money is our money". There is no equality in that.

Another funny thing is women, well the generality of women, will be submissive to a man they can look up to which is what most women desire; a man they can look up to, a father figure if you will. Be that man and women will submit... naturally. grin

Personally, I have no patience for cantankerous women. My penise won't just respond. Guys, I advise you to shun women who don't respect you enough to submit to you and help yourselves to those who will, there are so many of them out there.

Oh well, whatever rocks your boat. Keep hyperventilating on someone's issue since it's "public business" and ask yourself why you're not moving forward in life. Mr, not-even-close-to-being-clever.
Try to use a dictionary before using big sounding words. I'm sure you don't know what hyperventilating means otherwise you'd be responsible about its usage. If anything I am not hyperventilating.

Secondly, I find it ridiculously humourous that you can confidently assume I am not moving forward in life because of my opinion on a picture on the interwebs. You should consider a career in comedy.

However, if there's something bothering you, making you so salty, you should consider resolving it. Attempting to transfer aggression to strangers on the internet isn't a healthy way to live.

Shalom.
