@Op,
Do you have a copy of the recordings?
Keep your calm for now, let your head be cleared first and don't do anything stupid as you may spoil a good case.
Your wife is naive and foolish like a lamb taken to the slaughter's slab. Her sisters are obviously jealous of her marriage and are pretending to help her conquer you with a view to destroying her marriage.
I want to believe her sisters' marriage are not in order internally and they are jealous of your mum's relationship with her. Your wife trusted them too much for being siblings not to mislead her but not knowing they have a different plan. Your wife lacks knowledge, discernment and good judgement.
The point she said this is what I am waiting for when you pushed her away is a giveaway that she was acting a foolish script she doesn't know the end.
Many will want you to send her packing but I don't think it is the right thing to do. Prior to this event, you have not found any bad behaviour in and with her. Take this as a first offense.
Does it mean you shouldn't address it, by all means do.
Don't change your attitude or behaviour to her, don't give her any idea to suspect anything till weekend. During the weekend, play the recordings for her and walk away. Prior to this, book an appointment with her parents alone. Then take the recordings to them for them to listen. Don't say anything, let them do the talking afterwards. Please don't involve your parents as it will crush them..
Your wife is not a lost cause, her sisters are. She needs wisdom.
May God grant you wisdom to pull through this |

ayobamiakinrind: Thank you so much, I recently graduated in 2014 and just finished my national service at Ogun state IRS, department of Stamp Duty and Land Matters. The Accounting program at ECU wil qualify me for CPA. You know how Nigeria is, what I want presently is Accounting, if not, just anything to land me over there and earn me livelihood. Read the website of the three assessing body to read their requirements for assessment. From what some accountants posted here previously, with IPA (I think), you can get a positive assessment without ICAN. Yes, you can use your Nysc experience since you get paid. However, if you believe student visa is better for you, make sure it is a course you really and will be happy doing. Goodluck |

illuminada: Errrm...Sir **coughs**
I see your point...beht the foreign folks who developed these procedures may have a superior argument. 'Shoulder checking' is always a good practice when passing (overtaking). Don't forget that the car in the blind spot is also in motion, and an accident could occur in split seconds if you do not take care to check that blind spot. Could also lead to failing a drive test if not done. No they don't have a superior argument, you tend to drive in the direction you face. While turning sideway, you risk the disaster of turning your steering in the direction you look. Real drivers, not those driver's trainers who impose blind spot on trainees, understand that there is more danger turning your head checking for blindspot. While overtaking a car, you see it in your side mirror that you are ahead, once you can see the full front in the inner mirror, at that point it is safe to overtake. |

2. Check your blind spot..
If you set your side mirrors properly there is nothing called blind spot.
Blind spot only exist if your side mirrors are not well set and positioned. A vehicle you can't see in a well positioned side mirror is already beside you which you will see anyway. |

ayobamiakinrind: Good day house, please I need clarification from people who are already there (in Aussie). I studied Bsc Accounting here and finished with 2:1, scored 8.0 in IELTS and also, I've been offered PQP at PIBT as a pathway to Masters in Professional Accounting at ECU. I'm scheduled to start next year. Recently, my contact there called and advised that I rather apply for Bachelors degree in Nursing Science at ECU. I've done so and I've been offered admission, he said I may not get PR even if I'm CPA qualified. Please compatriots, enlighten me as I'm a bit skeptical about the Nursing thing, a fresh start and my love for accounting. Please endeavor to explain the consequence(s) of each my options. Thanks. Why would anybody give misinformed advice? Why did your contact discourage you from studying your preferred course? Yes, it is easy to get a job in nursing as it is in demand but that should not be the reason to study such a course especially as it relates with dealing with lives. There must be passion for any course in medical profession. A time will come when you lose motivation in money but the passion for it will keep you going. Many people who entered the profession have had their licenses suspended because of errors which is as a result of no passion. Please always ask for reasons why people give advice. If it is accounting your interest lies, by all means pursue it. There are as many opportunities for accountants as there are for nurses. What you need is how to effectively package yourself to attract employers. If you have such a good score in English, shy not apply for PR straight? The money you will spend processing your PR is not half of what you pay in school fees. You can get your PR before your school resumption next year. How many years of experience do you have in accounting and are you CPA qualified? |

BKings: Hello Jukebalm. I thought the purpose of CDR is to demonstrate your work experience, or are there CDRs that don't focus on experience? Please kindly explain No, CDR is to demonstrate your competence. You can use example from project, Internship etc that you have done. This is where Engineer Australia is good compared to others who use only paid work experience. |

Here is my issue, I studied accounting at the University but am currently working in the banking industry as a sales person. How much are you planning to pay for school fees? |

He will be our sponsor, so will this cover us as a family, as per payslip issue? I don't really understand what you are on about. You need to read the information in the first thread properly to understand what this process is about and what you need to do. |

eddypaki: Hello bellong, pls I need clarification, am working in a bank as a customer service officer, but in the list what is there is customer service manager, pls what do I do? Is there any state sponsoring the occupation? A state must be sponsoring it to apply for it. Customer service manager is on the restricted list of South Australia, which is the only state sponsoring it. What it means is that you need 85 points to apply. But you said you have been working with your diploma in computer science, is it in any ICT related position? |

odeloladf: From what he told me he said the advice he gave me was based on his experience. The initial admission he got was a master in health management but he said he had to stop the programme due to the way the course is being taught. He said what they do mostly is report writing. He will be starting his BSc in health management this month to the same university.
I've spent 3 years in banking industry. This is my fourth year running. He must be attending a junk school. Masters are taught as much as Bachelor. Probably he did it to extend his visa... I know people who completed masters and never complained about this rather they complain of too many lectures. If you have close to four years experience, why stress with student visa when you can get a PR. |

AyaSunday: Hi.
How do I show my evidence of salary? Payslip and tax documents verrady: I have a degree in accounting, I am 31yrs old, I have 6yrs work exp in accounting but no chattered, score in my Ielts 7,7,7,6.5. Biko what are my chances? You will have to rewrite your English test as the 6.5 score spoilt the result for you. Going by the account of those who assessed previously, with IPA I guess, you don't need ICAN to get a positive assessment. |

odeloladf: Please I need you candid advice and guidance. Am a graduate of Accounting and currently working in a financial institution here in Nigeria. Am looking at studying a course (ICT) as advice by a friend who is currently in Australia. But he advice that I should look at doing this at a BSc level and not Master degree level because of the indept teaching at the BSc level. So I decided to look at BSc information and communication technology/ BSc accounting which is a Double major. The fee for this course is around 25,800 AUD for year. Here is my questions. 1. How does not cope with this humongous fees in Australia. 2. How easy is it to work over there to finance ones living expenses and also pay school fees.
Your brotherly advice will be highly appreciated. I don't know the advice the person gave you but how did he arrive at masters degree is not taught in-depth? I guess he advised you to do bachelor because your foundation is in administration/social sciences. You need elementary science to pull through in ICT. How long have you been working in the financial institution? |

You need evidence of a year. Can you provide evidence of income running the transport company prior to registering it? If you worked for someone who runs a transport company, it will be easier.
