From the bolded statement it means u meet the requirements for the occupation. I guess that once u meet the requirements for the occupation u should get the full 15 points, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
No, if her degree is assessed to equal associate degree, she will only get 10points. She would have had 15 if it was assessed to equal AQF Bachelor degree.

Hey,

How can one nominate Pet Eng when it has been taken off the SOL list or are we talking CSOL here?
Because it is still on the CSOL list with New South Wales sponsoring it. It is on schedule 2 on Western Australia's list which means you must have a job offer before being invited.

English test is not the only requirement to claim spousal point. Your spouse must also do a skill assessment from the occupation list as you.

STOWHY,

Compare the job descriptions of land economist and valuer. I guess you will be better off assessed as a valuer.

Those occupations are not competitive, you shouldn't have any problem as long as you can provide convincing evidence and also relate your experience to the occupation.

Rett0,

What is your recommended number of reviews per seller/dealer that will determine whether to contact them or not?
There is no rule of thumb on the number of reviews needed. However, for caution sake, I take between 30 - 50 as minimum and with at least 4.8/5 star rating.

Hihi

would you recommend auction export?
Auction export is not totally bad. However, most of their displayed vehicles are salvage.

The company is only an auction broker not a dealer in real sense.

@dljbd1,

Nothing is impossible as long as you have your money to pay.

OP,

Divorce is not only on adultery,.

Your marriage was based on deceit so it is null and void. He knew was an horse in the book yet he kept it from you.

He changed religious position for which the two of you took a covenant on.

If you want to die speedily, stay there.

@Wapu,

I always advice ladies under any circumstances not to become pregnant prior to wedding. As a rule of thumb, chastity pays irrespective of how archaic people view it. It saves from many emotional torture.

However, the deed has been done. You should have known he wasn't ready when he asked you to abort the pregnancy. Who does that to someone he plans spending the rest of his life with? The pregnancy should have even given him the urge to quickly tie the knot.

Since you are not yet lawfully married, better save yourself now, count your losses and move on with your life. Take it as one of those bitter experiences to make one wise.

Parents, please teach your children street intelligence from childhood. It will save a lot of trouble in future.

Why don't you guys rent an apartment of your own and share.

It is difficult for landlord to accept couple with kid(s) in shared house because of the children's noise.

I don't really like shipping from Galveston because of the clearing cost in Lagos. Where they dock in Lagos attracts higher clearing cost despite its same custom. The craziness of Nigeria's peculiar situation.

However, if I see someone who has shipment in Texas, I will let you know.

The lady has found a rich guy and the parents are in support of her moving on with her life.

There is no epistle that will change her mind until she meets her Waterloo in the supposedly greener grass. Unfortunately, it will be too late for her to come back.

All the while she was coming to your house to complain, she was looking for you guys to support her in condemning the husband so she can have enough support in carrying out her secret plan.

Forget it, I am confident she is in another man's house currently.

She is a goner.. I pity the poor husband.

WOW... Thanks so much. I do find it awkward though... I mean just send money like that with no middle body to ensure nothing goes wrong. But I get your point all the same. You also pay the seller shipping money to help you ship the car, right or do you have another different entity that handles that?

In your experience, does doing it yourself makes the whole process cheaper? I guess so but when compared to cars coming into or from Cotonou, which is cheaper or are they same prices as those sold at Cotonou ?

Thanks for taking your time out to explain this process.
I have a shipping company that handles both the inland and ocean shipping.

It is not only about being cheap but buying with confidence. You have the detailed history of the vehicle you are purchasing. Most of the cars in Cotonou are salvage/lemon cars repaired by those importers. That is why you can get it cheaper. Some are not repaired well which creates constant issues for the innocent buyers.

I have never had issue with any of the cars bought and I really do get good deals.

Ibiyemiara,

Since you are not claiming points for it, you have nothing to worry. You only have to supply evidence for what you are claiming points for.

an agent told me so that i couldnt apply from another country like the uk to study in australia after my academic program in the uk that i am meant to apply in my home country..
If you have the legal right to be in the country at the time of your application, yes you can apply from the UK.

However, if you have no legal right to be in the country, you have to apply from where you have right to live.

how do you avoid being scammed on cars.com? Are there any security measures in place or you just your decisions on the reviews you read? If yes, don't people buyer reviews to influence decisions these days? What about a form Escrow payment to help secure buyer and seller, anyone available?
There are several factors to consider in choosing a good dealer, the reviews is only one of them.

However, the reviews serve as an indication of the type of dealer you want to deal with. I understand some dealers pay people to review them but you can easily identify those paid to make a review. In addition, a dealer with hundreds of review show that it is real.

Then the website with detailed information and also better business bureau registration are other things you check.

In addition, I check the detailed history of the car I want, most have information of the current dealer who put it for sale.
Most times, I prefer buying from big dealers than car sellers.

For payment, you can suggest payment by PayPal, some accept it but I have only used PayPal to pay once. I use telegraphic transfer and I have never been scammed.

I talk to dealers on phone before closing a deal as I get to ask many questions. The aftermath of the discussion always determines my decision.

What kind of 419 deal is this one? Even Sydney doesn't cost this much. Or do they mine gold in d apartment?
$200/week for a two bedroom apartment is a good deal in my opinion. It also includes utilities and furniture.

No, it is not 419 deal, if I were there, I would gladly take it.

They do issue grants on weekends if they have too many backlog. They work overtime.
