Lovetrust,
There are some information you can easily get online by just typing it in Google. Will try to answer those I can answer.
1. Subclass 189 gives you freedom to move to any state you desire at anytime while 190 says you have a moral obligation to live in the state of sponsorship for 2years.
2. Irrespective of the visa subclass you choose, you will have to find job yourself. No one or state will do that for you.
3. Border force does not need any financial evidence or statement, they will only advice you to be able to support yourself for at least 6months as it is the window phase of looking for a job.
4. Public schools to secondary level (high school) are more or less free because you only pay fraction of the fee. It is cheap.
5. Children are entitled to subsidized childcare fee based on parents' income, it could be as much as 70%. There is family benefits for low income family.
6. If you really read the opening posts and the links as claimed, you would have read extensively of this from one of the links.
7. You can work in any sector you want as long as the employer is ready and willing to employ you. The occupation you came in with does not limit the type of job you can do, you only need to proof to employers you have the skill needed. |

tearoses: So you have obtained your freedom from Bellong the resident babalawo I better be careful then She is still an half baked graduate, patronize her at your own peril. Disclaimer notice, Kimoni is yet to complete her apprenticeship. She may not know how to use the little power given her correctly. She only knows the bad part as at today. Stay clear of her till I bring her back to the shrine. |

^^^^ Well, there no wrong in trying. I can't categorically say you will get a positive or negative assessment until you submit an application.
2. That is the sole jurisdiction of the assessing authority. Simply means using your experience in lieu of degree by giving you credits for it. |
Family › Re: Boys Night Out Discussions by bellong: 1:35am On May 02, 2016 |
Kimoni: I agree totally with the first paragraph. A man is the natural provider in the home and he shouldn't push that responsibility permanently and/or totally to the woman.
When a man stops providing due to uncontrollable reasons, it doesn't reduce or stop the woman's love; in contrast, she'll gladly step into the man's shoes to cover her husband's "unclothedness". But it becomes a problem when she is not getting the required support from her husband esp. as regards to her wifely duties. Taking up a role meant for 2 persons would put pressure on her and if she is the type that cannot soak in pressure for too long, she starts to react. And the world would see it as pride .

Lovetrust,
You have no business with a subclass 485 visa.
I can only advise, the ultimate decision lies solely with the assessing authority.
ACS likes people to have at least 3yrs experience as they normally cut down on the years of experience. However, your masters degree may give you advantage provided your experience is really system analyst. |
Travel › Re: Turkish Visa Experts Needed by bellong: 11:39am On May 01, 2016 |
1. Use clip pin to attach it to your application. 2a. Put in the duration of your stay. Though you will be given 90 days visa but you will change it to a residence permit within 30 days when you reach Sakarya, Turkey.
b. Atatürk airport, Istanbul.
3. You can do it in any government hospital.
4. Usually universities in Turkey arrange insurance for international students for a fee. You can mail the school for the details. If you get from the school, it will be more than enough for the embassy. However, if you don't get from the school, get from a reputable travel insurance agency. |

Jukeblam,
A scan of the government hospital card showing the polio immunisation will suffice. Not compulsory to get from Fatayi Williams.
Lovetrust,
The process is already explained in the opening posts of this thread. Go back, read and follow the steps. |

zuriel2016: Hello people
I was wondering if I can apply for 489 visa on family sponsorship for an occupation on the CSOL? I have a capable and willing family member , but my occupation is on CSOL, I was unable to find this information on DIBP website
Thanks If your occupation is on CSOL list, check the state sponsoring it and apply for 190. It is better than 489. |

Good job bro.
However, i searched but categories and could not find banker or banking as a job option oooo
please confirm if that is available or not. Not even any job function relating to my function.

@yoursloyaly,
Do you care to talk about it?
Know that it is never too late to turn back. Realising one's mistake is a giant step to solving a problem. Don't back down in making amends.. Tell your people and I am sure, someone will find a place to take you back and excuse your folly. |

Nisi: Sorry, i mixed it up... My bad. I mean 190 all along. So with 190 i have 60 but with 489 it will be 65.Do i apply for both in my EOI to have better chance of ITA with NT Or do I Just do 190. You are better off with 190. However, if you have enough funds to pay for PR again, you can add 489. But I prefer you choose 190 |
Travel › Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong(op): 8:33am On Apr 24, 2016 |
Nisi: Actually with 189,my points will be 60 bt with 489,my points is 65. Now which one gives me a better chance of getting ITA from NT. With 189, you don't need sponsorship from any state. It is independent skilled visa, if you meet up to 60 points, you can fill in the EOI immediately. |

akinnawou: First and foremost, I want to commend bellong for puting up a master piece in the intro to this new thread, it was very informative.have been a silent observer on this thread for a while now,I want to thank @scrollmeout @NNBB2012 @chukdee @Manmeta They have been of great support to me in my PR paroles. I lodger my application to EA on the 11th of April this year, and the outcome came in early today 21st April 2016 I did the fast track one.I applied as a professional Engineer, but in the outcome letter, they said my qualification is equivalent to Engineering Technologist. And that my degree is equivalent to Australia Qualification Framework as bachelors degree. I want to know if this qualifies me to v the 15points. I wrote IELTS last year, I had above the 6.0 band score but my score didn't fetch me points.however I did PTE jst last month on the 16th of match, result came out early the following day,17th march. Listening 81 Reading 90 Speaking 84 Writing 80 As it is now, my total points accumulated English test -20 points Age-32----- 25 or 30 points,by end of November I wld b a year older, I really don't know which point to pick 25 or 30 Bachelors degree(elect/ elect engineering with telecommunications option--------- 15 Total points= 60 or 65 depending on age point I want the dons in the house to clarify on the engineering technologist thing. Thanks house.. I will tag NNBB2012 to help you out with this. I am not an Engineer and wouldn't want to mislead you. When he is free, I trust he will attend to your question. As per age, your age at the time you are invited to apply is what will be considered. |

@mrAya
You can call immigration office for right answer. Don't wait for email to be responded to.
I will advice that you call border force in Australia rather than Pretoria. You can actually call now that it is still working hour. |
