i support confederacy, If we try confederacy and still having problems then lets break up after a period of agreed time |
Well for me, if nigeria should eventually think of breaking up, it should be in the form of NORTH SOUTH. The south should be roughly in the manner inwhich the election was spread (middle belt down south) and north buhari enclave. then the new state should allow federated kind of government (SE-igbo traders, SS-oil, MB-Foodcrops/solid minerals, ETC ) for like 10years to understand ourselves much better and if after the 1st 10years, another 10years to further understand ourelves and if it still not possible then we further break up. |
What a great article. Kudos to the poster. That is what we have been analysing with friends. I hope more people will see this with what is happening in Kaduna of late. NO MORE MONOLITIC NORTH |
Ok so they now know that they can be touched abi? in kaf too and surrounding villages, reprisals took place yesterday when the mallams attacked overnight. so if the hit hit them hard that is the messgae they understand. And point of correction not ALL pple in the north are HAUSA MUSLIM, even in katsina we have hausa christians, so if we are being attacked and retaliate, how much more the other tribes, will u seat down and alow aboki finish u? |
Looking 4word to may 29 AMen! E don do me, if no be God's will, Let us SPLIT |
Come to think of it, ARE WE AFRAID? They are feeding on our fear hence it bolsters them to do what they do. S/KD and J-Town are not but ready for em, recent posting on the net CHURCHES AND MOSQUE are on fire. ARABA! am also born to reign!!! |
This election has given hope to us in the Middle Belt, that we can aspire to the highest office if we can learn to LOBBY with other regions and therefore this will end the PHANTOM MONOLITHIC NORTH and push it to the dustbins of history which has begun. Up Nasarawan Up Plateaunian Up benuinite Up Kwaran Up Kogitian Up Nigerites and other minorities |
Naija congrats. Thank God that the National assembly is not only PDP, but i believe a good number of opposition esp ACN who will together with others check mate GEJ if he is not toeing along the path of fairness and good leadership. Also i foresee that next election it will not be ONE REGION saying we can do without the other but LOBBYING will be learnt as a new course in our corridors of power. in addition i hope the electorate will learn how to make there representatives be accountable to them by making them hear them always. so once again congrats naija, democracy has begun in earnest. |

INEC Claims Ownership Of Presidential Ballot Papers Found With Abuja Printers; Says They Were “Dummy” Ballots Posted: April 12, 2011 - 15:44 Posted by siteadmin By SaharaReporters, New York The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has claimed ownership of the ballot papers found with an Abuja printer yesterday by the police, as reported by SaharaReporters, but that they are only "dummy presidential ballot papers". The spokesperson to the INEC chairperson, Mr. Kayode Idowu, told SaharaReporters over the phone today that the ballot papers were designed by the commission in line with "Section 60" of the Electoral Law to “fool” troublemakers at polling booths if they show up to vote without legitimacy. He said such person(s) would then be handed "dummy" ballot papers to vote and move on without disrupting the election. Section 60 of the Electoral Law provides as follows: 60. -(1) If a person claiming to be entitled to vote applies for a ballot paper after some other person has voted in the name given by the claimant he shall, upon satisfactory answers given to any questions put to him by a poll clerk be entitled to receive a ballot paper in the same manner as any other voter; but the ballot paper (in this Act referred to as "the tendered ballot paper" shall beof a colour different from the ordinary ballot papers. (2) The Presiding Officer shall require the voter to deliver the tendered ballot paper to him instead of allowing it to be put in the ballot box, and the Presiding Officer shall endorse on it the name of the voter and his number in the register of voters. (3) The ballot paper shall on delivery to the Presiding Officer and in the view of all present be set aside by the Presiding Officer in a packet intended for tendered votes and the tendered ballot paper shall be counted by the Returning Officer. (4) The Presiding Officer shall, when he tenders a ballot paper under this section, enter the name of the voter and his number in the register of voters on the list to be called tendered vote list and the tendered It is to be noted that the ballots provided for by the Electoral Law in this section are referred to as “tendered ballot papers” and are meant for the use of the Presiding Officer at the polls where someone else has already voted in the name of a claimant, not necessarily “troublemakers” needing to be “fooled” by INEC. They are of a different colour from the ordinary ballot papers. The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) yesterday raised an alarm about the ballot papers, which were discovered by the police in Utako area of Abuja. It said two men, Akinlolu Akinto and Habila Stephen, were caught by the police with 100,000 ballot papers loaded into a van, leading to an investigation in which another one million ballots were discovered. CPC officials said the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) had resisted initial attempts by higher up to release the contractors until the search of their printing press and subsequent discover of the 1 million presidential ballots. The DPO then handed over the suspects to the Federal Capital Territory command of the Police Force. Overnight, however, the men were released, as INEC claimed ownership of the ballot papers. Opposition members said they raised alarm because the printing press belongs to the brother of the deputy chairman of the People's Democratic Party and that they had engaged in bringing illegal ballot papers that were used in rigging elections in Kebbi State last Saturday. Mr. Idowu denied any knowledge of the already thumb-printed papers reportedly found by the police. He stressed that INEC was “absolutely” prepared for Saturday’s pivotal presidential polls. Pls can someone explain in black and white the electoral Law that allows the above http://www.saharareporters.com/news-page/inec-claims-ownership-presidential-ballot-papers-found-abuja-printers-says-they-were-%E2%80%9Cdumm |
As i read the papers and the various interesting comments on nairaland, i see that democracy is gradually settling down in that there is great LOBBYING. I read from distant countries where parties are lobbying and form joint teams. See how GEJ is lobbying Tinubu, Buhari Lobbying Tinubu. I feeel its great for this democracy that whoever wins at the end of the day will know that it cant do it all alone but needs the other region. i forsee a future where it wont be RELIGION again but how you are able to LOBBY, politicking etc. Naija has ARRIVED! |

His experience He entered a bus at 7up which was supposed to be going to ikeja which had 7 men, including my husband, 1 lady and a police man in front seat, upon getting to alausa, the driver diverted to maruwa gardens and then entered lagos-ibadan express way. Immediately he diverted, all the passengers in the bus began to shout , hitting the body of the bus and demanding to know where he was taking them to ,except the lady and the police man. When the noise was much, the driver released a kind of perfume which made all passengers to sleep off immediately except my husband who continued to shout and hit the bus asking them to drop him,the lady and the police man. The police man then pointed a gun at him commanding him to keep quiet but he wouldn't. the police then made a call to someone explaining that one of the passengers is not sleeping but making noise and asked if they should let him go but the other person asked how old my husband was to which the police responded that he should be less than 40 years of age. The other fellow then demanded that they must bring him along. Also the police and the lady searched the passengers, removed their cloths, belongings and wedding rings. Upon discovering a young guy who was not wearing a ring, they released another perfume to him nose and he woke immediately and they dropped him off. Then they got to Ibadan and drove into the bush for a long time. Later they tied their faces and dropped them into another vehicle that continued the journey. Then they descended a valley and climbed up again all still in the vehicle. Later they arrived a house ,they dropped them and they rested there for about 45minutes to 1 hour and then they put 5 of them in another vehicle that took them further into a forest where they opened their faces and they saw a big duplex in the middle of the forest while they drove the other two people away. There were big cars packed and at the reception they saw people waiting and chatting. Someone began to introduce them to the people " these people on this side are politicians, these are musicians and these other sets are people waiting to become board member in their organizations, they are the ones that need things from you, we are introducing them because this is the last time you will see men in life" at that point, he began to speak in tongues and to speak the word that "I shall not die" They later brought them to the ritual room introduced them to the priest who they claimed was 220 years old. They asked them to line up ,him being the first in line and then to begin to introduce themselves. He only responded with "I shall not die" two people introduced themselves as pastor so so and so of so so and so church. There was also a young guy whose father pastors in the united states and who is supposed to travel next Tuesday 5/4/2011 to meet his wife in USA. And then another man. The way they do it is to call someone's name, the person steps forward, they pour him water out of a horn ,the person spins very fast and then falls down, the ritualist throws his wedding ring which they had removed from their hands and labeled into a pot of concussion of which they have separate ones for all the men, the person falls down and two attendants come and carry the body away. They called my husband first but as he kept speaking in tongues and telling them that if he doesn't leave the shrine alive, non of them will leave alive, they asked him to stay aside that they will come to him later. They did the process on the others and also carried their bodies away. When it was the turn of the pastors son, they poured him the water, he rushed to my husband ,held his boxers and begged him not to let him go. My husband told him not to worry as his wife was praying at home. The ritualist moved the guy away shouting that two people don't die together in that shrine. The guy then began to stager and fell down, they threw his ring into a pot and the attendants came to carry him away, in the process, he jumped up again and upon seeing that, the priest said the guy was already mad and not good for the sacrifice and that the attendants should push him into the forest, which they did. in the first bold, how can they know where they are going if they are blindfolded. in the second bold, i appreciate the aspect of praying in the Spirit, its encouraging. |
Hi a friend of mine declared that GEJ when he was sworn in, was adviced by TB not to declare his intention until some happenings and more preferable August should be an ideal time. Q. When did he declare his intention? A. It was around august he declared http://allafrica.com/stories/201008130001.html Instead of criticizing lets do what paul said "despise not prophesayings , test all things and hold on to what is good. |
Looking at the Encarta pix of our brain, i am of the opinion that we have suppressed the right part which consist of insight (trance, dreams, visions), creativity, imagination -highlighted in red- by allowing our left side dominate which is highly analytical. but dont get me wrong, we need each side as much as the other. have you heard where a child says something out of the ordinary and the elderly ones rebuke such that based on reasoning it is quite impossible and as we send such little once to school, they encourage such a child to develop more of their left side than the right. and as we grow up, we lose the function of the right in a way. Could the solution we feel we are looking for in much study is available via the right brain? Can we use the paranormal to solve our plethora of problems in Nigeria? well, may God help us |
ok thanks for the youtube link i am downloading it to view it. thanks |
pls i check the website but didt see any link do you have a link to the prophecy. thanks you know what, i sensed something like this but in a differnt light. One a certain day, i was sleeping/half awake and i heard that bomb at laminag bridge and that it was also in 10 other places in jos. it was quite vivid but i was a bit critical of it. it was when i was online and reading i came across a newspaper publication that some men were arrested with bomb making device at lamingo junction. and immediately i remembered Laminga bridge! i called someone and he said that there was some bridge in laminga(lamingo not too sure himself) and that got me thinking. recently i came across a teaching which stated that our brain which is divided into left/right brain and the left brain is based on deductive/logic reasoning while the right has creativity, imagination, music end emotion which are based. and i reasoned that because of our exposure/upbringing/education, we suppress the right part of our brain thus denying us the out of this world experience. people like TB joshua i believe have the mercy of God in being able to use their right brain to receive from the non physical world. i am trusting God to work in such a realm in truth. |
pls i check the website but didt see any link do you have a link to the prophecy. thanks |
