So, the judge's job was to probe to ensure the defendant knew what he was pleading to. And so when she asked if the deal included Foreign lobbying charges, the prosecutor most likely lying, said no. Because of that and the language in the diversion agreement, the judge wanted 1.) to be briefed on the language and 2.) for them to go back and discuss it more. So she moved her decision.
But the deal was bad, she rejected the deal as a result of that. What was the deal bad for? It was bad for justice because corrupt ideots wanted to play the justice system.

The EU report said Ukraine had made "noteworthy" progress in fighting corruption under Shokin. It praised the appointment of a new head of an anti-corruption office.
Shokin had seized assets of Mykola Zlochevsky, owner of Burisma, which hired Hunter Biden. This made Shokin a threat to Burisma, according to Hunter's business partner.
However, in March 2016 Shokin was forced out after Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid unless Shokin was fired. Biden later bragged about getting Shokin fired, who at the time was investigating Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company paying Biden's son Hunter $1 million a year.
Shokin has denied being corrupt and said he was fired illegally due to Biden's pressure. Internal US memos show officials had recommended aid to Ukraine because of anti-corruption progress under Shokin.
The EU praise contradicts claims by Biden and others that European officials agreed Shokin was corrupt and needed to be removed.

The Judge has rejected her efforts to try all 19 defendants (including Trump) together in October and granted a motion by Sidney Powell and one other defendant to instead have their trials severed from the rest and go first.
This does two things for Trump:
1. It all but guarantees that his trial will definitely happen after the 2024 election which is a major loss for Fani and the democrats as we all know they are doing this for political purposes.
2. Trump’s legal team will be able to observe the trial of Sidney Powell and the other defendant, hear all the prosecutor’s arguments, view documents and adjust their defense strategy accordingly. This is tactically important but may not be necessary as Trump might be president by then anyway.
