5.) This new ruling is legally deficient. She is again acting like a defiance attorney for Trump. If she wanted more openness in their briefs, that is one thing. But by unsealing Jack Smith's motions and not discussing her motion in a sealed ruling she revealed a SECRET grand jury. It is illegal to reveal a grand jury.
