WebmastersRe: Do you think anybody can blog?? by Ben1975(m): 1:37pm On Apr 29, 2015
Hi akinswaggs

Instead of selling your AdSense site why not turn it into a fully functioning affiliate site.

Promote quality subscription services that will pay you from people who signup under you for at least 2 levels down (2+ tier programs) like web hosting for example. Then when people purchase these sites from you, you can make residual income for life when they register to these programs, and it should; if you do it properly keep growing your money on autopilot.

Don't just rely on the AdSense side only - diversify.

Hi trytime100

Why don't you consider training to be a genuine online professional, then you can work and make as much or as little as you like no matter were you are.

I am talking self employment here, owning your own business, an hour or two a day then do other work while you business grows and sustains you.

Just a thought...keep your options open - make multiple streams of income smiley

I know plenty of people who work for the government and have gone 15+ months without a pay check. That's not job security that's volunteer charity work.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Should I Accept The Job? by Ben1975(m): 1:00am On Apr 26, 2015
Hi stepo707

Don't let your employment status hold you hostage.

Be entrepreneurial, start your own business and be the master of your own universe.

You can work online from the comfort of your own home dedicating the amount of time you choose
And the best part is the money is so much better!

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Plz Pals, kindly Advise Me On This Plz.. by Ben1975(m): 12:32am On Apr 26, 2015
You must thing about your future and think logically not emotionally

What position is going to give you the best leverage to progress in your career and in life?

Will the new company allow you to rise to the top?
Can your old employer match the offer?
What new skills will you develop in the months and years to come with each company?

Way up these options then make a logical, not emotional decision

Also you are as good as what you know, so invest a little in upgrading your own skills, you will then discover that people will be happy to pay you much more

Just one extra thought: what ever your role is in both of these company its a proven fact that the most indispensable people are those who can successfully bring the company continuous sales and clients so you may want to consider upgrading your ability to canvass for clients, be a great customer service representative and to sell (not to mention ad copy) no matter what company you work for.

Are they making you a good residual income that you can retire on?

BusinessRe: How To Earn A Living From Your Computer Knowledge by Ben1975(m): 12:16am On Apr 26, 2015
HI

If this course is good don't be afraid to invest a little in your future most people online don't make any money because they refuse to put their hands in their pockets and pay for things that could potentially grow them a residual income for life.

There are many ways to make money that don't cost, especially online ventures but what you give up in money you must make up for with effort and time.

Nothing good is ever totally free - but if its for a better future its worth it

I started web development just after I finished secondary school in 1998 and I have been an professional online marketer since January 2013

Christianity EtcRe: Since I've Joined Nairaland, what I've Learned About Atheism by Ben1975(m):
You may notice that the more education and or success people have in general the less a god factures in their psychology

There is a reason for this

God seems to be appreciated mostly by people who feel that they have no control over there lives and need an outside being to govern them. Where as if you have made a success of your life and you think logically due to a proper education - that is not a necessity

Look around the world today the most religious people are those who don't have much and never expect to.

Complete blind faith is not for the truly educated mind and unfortunately for many arguments in this thread those who have an educated mind are the people who govern world we live in.

When the truly successful and those who have a truly educated mind want progress they get pro active, where as when we want progress we pray for it. I swear the people who sold these religions to us must be laughing. "These people can't see why they are not making any progress!?"
Christianity EtcRe: Since I've Joined Nairaland,what I've Learned About Atheism by Ben1975(m): 1:51pm On Apr 25, 2015
People forget that before Christianity and Islam were imposed upon us by foreigners we had different beliefs. We have been in Africa for about 3 million years with out these two religions I don't understand why they are now a necessity for our survival

In fact I would argue that since their arrival there has been more conflict between fellow Africans then there has been in our entire history
Christianity EtcRe: Since I've Joined Nairaland, what I've Learned About Atheism by Ben1975(m):
We can never reach a consensus because to a true atheist religious perspectives just don't make logical sense,
and to those who live with true religious paradigms atheism doesn't make any sense.

I have had conversations like this thousands of times and it doesn't do anything other than maybe sway the believes of those who don't have strong religious convictions. It wont make them atheist though, people like those want to believe in a god (agnostics).

Many of the most troublesome people in this world will tell you that god is in there life! How is that possible?
You can be doing wickedness to your fellow man and still tell yourself you have a god?!

millions upon millions of people pray at least once a week for a better country, a better life - yet in the papers all we read about is moral decline, moral decline, moral decline - what god is listening to those prayers then?

It seems that god takes on a different role in each individuals minds.

Atheists believe that if I cannot, see it, touch it, smell it and science can't prove it - it doesn't exist.

Where as religious people have to accept a lot of blind faith. Many times when they say they have had a spiritual experience really its just psychological.

That's up to them - I don't believe in all that

I get really irritated when people who live life in a manner that truly suggests they have a real lack of moral direction tell me to come to their church and be saved...Who is saving you?
BusinessRe: Which Business Can Someone Do Online To Make Money by Ben1975(m): 11:18am On Apr 24, 2015
Hi kingDELE

Yes you certainly can. discuss things that you are passionate about or things you have great knowledge on (not just opinions) Then subtly advertise affiliate products relating to your blog theme topics.

Get started properly by getting proper WordPress hosting and not the free WordPress its only $18 a year - it will pay for itself. If you do go the free route it maybe be a little difficult sometimes to get people to take your affiliate blog seriously
.
Very lucrative if you treat it like a proper part time or eventually full time business.

If you need more help just contact me totally free no obligations smiley

BusinessRe: What Internet Biz Can one start With #0,although with Massive Internet Bundle by Ben1975(m): 1:14am On Apr 24, 2015
There are two types of ventures you can engage in that will never go out of fashion:

Genuine work from home money making opportunities (that are free)
Traffic services sending visitors to the websites of paying subscribers

People will always need to make money and businesses will always need paying clients. These to ventures are ever green.

If you learn your trade well you will never be short of clientele.

PoliticsRe: Is It Really The Resposibility Of Government To Create Jobs? by Ben1975(m): 12:00am On Apr 22, 2015
It is a waste of time waiting for an entity outside of yourself to make your life better...think about it logically the people you are asking help from have never met you or know your conditions in life.

Nigerians need to be entrepreneurial, the government is there, primarily for themselves and the super rich; what ever little token gestures we get very rarely make a big difference to our day to day lives.

Most of the money generated in the democratic world will eventually end up in the pockets of politicians and the super rich. If you wait for the government to save you, well you will just become a pawn in that game.

You are only the one who can truly save yourself.

Learn how to become and expert at something, grow a business, never be afraid of a little hard work to get there.

Did you know that there are 85 individuals on this earth who own 46% of the globes wealth!

85 individuals who are worth an estimated 110 trillion dollars!

The situation we are in is more a state of mind than a state of money. We cannot have a dependence psychology

Poor person: "I am a pawn in the game of life nothing I do makes a difference - the world owes me a living"

Successful person: "I am the master of my own universe, I am responsible for myself I can do anything I put my mind to"
