Sequel to my previous post, https://www.nairaland.com/4160216/what-night Meet the 6wk old singleton pup, Frankie. Vaccinated and dewormed. Ever energetic and eats like a horse. Everybody's playmate (since she lost her only sibling and no other to play with). I think she's not to small for her age with the way her tummy bulges every time she finishes heavy meals. N.B: She loves chasing my 3 year old female GSD around the compound and that one for one reason am yet to understand runs from her also.

Hi. Please can I apply? I am from Ibadan and willing to relocate if employment conditions are fair enough |
victoronyekwelu:Man, read it again. Its not about who impregnated who. The issue is deeper than that. Na pros and cons of the situation we dey reason, no be who carry belle for who. |
fineboynl:Correction. Meat is not flesh of an animal. Meat is muscle of an animal that has undergone rigor mortis. |

wiilly02:Yes but Da Vinci edges Michaelangelo with his ability in cryptography. He dint just draw. He was a master strategist and builder. And like you said, TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY |
Da Vinci never made an art without some secrets embedded within it. He remains the the greatest Cryptologist the world has ever know. Why do you think the person who bought it is anonymous... There is more to that painting than half a billion dollars. There are still secrets to be uncovered in this world like Queen Sheba's wealth, King Solomon's gold and so many others. The quest continue for a lot of adventurers out there. I believe that money is small compared to what Mr Anonymous will gain from it. |
PrinceTVerified:Let's see your dog standing on all fours bro |
So sorry about your dog. Lost my first dog two years ago and I dealt with the loss. Did your vet diagnose wrongly? Don't blame your vet, parvo is the Halloween of dog diseases. Not all dogs make it out alive. Just be grateful for the memories you had together. |
My story... I was a Class Rep for 5 years (100 - 500 level). It wasn't easy at all. So many times I wanted to give up but my classmates encouraged me. I took the heat on behalf of the class so many times. I was even threatened by a lecturer with extra year because my mates offended the man, so he said he would fail me as I was the leader of the class and he couldn't fail a whole class so as not to arouse suspicion from the school Senate. So many ups and downs but I persevered. In the five years, I was given Best class rep of the year award twice in the whole school, My HOD invited me for dinners with other lecturers of the faculty and so many other beautiful memories I have. One other thing is if I was broke and hungry, I just called one of my female classmates say hunger dey worry me and the would invite me to their rooms to eat (I was hardly ever lacking dinner) rotate it among them. *I can't forget one of my Darling mates that made Amala and Ewedu just for me...lol. Sometimes it was hard. Sometimes it was easy. I cried. I laughed. We fought. We made up. I learned LEADERSHIP first hand. Many people pay for professional classes what I learnt practically from leading my mates. I love them all, all through the Five beautiful years. Even after 6 years, they still call me "My CLA REP". My advice to all class reps is that be good to the people you serve. It may look hard, you may fight or argue, in all, be good to them for future sake. You are a leader, Lead! Make decisions. That's what they want you to do. I was not the most brilliant student in class. I was average but I had mates who were always willing to help me study and pull through. We graduated together in Bliss and we still help each other even after we all departed the institution. Adios and thanks for reading. |
Chisos! I actually read this story while seating on a water closet. It wasn't until I had finished, I remembered where I was. |
Nothing stops a determined man, I see. Your desire is strong. The way u responded to others criticizing you amazes me like you respond with a smile. Another person would have been firing back but you display maturity in response. Good luck on your hybrid adventure, bro! |
twilliamx:Can't really define it but it looks like the windscreen ripped open on the other side. It may suggest he dint use a seatbelt because the car doesn't look so bad as it is still standing on all four wheels. We should always avoid overspeeding and use seat belt biko. |

Well, for me it was a good game but not so entertaining as the past ones where our two Moses(s) dazzled us with beautiful football. Gives me comfort that we have good replacements in the midfield. Someone said Ogu is better than Onazi, so Rohr should bench Onazi; I won't agree with that outrightly because they have different patterns. Ogu seems to be more agressive (like bagayoko) while Onazi is more conservative even tho he let's himself loose at times. Truth is its not about who is better but about who is more fit to play and has his head straight in the game. Nwakame... Don't even know what to comment about that guy sef. Etebor was brilliant, tho doesn't look confident playing 10 (Mikel's role). Then our defence was brilliant as usual. A lot if Applause to them. That our Goalkeeper ehn... The defence is covering him o. We are yet to play tougher teams and he is jumping upandan... Anyway, Argentina dey come. Messi would have had a filled time with him if he was to play. Let's see how it goes. Congrats to Super Eagles for the unbeaten run! #my2cents |
And someone is still there arguing that there is no God. there is Evil and there is certainly Good. Not everything can be based on cosmos and coincidence. Them use juju, e work. Do you atheist think that supernatural things are still a joke? Only light can conquer darkness. #SomethingForAethistsToPonderOn |
egorov:Thanks man. Your advice is very much acknowledged and will be heeded to next heat. The stud owner no even get my time. His Rottweiler littered 12 pups two days before mine. So when he heard I have just one alive, he only sympathized with me as he is busy with his |
Interesting experience... Well done |
Nvednutfr33:Thanks brother. Duly noted! |
She loves that pup like kilode. Will not leave it for a second unless she's on poop break or eating and she's back to it. The pup has the pleasure of rotating between the teats since its a lone wolf miremoses: |
Well, i had a quite unusual night. My boerboel had been pregnant for a while but her tummy never bulged. Was quite disturbed because it was day 61 and she really did not look preggy and her behavior was the same. So around 3pm, changed her from her cage into a whelping room I had prepared (just in case, cos I had to go watch EPL). When Manchester/Chelsea match was starting, the spirit whispered to me to "go home. Hungry dey catch you" severally. I resisted that when half time reach, I will leave for home. All through the way home, I kept remembering how my dog was panting when I was taking her to that room. The feeling nagged at me and I picked up the pace hurriedly. When I entered into the compound, went straight to the backyard where the room is. Alas! I was stunned. It looked like world war III had taken place. Carpet was ripped apart into pieces, clothes scattered and she was sitting gently. On closer examination of the scattered floor, found something. I drew closer to observe and what I saw left me in scared disappointment of myself. A dead puppy! I rushed at it, tried to resuscitate it, but to no avail. I bit my lip knowing I had failed my dog. I was supposed to be there for her but I wasn't. Brought her out, was cleaning the place up when madam walked back into the room PANTING. Yes! A second chance! Cleaned the room again and waited patiently. Making sure not to disturb the process. Note: all these happened around past 6pm. When contraction seemed difficult, gave her oxytocin injection to ease her delivery process Long story short, another puppy dropped by 9pm. ALIVE!!! Gave my dog some glucose and milk for rehydration, hoping more would come. It was not to be. She was done for the night. But I ask myself, why only 2 puppies? First time mother tho, but should have been more. Any insight please? I am also not a first time dog owner but first time with a pregnant dog. 1st picture: dead puppy 2nd picture: Alive puppy
