I ply Kano/katsina road on normal basis and I can tell you every passenger in the vehicle is always alert and ready to japa on suspicion of any foul play we observe or gunshot that may be heard.

Max air is used to doing this and getting away with it countless times. I have once spent 6hrs delay at Abuja airport for a flight to Lagos that should have taken just 40 mins. And most times, they won't even give you any reason for delay and you won't see any staff to complain to. By the time the flight boarding starts around 1am, no one has any strength to fight or complain again, we just rush into the plane irrespective of seat number like say na Lagos agbero bus.
