I really like this. So far, this is the only action of the senate president that impress me. However, its just very obvious that most Nigerians don't know how to earn respect of their people. They feel u can force it. What saraki have done is OK but he would av done it better n earn more respect. As a trained medical doctor, personally I expected him to come to the hospital cooperately dressed with tie, then put on a lab coat and attends to as much patients as he can. Judging by hispersonality n position first of all, the patients will be impressed and their psychology will be well affected. They will really feel relaxed and the atmosphere will be amazing. Imagine the number 3 citizen treating u, that's a good feeling first of all. The problem of our leaders is that they are not accessible, u don't even get to see them except on TV n newspapers. If na white man dey this guy shoes now, I swear he will finish work. Do the unexpected self. Though I still appreciate the little he did but he would av done better than that. That agbada in the hospital is out of it...

the so called colleagues defending him must be bird of the same feather. you are asking the name of the drug and what quantity d doctor gave the patients. it seems u want to be a lawyer and a doctor at the same time. the name of the drug and d quantity is not important here, what is important is did the doctor actually commit the of fence? of course the defending colleagues is not foolish enough to forget that patients don't play with doctors prescription! so long as the drug is been given or prescribed by the doctor, she don't mind swallowing it immediately in front of the doctor. and again, remember most hospital tablets have no name so the patient can't know the name of the drug. another way is to add the drug to the normal once he gives the patient and may just deceive her to take it immediately, using medical terms to confuse her further to enable her hurriedly swallow the pills. what is wrong is wrong, let's stop defending evil act. however I av not concluded the doctor committed the act just the other foolish defending colleagues need to be honest and have some sense.

this is a shame and highly disgusting. Dr Ekene u have made a good point and did the right thing by bringing this hidden predicaments of prospective interns to open light. However I want to also remind us that all othr health professionals such as medical lab scientist, pharmacist, physiotherapy, medical imaging scientist and the likes are inclusive in this internship programme and as such, they are equally subject to the same stress. It is a collective struggle. But I hope our govt will look into the situation and do something abt it.
