They are really pathetic. You don't see them rant like this when their own is in power. For all the years of military rule, they kept mute. For all the years Northerners were in office, they kept "sharing" and usurping everything for themselves. They overtook all the government agencies for decades... The Nigerian Army would conduct selection with northerners taking up 95%. They never saw anything wrong in that, infact, they said the country belongs to them. They took over the Police, Navy, Airforce, Customs, even NSCDC. The day I went for passport application in Ikeja Lagos, I thought I was in Bauchi, immediately I stepped into their Office. They were all speaking Hausa language here in Lagos office. I had to be checking the name tags on their chests, they were 80% northerners. The only south-westerner in the capturing office was even speaking Hausa. This is madness! In a Lagos office? Can we have it like that in the North? Absolutely impossible! I served there during NYSC and noticed how biased and brainwashed they are. They only pretend to be nice but they are wicked! The only thing that has worked for them is how they unite to perpetrate themselves in power, which other tribes struggle with. They are still the most united of the 3 major tribes.
Even though, I detest the current administration for lack of transparency, accountability, for their deceit, recklessness in spending and borrowing, infliction of untold hardship on the people but I like how the current administration is decentralizing all the agencies they north have been sitting on for decades. Putting the CBN in the North, All the defence academies and training schools in the North, even Buhari in his sinister mind migrated NOUN and several other institutions forcefully to the North. But this mad man talking didn't see all that. He is now trying to play mind games with their youth. It is the youth they have tortured and derailed for years that should now come to their rescue. Na lie! All of us no go fit watch this film finish, e go too long....

Wish it was for another profession and not the Nigeria Police.

It can be a really sad moment of reflection on one's life when you see a once colleague now doing so much better than you. You just be thinking and trying to remember how and where you got it wrong.

I saw the Dynasty of Tinubu begin to crack during the last Gubernatorial election, even now I see the cracks beginning to widen but it is not a good time to fight him. He currently holds the highest office in the land and would easily crush Obasa or whoever stands against him.
I hope he doesn't win a 2nd term and that will just sum up his reign in Lagos. People don't need to worry much about Seyi, if his father is currently facing opposition, son can easily be pocketed.

I know of a woman who is just a wife to an Army Officer who is not even a General. If you see the kind of lush edifice (eatery, event center, pharmacy etc) this woman built with like 4 to 5 gigantic buildings inside the premises, you will wonder if she was into hard drugs business or any other crime. Na now I know one of the sources of income for them

I even collected 7,000, I think it was after 7k they increased it to 9800. And 4k from state. Someone said the NYSC is to draw manpower to the North and I agree with him. I got my first employment in the North in 2009. I moved back there to Jos from Lagos and I worked there for about 3years amidst the insecurities and bomb blasts back to Lag.

I expected this a long time. The high handedness by the EFCC Officials towards the youth will continue to make them a target of attacks too. When they arrest Yaya Bello, he was walking freely but when they approach young faceless Nigerians, they break down doors, beat, steal, harass and do all sorts. I know that more of such will still happen in future. Treat others as you would want to be treated.

I was nearly hit by a van just because of one JBL loud earpiece like that and my carelessness, the Bass was so good that I wasn't attentive to what's going on around me, The van was on reverse and it was Late at Night, Though Street lights were on, it was just few kilometers near me before something told me to turn back.
