EponObi:Please, remove Tinubu family from the list. They are the odd part of the list. |
Emeskhalifa:Poverty alone is enough lesson for anyone to invest his/her money wisely. Only that in Nigeria, investing can pose a lot of risks at your money. From the banks, to the investments firms or managers of your own firm/business to Nigeria's economic challenges (highest killer of money) and endless scammers all over the place |
Ogunleti01:Do you know that keeping money is as difficult as making money? ![]() |
No matter how well you have done in life try not to ever talk down on your country of origin. If you can't honour them, just ignore them but never talk back or talk down on them. I feel Kemi should learn from the likes of Adeshina, Okonjo Iweala etc.... |
The truth is that, it happens to everyone. I have some rich friends too that have ignored me and I also have some below par friends too that I stylishly avoid . Most especially when I am financial strained. So, my brother, do no take it too much to heart. And like the 1st Responder said. "Your vows means nothing!", only your plans, strategy, perseverance, ability to provide a good service or product matter. I am not rich myself but neither am I poor. I also discovered the secret of wealth late, if I had known some of the things I know today, I would be in a better position. Wealth is actually your ability to attract money/value/trust from others to yourself. Wealth is not created but re-circulated and individuals or groups with product, service or image will gain more from the re-circulation or re-distribution. Not everyone will be rich or Not everyone is destined to be rich. Though money is good but should never push us to do evil. A lot of "rich" people do a lot of evil, not necessarily rituals (I don't believe in that) but cheating others through fraud, deception, stealing, embezzlement and so on are all evil. If you can do them, you may also become rich. Wealth is also an attitude (attitude - means the way you behave), some have it naturally (even without them knowing it), while others learn it and some others just don't have it. If you have the attitude of always excited to spend every little money you get, you can't be rich (except God wants to perform a miracle with you). If you have the attitude of not being able to say NO to people, it will be hard for you to be rich. If you don't position yourself for wealth by equipping yourself with the right knowledge/skill/certificates/jobs/business, it will be hard for you to be rich. If you don't have plans for the future, set goals and takes steps, you will stray a lot before you may become rich. If you don't walk with the right people/friends, it may be hard for you to be rich, for you may not be able to reason/project beyond your understanding but others can open your eyes/mind to certain things you don't know exist. I don't pray to be rich, for I have nothing to do with it other than to give it out to other people that need it. I don't believe in richies. If I make money today, as in big money, only 30-40% will go to my children, the other will go to people that are in need. That is what gives me fulfilment. |
When a company's name is YESMADAM, whatelse do you expect from such a company if not Tyranny? |
GOFRONT:Funnily, he may not. He might grow up to be a strict straight man. |
beerfraud:What confuses me are some young chaps/chics that come online to show how they built a mansion and bought luxury cars without showing what dey do for a living, rather than just writing God or "what God cannot do, does not exist". And you will be wondering how such a young person, some are even in their twenties and thirties in this same country wey all of they. Making you wonder what you have done with your own life ![]() If you post building mansion and buying all sorts of cars, please do well to post what you are into that fetched you the money, so we can rest ![]() Thank you all.... |
epainos:You have spoken well but Nigeria is not a country where you get justice. Has anyone you know ever got justice in this country, most especially for standing against injustice? They are always drowned at the end of the day and it is we Nigerians that always drowned them due to our lack of adequate support and common stand for the truth. We are always cowards who like to watch while a few stand up to fight and die for us. Countless people have trailed this line and all went down and a lot more will follow and we can only "watch the drama" instead of taking a stand against what is silently killing us all as a people - corruption. |
Let's just pretend it's not at attempt at viral content ![]() |
RealityKings1:Be like say you don do this kind thing before ![]() Anyways... All of us don steal before ![]() |
thesicilian:Words and tears of women abroad have put a lot of guys behind bars, even before there innocence is proven, they would have spent some quality time in forced isolation. |
RealityKings1:Bad belle ![]() |
PressMyButton:So why does the EFCC parade Yahoo boys before the media even before they are taken to court? Isn't that identity disclosure? |
helinues:What are you saying? So, if person abuse you, make you no abuse your own back? It's tit for tat abeg. |
doggedfighter:Nigerians are just crazy people. All in the name of UK, lives are being lost unnecessarily. Well... Lives are lost here unnecessarily too anyway. So no much comments. |
princepee:We have heard so much tales from all the Government Agencies 90% of which are untrue. So, I don't believe anything coming from them anymore. I seriously doubt if he had such a property. It's just all lies from the corrupt EFCC. I dislike Emefiele with passion, not because he stole but because the problems he created to cover his stealing is still affecting us till date. He is the reason why we don't get cash from banks anymore. Banks and PoS now connive to continue to steal from us daily through cash withdrawal schemes. And I cannot forget how he made me waste the 1,000naira notes and 500s I had with me that December, with his shameless deadline. God go still punish Emefiele. He is someone I find hard to forgive. He is the first CBN Government who had the temerity to contest to be President even while in Office as CBN Governor. Somehow, I feel Buhari also aided these frauds committed during his administration but he is being covered up. |
Wike doesn't have have a pleasant persona. Even when you listen to him speak, you will not be too pleased with him. His voice alone is irascible and moreso, his behaviour. |
Ordinarily, I feel the Nigerian attitude is a lot more complex than we feel it is. Nigerians are naturally and unnecessarily competitive, which means when they come together, the tendency to want to out-compete each other is high with lots of accompanying antics. So, that's why I believe there's so much coldness amongst Nigerians abroad. Another reason, is the pressure/desperation to make money abroad, it makes them so tensed that they might not really want to associate with others they see as competitors or coming from the same background. And we know how Nigerians behave at home. We all know we don't behave well in Nigeria. Lastly, it's just arrogance. Nigerians are arrogant people either home or abroad. |
diamond68:It is not power they like, it is what will kill them that they are always looking for. They know not what to do with power. They just want to be around it and sometimes, it hurts them. They will now starting crying victims. |
Oga calm down... It is hard to leave your lovely friends, family members and girlfriend (pregnant) down here to travel but you should do it. Take the travel opportunity, be mature and know that you can't always be around your friends. The truth is you will not always be around, its either you travel or your friends travel to leave you. They say "20 Children can't play together for 20 years". You need to be your own man, earn a decent living, care for your pregnant girlfriend or bring her over and start off your own life. It may not be a one-in-a-life-time opportunity, but you should utilize the little chances you have |
Botragelad:Which economy is up right now? Most countries' economy is down at the moment. And nothing will happen if the dollar is ditched. If anybody will suffer, it is America. Enough of the over dependence on the dollar. |
I am not even disappointed, cos I never fell for it in the first place. Even Dangote fuel, I never see... Let alone PH shit. |
Thundafireseun:This is the mentality that put us where we are today. We see Leaders as unquestionable gods instead of accountable public servants. Obi passed a simple message of service but you feel is too cheap. Don't worry, your Emperor is already in power and dealing with everyone uselessly. |
Both the guy and the lady are lairs. Buy na the guy mumu and lie pass. Where you see 100m wey you take spend on the girl? Ole! EFCC go soon catch you. I will spend millions on a girl and after will go on Snapchat and Instagram to dey communicate with her, make God just call me if that one happen. Na physically I go dey communicate with her, inside my bedroom. |
Na Nigeria person go bash your car due to reckless driving and still dey follow you drag rights on top. So much arrogance wan kee us for this country. |
Na Nigeria person go bash your car due to reckless driving and still dey follow you drag rights on top |
iykofias:Are you still in the toilet? Get it this week pls. |
Chucks13:See... He doesn't need to speak any good English. This is his style, his identify. He doesn't need to change anything about it. If he later goes to school, it's just to stop people like you guys from condemning him. A lot of perfect English Speakers dey TikTok, nobody no them. Infact Nigerians don't like anything sophisticated, they instinctively turn away and go for comedy and less complex things or cruise. |
Firstcitizen:It is easy to state it that way, but now out yourself in his shoes. You worked on a project and "paid", but the project has now acclaimed a world reign, would you not seek further compensation or appreciation? Anyone would? |
Macphenson:Absolutely. With ultimatums and threats of blocking lines or bank accounts if not done. And in the next 2-3years everything is throwing away from another bogus "multi-purpose" and "multi-versatile" card ![]() |
essentialone:Some will still commit crimes definitely. Because in Nigeria, we pray for huge blessings without having anything doing. We believe so much in miracles, u realistic dreams and worship the rich, irrespective of how they got the wealth. Just look at the state of the country and our mentality, you will understand it will be difficult for Nigeria to develop. The same abnormal mentality will definitely be exhibit by some Nigerians that have relocated to other countries, hoping to make it fast and big without working on any project/invention/business idea. Crime will set in. |
