Personally I don't believe in it. I think belief gives way to it. Plus I've never heard a first hand encounter of juju. Always second and third hand accounts

redsun: How can you vindicate a kingpin rougue for calling rogues rogues?Yamhead.

That obj is not in jail or being executed in nigeria today is because nigeria is a rogue country, ruled by rogues like him.He knows they can't do nothing to him because they are all the same. His present frustrtions stems from the fact that his not a kingpin anymore,he's been pushed aside by fresh rogues like david mark.

Well said!!!
If a son learns how to do drugs from watching his father, how can the father point at the son and call him a junkie?
They both need cleansing/rehab. In this case send all those yellowbelly crookin coward thieves to jail
Romance / Re: Why Are You Going To Find A Wife In Nigeria? by bestofthisyear(m): 6:30am On Jun 21, 2012
I will say for some first generation nigerian men the interest in finding a wife in naija is you grow up with an example of what you want and look for in a wife in your mother. If you don't see those particular qualities in women in your area it compels one to seek for such from the source. The problem is the source isn't what it quite used to be

Religion / Re: Is Nigeria Morally Better Than U.S? by bestofthisyear(m): 3:51pm On Jun 11, 2012
buzugee: nigeria is not morally better but majority of nigerian indigenes have been put to sleep. spiritual sleep, that is. they are in hades. walking zombies, if you will.

Your correct. What makes it worse in Nigeria is that we are a religious country as a whole, so for so much immorality to prevail, heaps of hipocracy must be prevalent in society, ie. higher figures in the church or mosque taking bribes from well known criminals and turning a blind eye to their crimes or married men chasing young girls etc etc the list goes on. We know the difference between right and wrong but pawn them off to lousy excuses like condition or nature or culture. Funny enough some of the most morally upright people in both countries have nothing to do with religion at all. All in all the US is further ahead than nigeria
Politics / Re: Is Stella Odua (Aviation Minister) Being Shielded By GEJ? by bestofthisyear(m): 1:40am On Jun 07, 2012
afam4eva: WTF should the aviation minister resign? Should the Transport minister also resign if a car accident occurs?

So we should volunteer another 200+ innocent lives to see if she has corrected her ministry? And to answer your question yes the minister of transport should resign as well. Look up the worst places to drive in the world and see if you will still defend him when you see nigeria's ranking. Our problem is we aren't ready or prepared for radical change, its not programmed in our dna yet. Nigeria is not America or the UK but if a catastrophe like this happens there is no way the top official would expect to keep their post. Reason being is they were charged with the responsibility of preventing such a thing from happening. She has obviously shown that she is not capable of preventing such things from happening, and even if why gamble lives to see if she has learned?

Travel / Re: Pictures Of Dana Air Crash Victims by bestofthisyear(m): 3:23pm On Jun 04, 2012
atuboweke: PLS u guys should stop all those stuff of Domestic this and Domestic that, Nigeria this and Nigeria that!!!! Airplane crash is the same everywhere in the world. Even America has witnessed worst crashes in the past.

Your attitude is contributing to the problem. If you don't know any better that's one thing, but to pawn off the truth in the name of misguided pride is the worst thing for our progress. Airlines in the US have a VERY strict code of standard to follow. Can we say the same in Nigeria? Even if it is written in our rule books how many are followed to the last letter? How many flights have been delayed for one mechanical fault or another? A plane is not a car. Any small mechanical fault can lead to disaster. If we are to move forward as a nation we have to be our own worst critics and face reality. Sadly judging from your post and many others that doesn't seem plausible.

Romance / Re: Can You Woe/Impress Her Without Spending by bestofthisyear(m): 9:16pm On Nov 22, 2011
Pendo when was the last time you were in Nigeria? I understand you may feel like its bashing but it does tell a lot of the current situation of things. All you need to do is go to any hotel or shopping area in abuja to see old grandfathers from overseas (white, lebanese, indian etc) with young good looking girls to know the state of affairs is bad. Most girls are looking for a ticket
Romance / Re: Can You Woe/Impress Her Without Spending by bestofthisyear(m): 8:35pm On Nov 22, 2011
It is definitely possible to keep a womans attention/interest without spending money but like others have said on here it definitely depends on the woman in question. If she's exposed she has grasped the notion that love/interest isn't directly tied to cash. If she hasn't seen much then ofcourse she believes he who spends the most has won her heart. As far as the things to do to impress a girl without money, it all depends on the girl and good conversation. Once you get to know the girl more you can now come up with things to do that you know she would appreciate because you put thought into it. That being said you see a lot of cases where girls who want a guy with persona, but end up with a guy who only spends to keep her attention. A lot of it has to do with where you are and the type of girls your dealing with.

We don't have the guts for it here in Nigeria. Its time we started facing reality. In the same vein if a group happened to mobilize it would be much easier for others t join in.

Business / Re: The Removal Of Fuel Subsidy Is Good? by bestofthisyear(m): 1:29am On Oct 17, 2011
So instead of tightening border security or levying proper taxes on those carrying fuel to other countries the answer is to raise the price of fuel for the average nigerian from 65N to 250N And that's aside from the price hike of every consumable good in the country as well. I really still don't see how this is anything else than the greedy interests of fg to circumvent more money to steal at the demise of the average citizen. They are playing with fire though because this isn't just another policy that will blow over. When the average man is hungry and/or homeless due to increases they will make sure they are heard one way or another. Prevention is better than intervention but some like to learn the hard way.

Transparency You say that as if her hands aren't dirty now? People fall in love with a story without reading the pages. Its her lust for power that drove her to the senate race. If she could sell a family member for power she would. It was clear to see when all her efforts crumbled and she showed her true colors near the end of the race.paint the picture however you want but she's just like the rest of them
Politics / Re: Why Has Patience Jonathan Disappeared From Public View? by bestofthisyear(m): 1:07am On Oct 17, 2011
Everyone has had enough of her suicidal umblellas. She must accept that she is not qualified to do the tasks that most first ladies are expected to do. Its not a must that she be in the public eye, yet she forces herself upon the masses and makes a mockery of herself and our country at every go. Its not a crime not to know english-yes but it is the business language of the world so not being well versed in it automatically puts you at a disadvantage. If she was to meet with the first ladies of france and the us what intelligent conversation would she have to add? That killing yourself is better than suicide? Just because you don't know the world is turning doesn't stop the world from turning. Catch up or sit down.
