Your post there tells you that this "lock step" was successfully implemented in China back in 2003 during the SARS Pandemic, and yet again late 2019- early 2020. Was China under the control of the rockefeller foundation or the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation during any of those times? Absolutely not, so why suggest that other countries who know of the historical successes China has had in two cases and chooses to enforce similar lockdowns are under the influence of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation?

When researching for information, the "source" is very very important.

the problem here is typical virus is few nanocentimeters in diameter and on a stretch end to end It would take atleast 750,000 to 1,000,000 virus to fill in a centimeter gap, and unlike bacteria that are visible to many microscope, only few high grade labs have devices to pick up a virus to study for research all what test kit does is to test for its signature and antigen.. in simple terms and Trump's word we are fighting an invisible enemy, and worst still we know little to nothing about it yet, all what W.H.O had being releasing is Theories and Hypothesis based on prior knowledge of virology

Already the economy has gone into recession needless to say, and I say so cautiously because some indices are predicting worse case scenario.

The glut and collapsed crude oil market means one thing for the Nigerian economy; Disaster!

Right now, all the major users of Crude have stucked up thier massive storages with cheap product such that even the pandemic is brought under control, for months, perhaps longer, price of Crude might remain low because buyers will continue to leverage on their stuck for a bargain. As a matter of fact, we have seen similar situations play out in the past. That's why I talked about a prolonged economic recovery in my original post.
Unfortunately, the government and their advisers do not seem to be aware of this looming danger, at least no evidence to show they are mindful of it.

For a country like Nigeria now, this is no longer time to lockdown, this is time for increased economic activity to stem the shockwave that will result from the loss of basically our only source of foreign revenue. Remember, we are almost entirely an import dependent nation.
Honestly I worry for the weeks, months, and years ahead for our country.

In the words of President Trump, I repeat, the solution can not be worse than the problem.

End the total ineffective lockdown and save lives.

Besides, I don't see anything great about my biometrics being noted. I have lost all semblance of privacy by handing over my biometrics during application for passports, national id, driving licenses, bank accounts, multiple visas, even phone lines in different countries. What difference does it make to give it out one more time to yet another government agency?
