My biggest challenge is portion control. I can eat half loaf of bread with a big cup of tea and two plates of rice at a go. When I see some of you complaining of your light feather weight I just dey smile.

I changed my baby's food from NAN to SMA because she suddenly stopped taking nan and for 1 week she only took breastmilk.. now she poops green watery something, I didn't let it bother me because she would only poo after each feeding but today she has poopd 5 times and they are green, seedy and watery.. should I be worried and wait for her stomach to get used to the new baby milk or should I stop the SMA entirely

Most times what we see as green poop isn't actually green. According to Google, a baby's normal poop should be either custard yellow or mustard. Try and Google mustard so you can get a picture of it if you didn't know the colour before like me. Then you compare the colour of the poop with that of the mustard. Follow the instruction on the tin (although liftedhands said she did one scoop less to prevent constipation and her lo never had it) and observe strict hygiene. Hth.

Your baby should be full term now so there isn't much space for it to turn and roll as before. Just try and time the kicks per day or if you bothered go and pay your gynea a visit, a mother's instinct doesn't fail most times. It is well with you.

Bottom line is you need to keep eating well and drinking lots of fluids.
