Fortuneteller- actually people respond to things differently during preggy. One man's meat could just be a poison to another. And what worked for you in one preggy could kill you in another. During my 1st baby, I took all took-ables, nothing happened. This one, the day I took a bite of pineapple, well, let me leave the story for another day. We always hammer it here, in everything moderation is key.

Happy Sunday to all the expectant mothers in the house. Please help inform me, I don't know if my condition is normal or not. I am a first timer mother. Got my result last week but the rate at which I feel nausea is alarming, funny enough I don't vomit but the feeling to is so severe. It has given a great discomfort and I feel as if life is slowly choking out from me.
I met with a doctor who said nothing could be done about the symptoms until after the first trimester. I have googled and ask for different opinions but nothing seem to be relieving it. I have added prayer to it. It just get worse everyday, I lose apetite as each day passes. I have been on folic acid, Vit. B complex, multivitamins and felruse(Red blood tonic capsule), add ginger to my drinks and water. Nothing is helping.
Please what am I doing wrong? Senior Colleagues please help coz I can't bear this for 3months.

Sorry darl, its all part of the package oo. Naso e dey be. Not trying to scare you but pray it goes after 3months dear. But for now, try and manage it as much as possible ok. This too shall pass you hear. When you experience that 1st smile, you won't even remember you once felt this way. It is well with you dear.

Today while cleaning my son's ear, I perceived an offensive odour coming from his right ear. The left ear didn't smell at all.
It smelt bad. Please does anyone know what could be the cause?

Jazzymama, when you say clean do u mean inside the ear? Hope you haven't been cleaning the inside of the ear. Does he have fever? If not, I don't think it's an infection. What you will do is wet his sponge, take enough soap and wash the ear very well. Wash the back of the ear lobe too, dry and see if you will still perceive the odour. Hth.

Sorry for the purging dear. I chew mine like that (currently chewing one), used it to cook beans yesterday with green vegetable and everyone ate it even my dd. Even hubby blend it this morning and gave me, didn't add any other orishirishi

After taking that my garden egg leave juice and condensed milk, my sisters, I start purge ooo. I kept on purging and purging. I took 3 bottles of sprite mixed with salt and sugar before I got myself back. Don't know if the concoction made me purge or my system just decided to purge itself. Next time, I will chew the thing, no juicing sef.
Just thought I should share since I posted it here before someone will decide to try it.

I wish my hyperactive toddler will b as patient as your son. I still use cotton wool and toothpaste(colgate strawberry for kids 0-2years),very tiny amount on d cotton wool. After it all,he'll say "water" i.e to gargle with and swallow o. I've showed him to several times to spit the water out but i guess he's not ready yet

Lolz, mama, my son swallows his too. The secret to mine agreeing is that I sing for him ooo, different songs for different stages of the brushing. I believe they will learn with time.

I used finger brush with water until Bee got to a year old. I just made sure I did it frequently, his mouth never had odour.
Gently wipe all corners of his mouth, then the tongue. Got the finger brush 3h at that time, don't know how much it is now.

There are baby toothpastes sha for 0-2years, just didn't feel comfy using them for him.

Ehya, sorry ok. Hope he is latching on properly? Ensure he does. In the mean time, get original blue seal Vaseline, after each feeding, take enough and rub on ur nips, as in enough. Before you breastfeed again, you gat to wash it out and do another one. You can also get nipple shield, if you have breast pump, use it to express breastmilk for him too until you are fully healed. Ndoo, that thing they pain die.

Go and lodge a report at the police station if you haven't.
Try and contact the agent or person that brought her.
I'm sure you don't know her sister, but if you do, contact her soo.nest.
Try and find out from the people that saw her last where they saw her so you can know where to start from.

Don't Read and Pass Ejoo!!!

Hmmmm, so my dh is back and has been wanting to do love wantintin, I kept on giving him one excuse or the other  **my back aches, my head is paining me in my nose, every excuse you can find**. The man has begged tire! Ok, don't do anything, just lie down, let me do the work, mba! Ino gree! Ok, it will not enter, I will just use it and rub on the surface (pardin! Nobi rubbing it for surface you use take tiff my virginity that year? Na lie oo, this girl don wise up mbok!). Em don carry face tire! So yesterday I decided ooo, on my own to look for trouble ooo, naso I use my hand start type message dey send ooo, hmmm, dh saw it and was very happy and entered the mood. We send message tire! He had to leave very early. Got home very early! Sent our help home, helped in putting his son to sleep early! Finally, it was about to go down. Mamas ooo, I tried all the styles I knew but none of them worked for me ooo, I was uncomfy in all! Hmmmm! Even dear old missionary, my back be like say e wan break, even with all the supporting pillows, e no gree work. Hmmm, na dia I dey borrow myself sense say if after all the mouth and nothing goes down and we have to look for other ways, hmmmm, the story will be used against me even when I don enter grave ooo. My sisters, na dia I dey remember dear old uncle doggy (Giddyperson ) , it was our go-to during my 1st baby's time. My sisters, na so I position ooo. Dh was happy, naso him fire on! When I started feeling pains, I tried telling him that "baby, this thing is hurting me ooo", oga no even answer me, em dey dey fire dey go. Well, I decided to bear the pain after all its been a while now (since Feb, I doff cap for am cos I know who I get!). After all the wantintin love, I wanted to stand up now, na there my waist dey hook! I couldn't move, it felt like the adhesive that held my waist together shifted. Naso I just hook for there. My dh asked "baby, are you ok?" I replied yes ooo, that I just needed to catch my breathe, it's been a while baby, just go to bed (make I tell am say my waist hook? I won't hear the end of it even in my grave at old age true. You will always hear something like "see you, by the time I handle you now, your waist alignment go shift go one side".... mbanu, Chukwu ajuu!). I stayed that way, thank God shortly after he went off to ulala land. Inono as I manage am, but I maneuvered myself, waist, alignment and all to the bed where I stayed for a long time till at last I slept. This morning, Oga woke up very early, arranged room, kept on singing one joyful song to another. He was clearly happy without knowing how I was feeling, I faked my legendary tiredness, em no even notice am, he was over the moon you know. Me too, I faked happiness, ino wan carry last mbok! I'm just getting myself now you see.

Now, my problem and my need for help is that my guy has started sending me messages, I have refused to reply because I need solution first before I embark on this journey. Why I'm asking is because if my waist see wetin e see yesterday night today again, walahi, the alignment go leave me run. How do I escape this or what other style is convenient? Make I see waist wey I go use take born this lovely baby that has reduced me to this. Biko, make una help my ministry ejoo! I bin dey think say I be baddoo, but today ayam humble! Oya ooo, no advice is too small and no style will be shunned! I will try all! I just need the one that will favor my waist. Help save my waist biko!

Call me selfish or funky but me no care o. I have a mamaroo and fisher price snugapuppy rocker that I use for every omugwo. I no gree dash anyone o cos I got it years ago and it's quite hard to get the originals now. Once I finish my omugwo. I pack my stuff and go home with it. My daughters and DILs Don beg tire, called me stingy cos I refused to dash them but I no send dem. I never ready to do break dance and nonstop singing. Both are very effective.
