Rather than vote for whatever candidate that the parties force on us from their primaries. I think the youths should get in involved in party politics. We are being forced to pick bad from the worse. Just my thought. Also, if you pray that your country fails just to spite those that voted against your preferred candidate and to say I told you so. Both countries are actually quite racist. Some folks are cashing out on the war as usual. They had better push further for a peaceful resolution, rather than expect put putin to call for a ceasefire. I doubt that happening. |

[b] I am utterly confused at the way folks give analysis though. I think every person, family, individual, people, etc have different paths to where they are going. 1. The op is right about tax in the UK but taxes starts from a particular amount of earnings. Tax is quite high. 2. Yep, rent is the next thing that's quite expensive. 3. Bills are currently quite high this winter period due to war in Ukraine and gas supply. Butttt 4. There are January Intake programs for students that have 4 months holiday between trimester 1 and 2 where you can work full time. I have seen folks earn 2300 pounds after tax of 400 pounds in one month from working 20 days meaning they made 2700. 5. Couples could make the husband the dependant and he can work full time. 6. Some students end up switching to work visa through their spouse or even themselves before finishing school. 7. Do not generalize the UK. It's actually 4 countries in one. England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. England is expensive but other places are cheaper to live. In summary, please do what works for you. Like everything in life. It takes proper planning. Plan yourself well. One thing that you can be a but pleased with is steady power that you will pay for. Also, don't be deceived about the health sector here though. The facilities are there but they have process crisis. Too many bottle necks to see GPs and get treatment. The service is good but accessing it is hard. Capacity has been raised already. Transmission is the problem. The facilities are old and degraded. Hence the Siemens contract to upgrade our transmission and also build a 14k generation plant like the one in Egypt. Most folks don't listen to the news, they only criticize. Someone tried to use this to campaign for me and I was just laughing. However, I like his choice of words. He did not promise 24 hours power supply. He just talked about raising generation capacity. |
