someone told me that it is cheating because Glo mobile thinks the user is using BlackBerry.

Do you see the irony of life in Nigeria and a country like the U.S? In Nigeria he can flaunt stacks of cash like that because he has nothing to fear from the tax man. Like i said, you were thinking but there is something blocking your thought process in achieving a logical conclusion. It's called the Nigerian condition. What you should have deduced from my ealier post was;

1. Instead of giving out random cash, he needs to implement social programs that benefits and helps the unfortunate people he governs.

2. The way to fund these social programs is through equitable taxation and implementation. This is how normal countries do it.

3. Cash transactions in the manner Nigeria does it contributes to it's massive corruption cycle. #Dasuki.

4. Nigerians need to change the way they do business.

5. They continue to do business the way they do now because they don't know the standard or know any better.

You for example. Check out the way you are vigorously defending this act. You don't know a better way because that is the only way you know.
