uchennamani:In 24hrs? |
Horlufemi:You seem to be among the few using his head. It still boggles the mind as to why anyone would support either party or struggle to defend any of them. The problem Nigeria is facing today has been going on since independence. The only reason Nigerians are so aware of it today is because of social media. It is a shame that there is not one single leader so far in Nigeria. |
He doesn't need a job. |
meforyou1:Make una listen ooooo. Small pikin de talk. |
kissval1388:If you have to ask, then you probably shouldn't be doing it. This rule is a rule of life. I am not a born again ooooo. |
sammyj:And herein lies your problem. In normal societies, people are forced to resign or fired outright for things like this but to you it's normal. There is zero accountability in Nigeria. I really feel for una i swear. |
dre11:Every Nigerian living in Nigeria should undergo one. Years of mental torture has affected the way many think and approach situations. Just check out the comments on all topics on NL alone and you'll understand what i mean. |
menix:1. Thieves don't have a way they look. If they did, they'll all be in jail and there would be less crime to deal with. 2. Think through everything before you make comments on a forum or in real life situations. You can never take it back. 3. Learn to accept corrections. I have done that many times on this forum. The more you prolong the issue, the dumber you look. You are welcome. |

menix:dumb dəm/ adjective comparative adjective: dumber 1. offensive (of a person) unable to speak, most typically because of congenital deafness. "he was born deaf, dumb, and blind" synonyms:mute, speechless, tongue-tied,silent, at a loss for words; More 2. NORTH AMERICANinformal stupid. "a dumb question" synonyms:stupid, unintelligent, ignorant, dense, brainless, mindless, foolish, slow, dull, simple, empty-headed,stunned, vacuous, vapid, idiotic,half-baked, imbecilic, bovine; More Obviously you didn't read my third point. The longer you prolong the issue, the dumber you look. |
Xposer:Op you mumu ooooo. Wey the prostrate wey e do? El Rufai na hausa man now. No be like that them de greet person? You should be flogged. |
Shinor:Yes there is citizens arrest but the way you arrest him/her matters. In the U.S The suspect can sue you for using unnecessary force to subdue him/her. .And also yes, you can shoot to kill, but in self defense and or protection of property. |

menix:Good deflection. At least you've admitted your erroneous mindset by avoiding the issue. I don teach you something today. Next time you go think before you post. |
queenstll:Do you see the irony of life in Nigeria and a country like the U.S? In Nigeria he can flaunt stacks of cash like that because he has nothing to fear from the tax man. In the U.S, he'd think long and hard, and ensure that his books are in order before doing something like that. Which is why a lot of them borrow jewelry and props to show off. Go ask 50 cent. The fear of the IRS is the beginning or wisdom. |
menix:Lol.. .i just wanted you to see the absurdity of your post. Real thief. Lol. As if there are fakes ones or a thief would write "thief" on his clothing before going out to steal. Nigeria needs it's own dictionary. Our understanding seems to be quite different from the outside world. |
menix:Thanks for pointing out the typo. But still, what does a "real" their look like? You obviously have some experience in this matter, and your input would be highly regarded and appreciated. |
menix:What does a "real" their look like? |
menix:Like i said, you were thinking but there is something blocking your thought process in achieving a logical conclusion. It's called the Nigerian condition. What you should have deduced from my ealier post was; 1. Instead of giving out random cash, he needs to implement social programs that benefits and helps the unfortunate people he governs. 2. The way to fund these social programs is through equitable taxation and implementation. This is how normal countries do it. 3. Cash transactions in the manner Nigeria does it contributes to it's massive corruption cycle. #Dasuki. 4. Nigerians need to change the way they do business. 5. They continue to do business the way they do now because they don't know the standard or know any better. You for example. Check out the way you are vigorously defending this act. You don't know a better way because that is the only way you know. |
Penssuwa:Yes. But there must always be a distinction and total separation of church and state. England and spain has taught us that. The man is becoming political. Even Jesus steered clear away from politics. |
coolitempa:See Nigerian mentality. |
menix:Now you are starting to think, but only half way. You see, the way they do it is by implementing programs like social security, unemployment benefits, medicaid, medicare etc. You will never see a public official handing out cash in an attempt to "help" the citizens he governs. At least i have not seen or experienced it. Please prove me wrong. What is frightening is Nigerians expect their leaders to be dishing out cash randomly and complain when the same leaders are implicated for fraud and embezzlement. I tire for una i swear. |
cococandy:I swear. I seriously wonder what the phuck that means. Unbeliever my asss. He fails to see the irony of his condition. 30 year old man living in another man's house and he has the nerve to complain. I shudder at the way Nigerians think. |
menix:I hope you know say na suffer de motivate your line of thinking, no be common sense. Show me anywhere in a normal society in the world where governors do such things. The relationship between a Nigerian and it's leaders is like that of a slave and his master. Scraps are always welcome and in high demand. |
HungerBAD:You just have to respect the way People think. One is almost inclined to support the draconian legislation proposed by the national assembly but common prevails. There are just too many s.tupid people/bloggers walking around for comfort. |
The problem with Nigeria is not it's leaders but it's citizens in general. Eight years ago, did anyone know who amosun was? He was just another ordinary citizen like any of us. But, he grew up with the same phucked up mentality in Nigeria and now he is implementing things based on the phucked way society brought him up. Nigerians need to change their mentality. |
!!!! Thumps up to PMB and his team!!!
