Most scams succeed cos of lack of due diligence. If Lagos state government sold land to you and later change thier minds, don't you think they will compensate you? I don't think there will be any problem if anybody legit followed due process in buying government land and paying directly into govt coffers. May this landlord was busy and gave money to someone in government office to 'run nam'

Let me tell you... There are some land u will buy and after carrying out investigation u find out that is legitimate only a new government will come and say no

it's like na charge and bail lawyer you use. Correct lawyer will guide you on all the documents you need and where to get them and how to check the land for any encumbrance attached to it. If new government wants to use the land for something else, it will compensate the legitimate owners.

Nigerians and doing things anyhow are like 5&6. You get money buy 500 million car, you no fit put 100k tracker for the car. Go buy another land and build another mansion, if you like, no use lawyer buy the land and no authenticate your property from the right source.
