these guys are making profit lately. If they don't recapitalise as stipulated by NAICOM, my guess is that any company acquiring (?meging) them would pay a very good premium on the 20k(ish) it has been trading in the last year or so.

i ask again, has anyone received their Conoil div?

From the info released to the market on 09/07/2020 (excerpt below), the dividend was supposed to have been paid on 30/10/2020

Good result. However, I am concerned by the increase in technical service fees from N259M to a whopping N1.329B.

UBA is more mature compared to ACCESS in terms of Dividend payments and Co-operate Governance

I am inclined to go the other way (Access ==> UBA). I haven't seen the effects of the hyped acquisition of Diamond Bank by Access. Large turnover (revenue) without a commensurate accretion to the bottom line.
