You can only appeal if the seller doesn't transfer within the transfer window. The transfer window activates as soon as you indicate that you have paid.
Be aware that the window varies from one seller to the other. I have experienced 5, 10, 15, 30mins

Trust wallet just increased my Dot from a few hundreds to over 78Billion

Appeals can always be re-initiated. I once paid someguy, he didn't release asset on time therefore I appealed. After about 3 days Binance hadn't kicked off the mediation process, so he called me and pled cancellation. I cancelled and he released the USDT. Case closed!

Please do what suits you. This is strictly my own experience.

If you use Nigerian ID, no matter where you are, the money can only be sent to your Nigerian account.

As far as I am aware, only US has subpoenaed Cøinbase to release details of US customers. Also Bïnance does not pay to bank account to the best of my knowledge. Besides, Bïnance have to follow UK rules to operate here, same as Cøinbase.

So far nobody has stopped me. I always withdraw less than £10k back to bank account at a single time, and even the £7k I took in 2017 did not raise any issues with bank or HMRC.

Coïnbase is the best way to onramp and offramp fiat into coins and vice versa. Even when I use Bïnance, I buy B.T.C on Cøinbase and transfer across. If you are in the US, you should be able to trade many cøins on Robin hood which should interact directly with your bank account

I know u r in the UK, just be aware that HMRC can easily come after you for tax purposes. Hence, the reason I chose to use binance

Use your Mobile banking App and screenshot every transaction you made just as evidence of payment in case of anything happen. Can you screenshot a USSD Codes??
