It has been very obvious since 2010 when GEJ was acting president before becoming president, that he doesn't have the vision and intellect on how to move the country forward an inch.

What people don't understand is that, in this internet age, the website of any company or government speaks volume.

If the government cannot maintain a proper website, then it shows that the govt is not fit to implement simple developmental plans in the country.
