hardbody: I am not an accountant and would love to be educated on this. How can cashflow be negative? I have heard of Negative SHAREHOLDERS funds, and i seem to understand that very well but cannot immediately relate with negative cashflow. Is it to do with borrowed funds?
Explaining it basically, it is when the Net Cash Outflow Exceeds the Net Inflow, a person can be making 10 million naira a month, but because of loans, housekeeping, car maintenance and the rest has to spend 20 million a month, that person would still have the trappings of wealth while acquiring more debt, but the thing is, its a ticking time bomb.
Its also living above your means and is really rampant among Nigerians.
Thats my understanding, someone else educated in the field can add all the technical jargon for me.
Lol
Investment › Re: Who Is Your Stockbroker? by bigx(m): 9:13am On Mar 20, 2013
I've been using Amyn Investments since 2006, they've had some hitches but they've improved spectacularly of recent.

I also used Dependable securities in 2009.

Then Cashcraft from 2011 till date.

shymexx: Lmao... The guy isn't bankrupt - he still cruises around London in big whips with one of my big naija uncles... Heck, he's now a top don hustling everywhere and getting paid on the low...#LowKey

He might not be as rich as he was when he played for Chelsea, but the doozy is still richer than at least 80% of Nigerians...

His lifestyle and women messed him up but he's still getting paid...

Big ups to the great Celestine Babayaro of Chelsea - I started supporting Chelsea in Sec. because of him, Tony Andre Flo, Ruud Gullit, Zola, Le Saux, Dan Petrescu, Chris Sutton, Jimmy Flyod Hasselbaink, Leboeuf etc... Then we later added Vialli, Didier Deschamps, George Weah, Marcel Desailly etc..
Have you heard of the term "negative cashflow" before?

Please can I transfer money for you to get me something on ebay usa and send to Nigeria(port harcourt precisely)? I'm located in the UK now and the alternative is sending here first, then sending to Nigeria which won't be time and/or cost effective.
Please send your email so we can discuss further.
Thanks.

How much would either of these go for?

1. 2004 Nissan xterra
2. 2004 Toyota 4runner

Non-accidented and clean plus clearing, service charge and shipping to Lagos.

Its not for everyone, it requires guts, delayed gratification, responsibility and far sightedness which are rare commodities,

I see people start a business and after 6 months of no sales start blaming motivational books for their woes.

Apart from that, if everyone starts a business who would work for us, the business owners? huh

they never planned ahead, failure to plan is a plan to fail.

I made the biggest progress with my businesses in my service year,
My least paid worker was receiving better than the starvation allowance during the service year.

Apart from that I see the normal excuses, you dont need a loan to start a business, get an excellent idea, be known for honesty and integrity and people would beg you with their money to invest (speaking from experience).
