Stop being a snowflake. The world has no place for people who are depressed by silly things. If they say you eat too fast, it is because you eat too fast, so learn. Whatever advise and corrections are offered, you must live by their rules, cos it can only improve you. Moving out from your relatives' house requires expenses which you do not have. Your Dad knows why he sent you there and perhaps will save him some much-needed finances for other stuff.

Take that Epsom Salt therapy seriously, Epsom Salt has magnesium in it, so it will pull out toxins from your body. But I recommend you buy huge quantity, it is very cheap and I have a lot of it at home always. You can buy it from drug stores. But I suggest you filll a bath with water, load the water with up 5kg or more of Epsom salt and stay immerse yourself hours daily. Don't pour out the Epsom salt water, so you can soak yourself daily for a week and repeat the process. Epsom salt will pull out the toxins. How is it made sir?

It is extracting the CBD oil from the Cannabis plant at specific temperatures using ethyl distillation. But you can simply ignore that big grammar and carboxylate the dry plant materials in a pan at 110 degrees for 5 minutes using your microwave oven, then mix with a good amount of acohol and and squeeze out the solvent to extract the pigment from the plant material. Filter using micron level filter or a tea bag or just any filter that wont let plant material into the solution.

Take the solution and dry under the sun till the acohol evaporate or vaporise using rice-boiler but not an open flame. Alcohol is inflammable.

Bottom line is, get as much alcohol out and the bottom-greesy wax that remains, you can add a pint of Olive Oil to dissolve it and store in a syringe or small jar. Put a little in the tongue daily or add to your tea etc.

You can buy online at jiji at 45K or so, but I dont trust commercially available stuff, cos profiteering means loosing standard.

Dont take much, for if you do, you will sleep for hours and hours.
