Surah An-Nisa, Verse 29:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنكُمْ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا

O you who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves unjustly except it be a trade amongst you, by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another). Surely, Allah is Most Merciful to you.

Surah An-Nisa, Verse 30:
وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ عُدْوَانًا وَظُلْمًا فَسَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِ نَارًا وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرًا

And whoever commits that through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire, and that is easy for Allah.

It is clear with the surahs above that anything that bring return on your investment without exchange of goods and services is Haram also the 30% comes from the deposit of new users not from advertisement. The owner of the site can only make money from the advertisement, please my brother and sisters in Islam don't let us be tempted by this. Shaytan has promised to stand against us in every corner in order not to enter Jannah. Anything that bring return without exchange of goods and services is Haram in Islam, Allah Halam
