Then I came up with lies that in our culture that if a woman cheat outside marriage that she will run mad immediately that if she can cope with that.

There was no court order on her reinstatement.

The judge said the 1999 constitution did not envisage a situation where a senator would be suspended for six months. She described the suspension as lawful, according to senate rules, but excessive. She asked that the senate should consider reinstating her.

The judge did not ask the suspended senator to resume. There is no such order. She was also found guilty for contempt to court for publishing a satirical letter against Akpabio despite a court order saying both parties must refrain from discussing the matter. She was fined five million and asked to publish an apology for disobeying the court order on two national dailies and on Facebook. She did not do that.

If she resumes on her own, the senate is within their rules to punish her again.

As it is both she and the house are in the wrong. The court did not say he must return to the house first before apology, neither did it say she must apologize first before return. Both parties are now behaving like little kids on the playground, since the court chose to be ambiguous.

APC has two factions in Rivers State. One is led by Pro-Amaechi followers the other is led by Pro-Wike followers. Should he join Pro-Amaechi he by default is against Tinubu. He can't join the pro-Wike without Wike's approval. Fubara presently is seeing spirits not just spirit. The Sole Adm has discovered some fraudulent transactions that are being flashed before him. Fubara would prefer a safe landing to going back to be governor.
