Regarding States creation.....
We only need regions that don't yet have up to seven States to be given that number.

States should be given the powers to create more LGA and RCDAs and LCDAs and run full autonomous.

So it's OK to simply do impositions because one man wants to redeem himself.. what about freedom of choice by the electorates to elect their leaders across party lines. I don't have any issue with how a political party choose their own candidates to represent them but when you impose that your candidate on everyone else because you control State instruments, that's no longer election nor grassroot.

Just as vote buying is hard to cut off likewise imposition of candidates.

If party members and loyalist are complaining then they should make good use of their voting rights.

I don't know why we have a short memory or selective amnesia in this country. In 2022, Buhari signed the PIB into law, the law became effective. Under the PIB, fuel subsidy is no longer backed by the law, it becomes unlawful. And due to this fact, Buhari did not make provision for fuel subsidy in the 2023 budget, hence, why Tinubu said subsidy is gone. The subsidy at the time was only provided for a six month period which was supposed to expire in June 2023. As a matter of fact, Tinubu still continued with subsidy till the end of 2023 - mid 2024 due to high exchange rate after the naira was floated. Right now, subsidy is effectively over and the oil sector is effectively decentralized boosting investors confidence in the market to invest and maximize profits.

Theory is different from practicing.
Oil sector effectively decentralized, yet Dangote in one of his statements is spitting words of regrets and even looking for a way to sell off his investment.

I don't think screeding putty is what was needed for floor.
Also it can't peel when water touches it as epoxy is literally plastic and waterproof and water has no business getting beneath it.
Epoxy is better for indoor application where sun would not affect it. Regular ACR solvent floor paint would do just fine.
If you must use epoxy then increase the ratio of the paint to hardner to slow the reaction and make it a bit flexible.

There was no court order on her reinstatement.

The judge did not ask the suspended senator to resume. There is no such order. She was also found guilty for contempt to court for publishing a satirical letter against Akpabio despite a court order saying both parties must refrain from discussing the matter. She was fined five million and asked to publish an apology for disobeying the court order on two national dailies and on Facebook. She did not do that.

If she resumes on her own, the senate is within their rules to punish her again.

It is very obvious that she likes.to draw attention and lots of drama.

Well, they will have to read through the CTC when it's given to them and know what it is before her followers start engaging in controversial talks...

As it is both she and the house are in the wrong. The court did not say he must return to the house first before apology, neither did it say she must apologize first before return. Both parties are now behaving like little kids on the playground, since the court chose to be ambiguous.

All this rigmarole for nothing...


The court said she should render the apology within 7 days and I believe that 7 days starts from the day the court gave it's judgment.
